Truly the perfect workout! So close and so convenient, and the team is extremely flexible with scheduling, not to mention super nice and friendly! I always feel so comfortable and excited for my workout, like I’m just going to hang out with my friends for 20 mins. Above all that, I am absolutely so much stronger and more energized. I really do get a good workout in 20 mins, and even work up a sweat. The perfect workout came at the perfect time for me because my joints were really starting to hurt. It was so hard for me to bend at the knees while doing simple household chores. Now, I feel much healthier and my joints are actually pain-free, which is the biggest bonus. Most valuable 20 mins of my entire week!

I am so happy that I found The Perfect Workout. It is extremely effective - my strength gains have been exceptional in the past year. You can track your results on the app, and the app now has features allowing you to track your body fat percentage. The trainers are supportive and every one of them pushes you to fatigue so you get the most efficient and effective workout. The 20-minute format really works. The trainers set up each machine for you so you don’t waste time waiting for a machine or remembering how to set it up, and they make sure you do progressive overload for each strength exercise so you get muscle gains. They also will customize the workout for you and your goals, and the trainers are extremely knowledgeable and always focus on your form. I used to detest strength training. I was always sore and found it tedious, but never felt like I was seeing much improvement. With The Perfect Workout, I look forward to each session and my progress is real. They don’t try to sell you on anything, and there are no gimmicks. Parking is extremely easy and free. I love this facility and everyone in it.

The Perfect Workout is smarter weight training that amazingly brings results in just two 20 minute sessions a week! This place was a game changer for me (and my health). I love the location which has ample parking, the clean and neat studio and most importantly the trainers there! I started my strength training in January to finally improve my poor workout habits and it has changed my life!! In 3 months I feel fitter, gained muscle, have more energy, have lost inches and some weight. Most importantly this is a place that I actually WANT to go to - the trainers are dedicated, helpful, and I can work with any of them with ease. They all have different styles but are friendly and will surely push you so it makes the workout easy - also the 20 min in and out pace is perfect for even the busiest working mom. Kudos to Valerie, Jeremy, Matt and Merry for running such a wonderful fitness studio and am really thankful for their For motivating me. I’m so glad to have found this place!!

There is nothing like this and nothing better than this workout. I've exercised all my adult life and never experienced anything better. The workout is really tough, yet extremely safe, it is very "compact" but effective, and the trainers are excellent! I started this when I had an early diagnosis for osteoporosis and had issues with the meds. Not only am I stronger, I am reversing my osteoporosis. I also want to call out that in this era of Covid, they take all the required precautions - I feel very safe in the Perfect Workout studio. The Perfect Workout is worth it!

The Perfect Workout may have saved my life!
Love the fact that the trainers are so knowledgable and consistently help me focus on form resulting in successful strength, stamina, and energy.
The doctors who treated me when I got to the hospital on a golf trip out of state due to low red blood count from irritated esophagus were astonished that I had the core body strength to made it in time. Count 5.9
This workout has been the most beneficial for my overall health and energy of anything I have tried. I signed up for a year in advance after my first round.!!

I love the perfect workout. My trainer watches me and makes sure I don't get hurt, and encourages me to work harder than I would do on my own. She does all the work, setting up the machines, counting the reps, and is a second pair of eyes on my form so I can really focus on the movement. Also the studio counts as a medical rehabilitation so it is still open when most Gyms are closed for the Pandemic.
