Never in my entire life did I think I would look forward to going to a gym, but I love coming here. Each coach helps me push myself to become stronger every day. I leave feeling sore and accomplished in the best way possible. Melissa, Joe, Ricky and Jess are so supportive and genuinely care about helping us push through the limits we set for ourselves. I feel motivated by them each class to give a little more than what I thought I could. The classes are 35-45 minutes but they will have you sweating and feeling powerful. After today’s class, we all just stayed laying on the floor to take a break. It was amazing. Sometimes I am distracted by the music in between sets because the playlists are so good and I forget what the coaches just instructed me to do- but they are all so patient and walk me through every exercise as many times as needed. Four weeks in, 13 lbs down & stronger than I’ve ever been. I’m so grateful I found this gym.

When you pull up to the gym, you’ll see a sign on the window that reads “No Judgment” and that is the atmosphere at No Mercy. Melissa has created a very welcoming and motivating environment for her members regardless of fitness level. She pushes her clients in a positive way that makes you dig deep and execute the exercises.

Melissa is a very knowledgeable trainer who answers questions and provides clarification if something doesn’t make sense. Not only is she knowledgeable about exercising, she’s also well versed in nutrition. Melissa’s information and guidance on nutrition paired with her workouts and consistency make for amazing results! It definitely takes commitment and consistency, but the results are worth it.

I have been attending personal training sessions with Melissa since August and have hit many milestones since then! My form has improved significantly and I am closer to reaching my goals with proper eating and strength training. I am a fan of doing things the healthy way (even if it takes a long time) and she is a strong advocate for this as well.

She is very sharp with all things fitness/nutrition and always has a positive energy whenever I enter the gym. I highly recommend Melissa if you’re looking to tone up, get strong and become a healthier human being overall!

This review is extremely long over due but first things first, if you don't have a current gym membership, BUY A MONTH OF UNLIMITED CLASSES HERE AND JUST DO IT!
I started with 4 private trainings with Melissa back in 2021 and I came in to try it out and see how this gym was ran. I had never been to a small private gym before and I've only ever been to bigger commercial gyms but coming here really has changed my life. I'm not even being dramatic
After those 4 private trainings I didn't come back until early 2022 when Melissa reached out to me to join one of her summer cut challenges and I was ready for a change and I told her to sign me up! I came about 3 times a week and followed a meal plan that she offered with the trainings and then I just kept coming to more classes to where I am now coming about 5 times a week! I eventually met Kelli and Joe who are 2 of the other trainers and my oh my are they amazing! I feel like I have a whole team of trainers and nutritionists who are helping me reach my goals. I personally ask A LOT of questions because I find it extremely important to know how each exercise benefits your body along with the foods we eat. There are so many things we don't know about foods we eat thinking they're "healthier alternatives" but in reality they might have filler ingredients that don't fuel our bodies and that is something I've become extremely passionate about since coming to The Yard. They have an amazing variety of classes from small group trainings to boxing classes and HIIT! This gym really is a place for everyone and once you start, you keep coming back because of the amazing community that is on this ride with you. I've made connections with some amazing gym goers who I now see daily and we all check in on each other and really try to motivate one another to get in that extra rep or move up on that weight because the results do not lie. I highly recommend anyone to come here and just start. There is no "perfect" time to start at a gym, just walk in and start. I promise you that you won't regret it. I'm so thankful for my trainers for pushing me as hard as they have and for keeping me in check! This is a LIFESTYLE and in the long run, it's so good for us and you walk out of there feeling better and sexier every time!

I have been a member with this group when it started in someone's backyard. The hard work and dedication Melissa has done for herself, her team and her followers have been amazing to watch and be apart of. There are different classes usually daily, the have different camps as well they offer many different types of classes and the such. For the beginning class and the advanced class. Go for it!! You will thank yourself in 6mos time.

I’ve been going to the yard for a little over a year now and I’ve seen amazing changes in myself physically and mentally, Tanya and Melissa really push you to be your best and are a great support system!
They’ve taught me so much and helped me in the begging as I didn’t have much experience working out !

Awesome gym! hard workouts but fun! Boxing/glute classes really helped with building the glute and still getting a good cal burn. Melissa and Tanya are awesome trainers and super helpful! you will feel right at home with their training!
