We have been taking my daughter since she was 18 months. She has enjoyed it since day one! Coach Jordan is the best! We have had classes with other instructors as well and they are all amazing! Tumble Tykes is a great place to bring children of all ages year round to exercise, build confidence, socialize, and learn structure. Simply the best!

Our daughter has been going here for about a month. The class itself is fun, but a few weeks ago, after rearranging our entire work schedule and that of our nanny, we arrived only to find a note on the door saying that the facility was closed to "stop the spread of the Delta variant." No email to parents, no call, no anything. While there, there were at least 3 other families that arrived all of whom had the same frustration. After emailing them, we received a response only a week later. In this email they go on to claim that they sent an email (they didn't - at least not to us and the 3 other families that arrived) and then they went on to REFUSE TO REFUND the cost of the 2 classes that THEY cancelled. They offered makeup classes at inane mid day times that would be impossible to make. They eventually went on to say that that's their policy on "missed" classes even if they are the ones that cancel it. I then spoke with the owner, Jordan Sedgewick, in order to discuss the matter. He explained that it was actually that the family member of an instructor had contracted COVID. Surprising since we would have had our daughter tested had they informed us of that. He went on to say that he could not refund everyone so was just allowing people to make makeup classes - which is not acceptable to us.

The fact that there's been so many steps and pushback on something as simple as refunding classes that THEY cancelled is craziness.

Happy to update/delete this review if they would do the correct thing and just refund us for the classes that they cancelled.

Update - after this review the owner just sent me the attached email saying that we are being dropped from the class. When asked why they said it was because "they did not appreciate our review". Par for the course on lack of professionalism for this place.

Probably the most alarming thing about this whole process is that the owner, Jordan, stated that his immediate family member tested positive for COVID and that was the real reason they had to close. Keep in mind that Jordan teaches classes 3 times a day. At no point was anyone told that their child may have been exposed to COVID 19. You would hope that someone who is a parent, as the owner is, would have the basic common decency to notify parents that their child had been exposed to a deadly disease by him.

Overall so disappointed in this place, the owner, and how they operate.

Amazing place for active kids. My almost 2 year old son loves Coach Jordan who makes the whole session absolute fun. I enjoy that place a lot when seeing my kid developing all new skills. I highly recommend that place

Our 2 year old is in the parent and me class. She looks forward to the class every week. It is a great chance for her to get out all her energy while learning skills such as waiting to take her turn. The coaches are very nice and help the kids learn the proper technique. Highly recommend!

This place is the best! Coach Jordan is SO good with the kids, my daughter is a little shy and sensitive and Coach Jordan picked up on that and is very considerate with how he talks to her. I wish I could give them any negative ranking. We cancelled the service with them. They promised there wont be further charges and they kept charging (more than $1200 so far) our credit card.

We cancelled the enrollment in March 2017 and we confirmed by visiting the site and filling out appropriate cancellation forms. They confirmed that membership is cancelled and there wont be any further charges. We didnt noticed but since then they have still been charging our credit card on a monthly basis and so far it has added to more than $1200 of extra charges while we are not availing the service. We stopped sending our daughter to the center right after cancellation but never realized that they have been charging us on monthly basis anyways. We called them, visited them in person but they are not willing to cooperate and have been irrational in addressing the issue.

I have tried to take my 3 year old daughter to multiple places for activities and she didn't like any of them (she's a tough one) I decided to try out Tumble Tykes hoping she would be into it, and she LOVED it!! I take my 2 year old son to the mommy and me while she's in her toddler class and it works out perfectly. they both look forward to going every week :)

Best kids gym in town. I originally started my kids at tumble tykes because they had the most affordable pricing but we have stayed for 2 years because of the incredible coaches and the amazing energy of the gym. My kids can’t wait to go every week! They love it so much we’ve even celebrated their birthdays at Tumble Tykes. If I could give it 6 stars I would :)

We love Tumble Tykes. We started our 5 year old daughter here in January and she has made great progress in just under four months. She loves the coaches and learning all of the different activities they have to offer. I enjoy watching her grow and to see how happy it makes her. Tumble tykes is a great location and space. The staff is Awesome, very friendly and helpful! They keep the gym very clean, organized and the equipment is in great Condition. You rock Tumble Tykes

Coach Jordon is so wonderful. We've been taking classes with him for almost a year now and my 2 year old loves it. He's super amazing and patient with the kids. They learn many different gymnastics skills: tumble, rings, balance beam, trampoline, bar, and zip line! My little one was having coordination issues, she's taken some pretty bad spills BUT since she's been taking classes at tumble tykes she hasn't had any more accidents. The gym is full of equipment for all different ages, clean, colorful, inviting. We love it!

Wowza so lucky to have found this treasure. And now that I'm at this gym I have no idea how I haven't been sooner family owned spot that is one of a kind of kids gymnastics has its own vibe. The coaches at tumble tykes are so engaging, energetic, and loving. I've seen more kids come out of their shells to express themselves and have fun here than in any other kids program. Not only are they great with children, but tumble tykes offers classes for special needs students also. The coaches there are a blessing and a joy. Couldn't be happier with this gym.
