About the Club

Wild and Fly Fitness, LLC is a Fitness Boutique Studio that brings a unique, fun, and exciting aerobic, high energy group fitness concept to daily workouts by incorporating resistance cords creating a new and different workout experience. Sling Bungee fitness is a low impact, high cardio aerobic exercise that utilizes resistance cords for maximum workout benefits. This workout is focused on plyometrics and musculo-skeletal development with intense results and high caloric burn, while preventing physical damage. Our studio will also offer various types of dance and active health sessions including Baby and Me classes.

This bungee fly class was such an amazing experience! It was incredibly fun, exciting, and the perfect way to relieve stress. The instructor was super friendly and supportive, which made me feel comfortable right away. The studio itself is clean and very pleasant. I left feeling energized and happy.

If you're looking for something new and fun to try, I highly recommend this!

I LOVE wild n fly! The bungee class is so much fun and Wendy, the owner and bungee instructor, offers many variations to suit each person's ability and comfort level. I did 2 classes back to back today! And I can't wait to go back!! Great to go solo or with a group of friends. Bring water!! You will sweat! I would highly recommend everyone to try it at least once!!

I’ve been attending classes at Wild & Fly for a month now, and it's been an amazing experience! The variety of classes they offer—weight resistance training, hot yoga, and bungee fitness—keeps my workouts exciting and challenging. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive, making sure I get the most out of each session.
