I was loyal member for two years, (known at the time as Yorba Linda Fit Body Bootcamp) but my experience ended on a terrible note. I asked to cancel my membership over the summer while I traveled, but the owner convinced me to freeze it instead. I later found out they continued charging me for seven weeks, over $300, despite multiple calls, drop-ins, emails, and texts. Over a year later, I'm still owed the money. About six months after the charges, they offered me a "free month as we figure it out" instead of a refund, which I declined. I made it clear I wouldn't return until I was reimbursed. That was 6 months ago and I have never heard from them again.

EDIT / UPDATE : Since my last review, I was charged again but this time for $278. At this point, this company is literally stealing my money. Where did they even come up with $278. My monthly membership used to be $133. This place is a fraud. The ownership is a joke. This place needs to go out of business. Andria and Jay, y'all should be ashamed.

ORIGINAL : I never leave reviews but this is just crazy. I am so disappointed in the ownership and how absolutely HORRIBLE the management is. I tried to cancel my membership in the end of January. Called, texted, emailed for weeks straight. I left voicemails. I went down to the gym however they are NEVER there. Now come April, not only was I charged yet again, now I was charged TWICE for April. April 17 and again on April 18. This place is a scam and the owners do not care about their customers. STOP CHARGING MY CARD!!!!

Seeing as the last several reviews have said the same thing, this gym is a literal scam - protect yourself and do not start a membership here.

Andria and Jay, any problems with this review, call me, I've been trying to get ahold of you for 4 months.

I wish we had read the reviews more carefully before signing up. Like many others have mentioned, canceling your membership here is a nightmare. They don't respond to emails, phone calls go unanswered, and no one at the gym can help. It's incredibly frustrating when you're trying to do things the right way, only to be ignored.

What's worse is that this seems to be a common pattern. There are multiple reviews describing the exact same experience--members trying to cancel and being charged anyway. It feels like they're just hoping people will give up and keep paying. This is very disappointing for a business that claims to be all about community and support.

Make sure you read the fine print and reviews before committing. I expected better customer service and transparency.

Not happy at all. I’ve been trying to reach them via, social media, phone calls and even sent an email. Having to START with Google reviews to get some type of response. I cancelled with FBBC/YLHIT at the beginning of January. They confirmed they cancelled my membership however I was charged $180 over my cancellation date. I’ve tried to reach out several times to get them to stop charging me but have had 0 communication except for 1 time confirming a refund and no additional charges. The charges have stopped but the refund has yet to come almost 3 weeks later. I’m pretty upset with Andrea and her husband. This gym WAS a great experience up until now. I would highly recommend putting your payments on a credit card that way if you decide to leave you can just do a charge back since they lack proper communication and business etiquette. I’ll be posting more reviews other places until I hear back.

I really hate having to do this but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had especially for business owners. Take it from me I own 2 businesses and would never treat my clients this way.

I have been going here since October 2023 and absolutely love this gym! The motivation from the coaches and others working out is so great! It feels like a community and really makes me miss it on the days I can’t go. It’s 30 minutes and SO worth it! Can’t say enough good things about YL Fit Body!

Yorba Linda Fit Body is the best place to workout. I started coming here a month ago and it was the best decision I made! I’ve been to other gyms and nothing compares. The energy is awesome. The coaches care about you and help you push yourself. Workouts are well thought out and not to mention the music is good 😜 I have never been a morning person and now I’m there at 5:30 am everyday. I have attended college workout classes, cycle, and been going to the gym on a mostly consistent bases. Fit Body Boot Camp has far exceeded my expectations of both experience and results! Just 30 minutes a day of great routines and unique workouts everyday. Not only is it good exercise, it's fun with friendly and encouraging staff. I can see and feel better results than I ever have in the past. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good workout, good results, and want to have fun doing so.

Been a member here for almost 7 years! Even thru Covid they continued to push through and find innovative ways to continue our fitness schedules and goals. The coaches are encouraging and they really work hard to plan our workouts each day to make it more enjoyable for us. Don't let the "boot camp" words scare you..they work with every body type and every age. I'm 54 years old...I'm so much stronger since I've joined and have much more endurance now..and all because of a 30min class I take each day!

Since it has become under new ownership the gym has gone down hill. Old owners truly cared about the members. The new ones believe in their product so much they leave bootcamp to go to 24 hour fitness. I would imagine you need to believe in your product for it to work. Customer service is horrible. I brought my two daughters with me one evening and at the end of class it was realized one of their waivers didn’t go through. I asked well we are done so we still have to do it? I was then told in front of my daughters by the owner well then they don’t need to come back. It is very clear that the new owners are to immature and do not care about problem solving. They care more about appearances on social than accomplishments of current members. Truly sad. People stay for the coaches and it will only get worse if they leave.

I love this gym. It is where I start my day every weekday. The coaches are amazing, supportive and encouraging. The workouts are challenging for every level of fitness.

I joined Fit Body Book Camp in Yorba Linda three weeks ago with a recommendation from a friend. I belong to the older group and we go 3 times a week. The staff are terrific and very understanding of my mixups. I have a great time and although I have some difficulty with a couple of routines, I know I don't have to be perfect (yet). I ❤ this place! I joined a year ago with the 6 week challenge and boy it did not disappoint. Every time I'm here am greeted with big smiles before, during and after.

The encouragement and support I receive just fuels my energy to do "just one more" every time. The coaches are fantastic! Coach Jenn has been my biggest motivator. The routines are always fresh and energetic. I still despise burpees! 😝

Never thought that I’d be doing bootcamp workouts in my 70’s but I have for 3 years now and love it. Everyone goes at their own pace but we’ve all learned that if you challenge yourself, you’ll be very surprised at what you can accomplish. Before joining this gym, I was working out virtually at home. I lacked the motivation to really push myself. I felt I was slipping more and more out of shape.

I was skeptical when I learned the workouts were only 30 minutes. I’m used to hour long workout classes and figured 30 minutes would just not be enough...boy was I wrong!

I definitely consider myself a fitness buff and I was a little bit apprehensive about the 30 minute workout... "Was it going to be enough of a workout?"

It definitely was! Lots of variety, scaleable exercises, fun group dynamic and clear and easy to understand coaching made my first visit very memorable - I will definitely be back!

Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete you will find this to be a fun and challenging environment!

I am a mother of two and works part time, the scheduled times for working out is just perfect for me!!! The 30 minute work out packs a punch, I could almost feel my body changing for the good! The work outs are awesome!!! The trainers and people there motivate you to work hard and make sure you are safely using the equipment correctly!! Just finished my third workout in a row at YLFBBC and I have to say I'm very impressed! The facility is clean and inviting, the equipment seems new and of good quality, the coaches are friendly and VERY helpful, and the overall atmosphere is positive. The workouts are challenging and are easily modified for beginners like me, and just when I think things are getting too tough the workout is over! 30 minutes is my jam! Always feel a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the workout, and how sore I feel later tells me it's working ;)

There is so much I could say about fit body boot camp. Let’s start with that fact that they have many classes. It’s easier for me to have a set class than just figure I’ll get to he gym at some point, there is more accountability because of the timed classes. These are short classes and they go by fast. Though classes are short, they are intense and varied and that’s all you really need, classes aren’t crowded, the 5:30am class probably has the most members. I look forward to the new and challenging workout everyday!Trainers are great and certified. My favorite trainers are Lee and Jennifer! They have a watchful eye and great at telling you on how to improve your form. The atmosphere is great and people are mostly friendly and not intimating. It’s a clean facility, with a water station and ample parking. All in all I give it five stars based on trainers, the workouts, facility, members, and parking. They always run promos so try it out!

I have been going to Yorba Linda Fit Body for almost 3 years. The trainers are amazing. The training never gets boring. Every time I go to there there is a new plan, new set up and new music!! You just need to show up and follow the instructions. In half hour you are done for that day!! For my busy schedule being a working mom of 2 teens works perfect. I can't spend hours in gym everyday. The management is great too. They always think about adding new equipment and new services like Yoga to the gym. I feel and see that I'm in a much better shape compared to 3 years ago although I'm 3 years older!! I highly recommend this place to all.

It's fast--30 minute sessions, but most importantly they waste no time in kicking butt, my booty is proof of it all. This facility is amazing. Sessions are only 30 mins, but dont think 30 mins is nothing. They design their 30 mins workout in a way that you can get your whole body workout done. I stared 3 weeks back and i love going to the sessions. I look forward to it everyday. Love all the trainers. They do guide you throughout the workout. Always encouraging and welcoming.

I've just started the NYR2 challenge and so far it's been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The other challengers and individuals working out here are more then welcoming as well. I have never felt so comfortable somewhere new!

I love this Gym ! It's open early and it's intense ! I love how I push myself so hard and I love the workouts . I really feel my body sore the next day . I know I'm getting a really good workout . I was hooked after the first class ! I will be a forever member .

This was the worst gym experience I have ever had, the only good thing was the front girl was very friendly, but the gym experience for a new comer was not what I expected for someone who has never done this type of exercise . The trainer explain the exercises so quickly, that I as a new person could not follow completely, I had kind watch others doing the exercises to follow the circuit training, and also I had no idea what weight of the weights to choose from , not knowing what was right for me, One area of the circuit training was so crowed that there was little room to move and was not sure if I was doing the exercise correct because no one was helping because everything was going so quickly for me to follow. Hated this experience and will not come back again!!!

I love Fit Body Boot Camp! I started off as a boot camper in February of 2013, and quickly became hooked. I was attending boot camp at least 5 days a week with multiple session in a row. I saw my body toning up and leaning out as I followed Bryce's nutritional guide.

I ended up loving Boot camp so much, that I soon asked to become a trainer when I learned that they were hiring! I love helping out and motivating fellow boot campers. Each day is a completely different workout, and I don't believe that i've ever had the same work out in the 9 months that i've attended boot camp. The quick 30 minute sessions are great for busy people!

I first joined Fit Body with a Groupon/Living Social deal. I was feeling mediocre about my gym routine at 24 hour fitness and my own apartment's gym. I was always repeating the same exercise and never really seeing any results. The first few times doing bootcamp it was REALLY challenging. I could not finish a 30 minute work out without taking several breaks. Over the months I have seen a drastic change in my body. Each trainer brings something different to the exercises. I recommend trying boot camp, sit down and talk with the trainers and see that they really do care about you! It makes going so much more enjoyable. Thanks Fit Body!

I joined Fit Body Bootcamp back in May and after the first trial run I knew it was something I wanted to stick with. The 30 minute sessions of 5 stations (3 sets) are a real workout but the time flies by! Bryce, Tatiana and his team make themselves available for any questions and I never felt pressured to sign up for anything. Within the first few weeks I could feel a difference, after a few more weeks I really started to see a difference and so did family and friends. I love how strong I feel now! I feel better about my physique but most importantly my health. Join FBBC and you won't be sorry :)

I joined FBBC back in February as I needed a change. I was overweight, tred all the time and lacked and motivation to do anything. I always wanted to do a boot camp but was afraid that at my size and weight I would not be able to hang with everyone else. I saw a special for a month trial and took a chance. I called Bryce the owner and after meeting with him and being assured he would work with me I felt at ease. I not gonna say it was easy but I was able to complete the 30 minute session with some rest periods but I was able to hang in and finish. As the weeks went by I found myself getting stronger and my endurance was up. I feel more energetic and less stressed.

The workouts consist of 30 minute sessions of interval training lasting 1 minute at each station with 5 stations. This is repeated for a total of 3 times for the 30 minute workout. This along with a diet plan provided by Bryce I have lost over 30 lbs in a few months.

The trainers are awesome and will motivate you to finish strong. You feel more like your working out with family and friends as no one judges you on what you can and can't do. Everyone is supportive and helpful. The facility is top notch with all of the latest equipment to get you into shape.

I am so thankful to have discovered this boot camp! I lost about 45 pounds before attending FBBC and needed something to fit around my busy schedule, but get me toned. I work full time, have an internship and am in a Master's Program, so starting my day early by going to boot camp keeps me from sleeping in and gets the workout for the day done before 7am!
I love how I feel after every workout and the environment is very motivating to keep us pushing throughout the entire workout..
The workouts are only 30 minutes and intense, focusing on all parts of the body!

My wife and I joined FBBC in February and have been going at least five times a week since then. I sometimes go to multiple classes on my days off! Both of us have given up our gym memberships. What we love about FBBC is that you get a great workout in 30 minutes, which is GREAT for us busy folks! The workout is different every day which keeps your body guessing and you get the results that you're looking for. And the instructors are very helpful and motivating. Bryce also offers nutritional counseling along with personal training. I would highly recommend FBBC!
