Took both my daughters here for an "intro class" that you have to pay for. When they called on the phone they were very eager and warm, in person was a whole different story. Went in on a Saturday morning and there was no one at the front desk. Walked to the back of the gym where no one could tell me where to go or which classes my daughters were in. All of a sudden a few minutes past the start time, several teachers come rushing and just take the kids to start. No introductions, no conversation with the parents. Very cold demeanor. My 6 year old struggled to the point I almost went into the gymnastics area as the high school looking instructors were just chit chatting. All the experienced girls were getting frustrated with her as she was holding up the line, yet the teachers couldn't care less. My 3 year old seemed to have a little better of an experience, and the instructor seemed to engage well with the students.

Do yourself a favor and take your kids somewhere they can actually learn.

Love our gym! Low on gimmick, high on quality of instruction. If you want warm and fuzzy receptionist,- go elsewhere. If you want your kids to actually learn skills and progress,- this is the place! The most pedigreed, experienced coaches for the team and pre-team. Some of these guys are former Olympians, while others had trained the US Team. For the last year our daughter has been attending this gym, and we are overjoyed with her success here.

Our two daughters are students at YLGA and love it.
The kids call her Miss Z, but I wanted to let you know that I think she is a wonderful addition to your great staff of coaches. I am very pleased with the hands-on coaching and detailed instruction she is giving our girls. I already can notice a difference.
