The main gym/weightlifting floor is fine. The same cannot be said for the rest of this facility. The locker room and pool area are quite literally a dump. It's clear that cleaning is either minimal or non-existent. The swimsuit spin dryer was removed for whatever reason with no signage or alternative solution. The inside of the pool is scattered with greenish growth and the water color seems off. This was a state-of-the-art establishment 10 years ago but it has gone downhill ever since. Rip.

The pros are the great variety of equipment and it’s open 24 hours. The con is how dirty everything is. The bathrooms are what nightmares are made of. There’s usually only 2 of 6 stalls with toilet paper. Multiple toilets are usually clogged. And the floors usually have unidentifiable liquids on them. They struggle to refill the cleaning bottles and paper towels for the gym equipment. Attend at your own risk.

I was a member at 24 hour fitness for 26 years, my contract said I have access to ALL clubs. They decided this club is so magically special they would not let me in. So my ALL clubs membership only works at clubs that aren't open 24hours. Gave them multiple opportunities to correct this and to do the right thing, they refused. Integrity is lacking, from the corporate level on down.

10/31 Update. It seems like lightning poles at the parking lot are functional now. Some clocks have been fixed. I have attached a photo of the space where there was a dryer for wet swimsuits.

I have mixed feelings about this location. It's spacious, has lots of workout equipment, pools, basketball court, sauna, and steam room. They removed drying equipment for wet swimsuits a few months ago and never replaced it. Lots of areas are dirty, such as the ceiling vent over the hot tub, family shower rooms, clocks at the second floor don't work, ligh poles at the parking lot don't work. No stations with paper towels in the change room.

Went in for a 3 day free pass and the guy that helped me out was super rude unprofessional. He told me I couldn't do the 3 day pass due to my friend bringing me once as a guest and told me I had to pay. I told him I wanted to check out the gym at 3 am and he quickly responded with "Well what exaxtly do you want to see at 3 am, it's dead" and I told him I just wanted to see how it is. And he's like well you would have to pay. Super rude he needs to be fired! Or needs to take classes on how to talk to people. Glad I won't be wasting my money here. How can I reach out to corporate looks like this "GUY " has had multiple people complain about him. If he doesn't want to help people he shouldn't be working there.

Maintenance seems to be going downhill once again. When I went to the club last night, the lap pool and the hot tub were both out of service. I am always told by club staff to go on the 24 hour fitness website to report any concerns which I do and nobody ever follows up to indicate they got my request and will address it.
I also send emails to the club management team when I see issues that need to be addressed and they never follow up either to indicate they are aware of the concerns.

Extremely frustrating experience with unauthorized charges and a complete lack of customer service. The issues began at my membership renewal. The staff on duty was unable to locate my invoice and advised me to return another time. A week later, believing my membership had expired, I created a new online account and paid $239.88 (plus Annual Fee Amount: $ 59.99 after 1 month) for a new membership. Three weeks later, I discovered a new charge of $251.88 (plus Annual Fee Amount $58.99)on my credit card statement from 24 hr. This was an unauthorized automatic renewal from my old account—the same account the staff claimed they couldn't find. I immediately contacted 24 hr parker/arapahoe to cancel the old membership and request a refund for the duplicate charge. I could cancel the membership but couldn't get the refund. Today, I escalated the issue to a manager. Shockingly, his response was "Why would I do that?" and then hung up on me. I will file a formal complaint to BBB.

Been here a few days. It is a very big facility with lots of options. Issues 1) its busy but that is true of any big gym less than 50 a month; 2) the men's bathroom showers are nasty. Bleach and water will remove the permanent pee smell. 3) the suana has a bad smell. Again bleach and water. If they could fix the cleanliness issue then this would be a solid 4.5 gym. But considering I have to wear sandles to shower they get a 3.

I’ve been to every 24-hour fitness in the greater Denver area and this is my favorite. The weights area is absolutely huge! Plenty of space to stretch out a bit. There’s even an indoor jogging track and an outdoor area to do tires. Decently clean for a 24-hour fitness

I signed up for the 3 day trial pass and received the email code. I downloaded the 24GO app as instructed and entered the email code into the guest pass option and received a message that said “We are not finding a match” so I got ready and drove to the Parker-Arapahoe club. Upon arrival no one was at the desk and then a young man greeted me and tried to help me with the process. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to assist with the app issue so I asked him if he had time to give me a tour. He was very kind and informative. When we arrived back at the front counter he got very busy with other guests so I waited. During this time, another young man asked me if I needed help so I explained the situation. “I signed up for the 3 day trial pass but the app was not recognizing my code so I can’t sign up for a class that Id like to try tomorrow.” This employee was extremely rude and unhelpful and said “well the classes are only for members but you can show up and see if there’s room.” I replied with “well I don’t want to get ready, drive here then the classes is full.” He said “I don’t know what to tell you. It might be full, it might not be. I don’t work on Sundays so I don’t know.” I said, “well isn’t that the point of the 3 day trial so I can try it out first?” He said “yeah, emphasis on TRY.” He proceeded to help other customers and I stood there unsure if I should just leave and then he said, “Have you checked in already?” I said, “I’m not sure. This is my first time here and he was helping me but got busy” He got frustrated and said, “Have you put any information in on that computer?” I said, “I just tried to log in but it wasn’t working. I didn’t put my address or phone number in or anything. I’m not sure how this works.” Again, he got frustrated and just kind of ignored me so I said, “This is my first time here. I don’t know how this works or what I need to do. Is there a manager here who can tell me how this works?” He replied, “I’m the service manager and I’m telling you how it works.” At this point, it was clear this conversation was no longer productive so I said, “You know what? I’ll go somewhere else.” And walked out upset. If that is true that only members can sign up for classes then I wish that was made more clear on the website as that’s my main intent for going to 24 Hour Fitness. If that’s not true, then I ask that the staff at this location be properly trained on how the 3 day trial pass works. I just can’t believe how downhill customer service has gone ever since COVID it seems. This service manager was so rude and unhelpful and I hope he is held accountable for how he treats customers.

**UPDATE**
The service manager I spoke with was Dylon. I went back on Monday to inquire about memberships (because I'm not going to let one rude employee derail my fitness journey) and although very uncomfortable, Dylon was finally helpful. That does not change my initial impression of this gym and I still feel he should be held accountable for his lack of professionalism.

Side note, I tried to sanitize the treadmill after use and there seems to be no paper towels anywhere! GROSS. I walked to three "cleaning" stations and even the bathroom and no paper towels to be found. This gym is pretty dirty and definitely needs a deep clean and remodel. Hoping the classes are great or I will be canceling my membership and going back to Planet Fitness.

Gyms big .open 24/7 I think it’s the nicest one out of all the 24 hours iv bin to .has indoor loop you can run . You’ll meet all kinds of ppl here . The staff keeps an eye out for the elderly . The sauna here is just right for the intense sweat. Clean 🧼 they always check around to see if anything needs fixing . The cons and this has nothing to do with staff . I would say this gym has ppl with a lot of egos. A lot of criticism from ppl towards eachother . From what Iv experienced here myself. walked out to the parking lot/or just in the changing room you’ll hear a lot of ppl speaking of ppl of other ethnicities. For the most part the only issue you’ll have here is with how ppl talk about others. But do what I do and disregard what’s said .your there to workout . Evan heard a staff member said I had ppl complaining about me but said check the cameras because ppl say stuff. I’m pretty sure he knows I’m just getting a workout in that’s all . When I myself havnt had an issue or spoken to ppl. So keep that in mind . Even if you’re keeping to yourself that’s prolly the only problems you’ll have . Glad you guys got a staff that try’s to see if it’s true or not . Hella respect that 🫡 other than that enjoy the gym .🙏🏽

So I received a 3 day trial pass I wanted to check out the gym and maybe join and upon entering the front desk guy was very pushy and rude he had attitude and told me that they just don’t let anybody into their gym i don’t think I was just anybody I did receive a 3 day pass I did not feel welcomed to this gym n felt judged so I did not fill out anything and said I’m just going to go back to my gym n he then gave me more attitude like bye see you later don’t come back vibe so I walked out of this place if your trying to add members this is def not the way. I want to come to a gym to do my workout n not have rude staff members making me feel like I shouldn’t be here. so for a first experience not even a first experience first walking into the door it was terrible n the vibe was totally off I will not join a place where I don’t feel comfortable or welcomed and with staff like that guy was. first impressions are everything I will just stick to my gym I been at for 2 years they respect there members and greet you every time you step in and finish your workout with a have a nice rest of your day I did check in at the desk had my e mail n pass ready gave my id so I didn’t think I was just anybody how are you suppose to have people join? do you have to know somebody or something have

This is one of the dirtiest gyms I have ever been too the bathrooms are extremely dirty and so are the locker rooms. It seems like this gym is never cleaned. It is also one of the most outdated gyms I’ve been to yet it is in desperate need of renovations especially the fact that the AC system isn’t working. However is it a nice and spacious gym and has decent equipment and one of the only few gyms that is actually open 24 hours which is the only reason I come here. The basketball courts are nice and so is the staff but it just seems like no one cares about the appearance of the gym especially if you’re paying this much for a membership. (edit) it’s been a year since this leak has started why not fix it instead of just dumping out the water and putting the bins back.

Buyer beware - this location will cheat you out of any money they can. They do not follow their own membership policies & refuse to correct their own mistakes. The sales manager told me that he was not going to refund charges made to a child’s debit card for another member’s account even when those charges were not charged within the policy that 24 hr fitness has set out themselves. Its pretty dirty here overall. Look on the floor there is dust/hair, workout equipment gave my boyfriend Mercia (its a skin infection), bathrooms always dirty. There are cleaners but probably not enough with how over crowded this location is too.

This gym could easily be a five-star facility. It’s popular, usually busy, but I can usually get to the equipment I need with a little patience. That part I understand — it’s a gym, not a private club. What I don’t understand is the complete lack of basic hygiene and the shockingly poor customer service from the front desk team.

Let’s start with cleanliness. It is unacceptable that in a post-pandemic world, a gym of this size and volume does not provide wipes to clean equipment. Members are left to either bring their own or just deal with the nasty sweaty equipment from the person working out first. The bathrooms are consistently dirty, poorly stocked, and give the impression that sanitation is not a priority here.

But honestly, the most disappointing and consistent issue is the front desk staff. I’ve never encountered a group of employees who seem so actively disinterested in doing their jobs. Asking a question feels like an inconvenience to them. Requesting help? Forget it, the energy shifts immediately into eye-rolls, blank stares, or sarcastic tones. It’s like some strange mix of apathy and arrogance.

Whether it’s a lack of training, lack of accountability, or just a toxic work culture, it needs to be addressed. A good front desk team sets the tone for a facility. Right now, that tone is cold, rude, and dismissive. It feels like a social experiment and I swear the wall would give me better, thought out responses then the wannabe influencers up front. I obviously won’t renewing my membership.

This place could be amazing. But if the front desk is the first and last impression, it’s currently doing more harm than good.

I had a great experience at the Arapahoe-Parker 24/7 Fitness facility while signing up for a membership. Triston, who was working at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist me. Despite being the only person at reception and managing a steady flow of patrons, he remained calm, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to walk me through several membership options that best fit my needs, and I truly appreciated his attentiveness and knowledge. I love this gym and it’s purely because of the staff and the wide variety of equipment. There are more machines and pieces of equipment than I’ve seen in any gym I’ve been to. It allows me incredible flexibility to adjust my workouts and keep hitting my muscles from different angles. The staff is incredible. Sarah, Ryan, and Adrianna at the front desk are amazing human beings always make me feel welcomed and loved. They are the glue to the staff here in my eyes. Amy, one of the personal trainers, is also amazing. I asked her one day for feedback on my RDL form and she gave me incredible tips to implement and my lower back doesn’t hurt anymore from them. If you are considering this place, I recommend it. You will feel welcomed and accepted here!

I’ve been going to this 24 Hour Fitness for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic gym. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and spacious, but what really sets it apart is the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff.

Special shoutout to Sarah, who goes above and beyond by learning so many members’ names. It might seem like a small thing, but being greeted personally when you walk in makes a big difference and really creates a sense of community. I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an experience I had on May 18, 2025, 10:25am at your facility, involving a staff member named Ryan.

I came in to use what was advertised as a “free 3-day pass.” However, instead of being welcomed or given clarity, I was mocked and humiliated by Ryan. He dismissively claimed that the free pass was not actually free and implied that it was merely a tactic to get people through the door. His tone and demeanor were not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and degraded in front of others.

I had come in good faith, expecting to try your facility and potentially become a member. Instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and ridiculed.

I hope you take this matter seriously. No customer or guest should be subjected to such treatment, and I trust you will take appropriate steps to ensure this does not happen to others.

I would appreciate a response and some clarity on your actual policy regarding the free pass, as well as what actions you intend to take regarding this complaint.

I moved away from this gym, but I can tell you I sure miss it. I started my fitness journey here and it feels like home. Without a doubt this is one of the better gyms. The staff messed up my account when I tried to renew my membership. I could check in with my finger print, the app stopped working. They refused to honor their advertised price.
I renewed anyway cause of convenience. It took months for my finger print check in to get fixed, and the app still doesn't work. I periodically try to get addressed at different locations just to be told that they don't know how to fix it. You guess used to be awesome, what happened to you.

The place to be! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, as well as the entire gym community is respectful and welcoming. There are so many pieces of equipment, that even working out at 5pm on a weekday is reasonable & possible. I love seeing all different ages, shapes, and sizes be welcomed and supported by the staff & other gym-goers. Cleaning supplies for equipment are always stocked, and broken machines are fixed within a day.

I know there are a few other reviews about cleanliness in the gym- but each time I have been within the last two years, the gym has been extremely well kept and clean. I personally see their cleaning staff while working out, and they are very thorough and kind!

I would highly recommend this gym to anyone just starting out, or even those looking for a new gym to work out at.

I love this 24 Hour Fitness gym.
Randy, the general manager, is amazing. He is very personable, approachable, very helpful, and warm to all. He runs the gym exceptionally well! Next line, Ryyan and Tristan in the front office are wonderful. They are industrious and hard-working.

The gym itself is of top quality. There are various machines to get your work out. I usually use the machines for
Upper body workout
Lower body Workout, and
Cardio workout.
The 1/6 mile walking track is very relaxing and purposeful
I love the water features in the gym. The two swimming pools, the sauna (dry and wet.), and The Jacuzzi.
The entire gym is well maintained, clean, and well taken care of.
I love coming to this gym. I come at least 4 to 6 times weekly.

For the price the gym is great. Not entirely perfect, but the gym itself has everything you need. The amount of equipment is by far the best in terms of variety, coming from a campus gym and 2 other chain gyms. On top of that it's actually open 24 hours, like woah!

Their personal training is spot on too, was really impressed with Carson and how holistic and encouraging he is. I've been going to the gym for years but there's some foundational fundamentals that he helped with. With that I'm a lot more confident with achieving my fitness goals.

I have been a member here for 10 years. This facility is getting worse very fast, especially since 24 hrs fitness decided to remove towel paper. Locker room, lockers by itself, shower, restrooms are disgusting. Even with mosquitoes sirltting on the shower walls. Hair everywhere in the shower,shower rooms smells with urine.I was so happy to use lap pool,but very offen now I see sweat people use it, jumping directly from sauna. I am sure it's not right and some signs should be there to prevent this health issues. The blue pool nuddles are covered with mold and have woodlouses sitting on it. Really, it's terrible!Pool water is cloudy and with lots chlorine, its smell extremely strong. My skin ithes after each pool use.I am extremely disappointed with pool becouse I really need to use it for my health. So many negative reviews and nothing have been done and changed. I think management in this facility should be replaced. This facility is not in BBB anymore, but still have stickers on the door to fullish the members.

Honestly love 24 hr fitness. This location is incredible in its amenities. Carson, the coach is hands down the best fitness advisor I, or my husband, have ever interacted with. That's why my husband and I got the best membership so we can be a part of this for the next two years at least. However, some of the staff is not so great. The front desk blonde girl is weirdly aggressive to feedback and made me not feel valued as a person less a member. And a guy I believe is a facilities manager or maybe the whole club manager or OSHA for all I know lol. My husband was asked to leave the pool because of something with the chemicals in the pool. All I said to him was that it was lame that this stuff could have happened earlier at a less popular time because the jacuzzi was out the day before so it was like double whammy lack of preparedness. Lastly, Tom head fitness coach, such a salesman. I get that the idea, this is a business but I'm already a member. I attended a free coach session that was basically an extended sales pitch that did very little to help with my very specific fitness questions. Like I said, I love it here but a customer service politeness seminar would send this gym to the next level. Also a little more attention to cleanliness in the women's bathroom wouldn't hurt but when I told the same guy with the pool sitch he said it's because women tear up the bathroom.

This is probably one of the busiest gyms in the area and it's never stocked up with paper towels for cleaning the machines. Most bars dont have clamps or any laying around. The sauna has signs outside the door prohibiting regular shoes inside and it's not enforced. So the floor gets muddy and the sauna packed. The pool looks milky. Overall, the state of this facility is unkept. It's a shame how much these gyms have gone downhill.

Staff at front desk have been mostly cordial and this is the only facility that is open 24/7. However, echoing back what many have been saying, cleanliness of the facility is the worst. Visited this gym for a late night workout several times and always find the gym locker rooms and bathrooms in disgusting condition. Bathrooms, toilets, sinks and dressing area weren’t even minimally kept clean. There was a particular evening where there were trash everywhere and some disgusting things in the sinks, throw up like material and trash. Worked out and left facility an hour and a half later to still find mess there.

I signed up for the 3-day guest pass, thinking I'd be able to actually *use* the gym for free, as advertised on the website. I went to this location today and was denied access to use it because my ID said Thornton, not Aurora. I explained that I had recently moved to Aurora and did not live in Thornton anymore, not that it should matter at all. The salesperson instead tried to hard sell me on a membership, knowing full well that I was not ready to commit to any gym at this point. I told her more than once that I was trying to decide between gyms, and I wanted to use each one to see which worked better for me. You just lost a potential customer for life. Saying that I can not try the gym for free because my ID was not considered "local" is one of the dumbest business practices I have ever heard.

I want to love this place. But it is an absolutely disgusting facility. The walls are leaking, the windows are leaking and missing drywall. When it snows or rains, water drips inside to the point of getting splashed as you walk by on the track. The treadmills are filthy with dust and sweat and trash. The spray to clean off machines is usually empty. I don’t like complaining but this is awful. The pool area reeks, I wouldn’t go in. The sauna is so gross. Nothing is cleaned or maintained in this facility. Seems like they need a visit from the health department because management doesn’t care.
