This place is so wonderful!! The coaches are so encouraging, but also challenge you. You’re sure to get a great workout in, and in only 30 minutes. They have an area for kiddos and it’s awesome to have everyone cheering you on when you get to your final station. This place has given me some sanity back and it’s such a stress reliever too. 🥊

I went here for 2 months over the summer and had great results! I lost weight and got a lot stronger while also gaining self defense skills, I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve been a part of this gym for about two months now, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredible experience so far! The coaches are friendly and also genuinely invested in each of our journeys and improvement. The atmosphere is very welcoming, with everyone—from seasoned members to newcomers—cheering each other on. It’s inspiring to be in a place where the focus is not just on physical fitness but also on building confidence through self-defense and I truly look forward to seeing how much I’m able to improve just by going here consistently!

I had been looking for a gym since my last gym unexpectedly closed. I did the free first workout and was hooked. The coaches here are fantastic and so encouraging. Even received personal text to come in to HIIT which was a good way to get me in and focus on my goals. It’s been 2.5 weeks and already feel stronger. My goal is to lose weight but I am learning my self confidence is increasing each session. It’s so fun, 30 minutes in and out, 2% of your day. Thanks to 30HIIT fam, feel blessed to have found you.

The high-energy music keeps you moving, and there's a real sense of camaraderie among the participants. You will hear other members cheering for eachother to push harder or go faster. They even have a kids area so it's convenient for busy moms. Joining this gym is one of the best decisions I've made!

I have tried personal trainers, orange theory , Lifetime, and countless other things. Here I feel safe, welcomed, not judged, and encouraged. I am able to stay consistent and enjoy the flexibility of the environment especially with a little one. To not get a fee strung in for when life happens and I can’t make it is amazing. The coaches are personal and encouraging at whatever part of your journey you are in. I am beyond grateful for this place and how it is helping me with not only my physical health but my mental health as well!

I absolutely love 30 Minute Hit Parker! The trainers are amazing and so supportive. It’s an incredible workout and fits so well into my schedule as a working mom. I can bring the kiddos with me to workout and I love that I can drop in anytime they're open. The ability to workout from home using the 30 Minute Hit app is also so convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great workout and results!

Love this gym, the concept, and the awesome ladies running the rounds! I used to go to the boxing gyms in Parker and unfortunately the class times weren’t convenient and there aren’t any designated boxing gyms in CR. This layout allows me to get back to what I love and the flexibility of time with my full time work schedule.
The ladies, both who run the gym and the other members, are incredibly supportive & friendly. The trainers acclimate to the person. For some they give input to improve form or provide more challenge and for others they’ll spend more time walking through each station as needed.
The other great element is the cheerleading… everyone pushes everyone to go hard (especially during double time) and give it their/our all. You leave feeling so much better. After only a month I’m already getting more strength & energy, and my body is shifting quickly.
If you’re just in need of a good 30 minute workout, need to improve muscle, need some gal support in a gym setting where we can sweat and not care how tormented you look after ;-), need flexibility of start time, have never boxed and want to get some great experience in (with a pad that doesn’t punch back). check this place out!

30 Minute Hit is the greatest workout! Whether you’re having a bad day or a great day it feels amazing to hit and kick things while working up a sweat 🥊. The flexible scheduling and ability to bring your kids is also perfect for us Moms whose schedule varies from day to day and it’s almost impossible to get out of the house on time. And the women (both trainers and members) are so supportive of each other - just one more reason I show up as many times as I can each week. Try it - you won’t regret it!

This place is such a great place to work out. The owner, Erica, is super sweet and always there to push you just a bit more. You even get to bring your little one while you workout. 30 minutes and you're done. It's perfect for busy women. 100 would recommend.

I love this place! The trainers are truly the best- it feels like family walking in. I have gained strength, endurance, and confidence by going to this gym. I also love that I can bring my kids and be in and out in 35 minutes!

If you are looking for a gym where you feel comfortable, accepted and cared for...run... I mean run.. today.. right now.. go sign up. Erika the owner is one of the most compassionate, caring and motivational people I have ever met. The trainers are awesome, especially Wendy. I have learned so much from her. Her technique is spot on and she wants you to succeed. You can just feel it. She motivates me to do better, get stronger and believe in myself. I look forward to my workouts because of the people around me. Getting back into shape and feeling empowered are benefits. The real reward is the encouragement I receive at 30 Minute Hit in Parker.

I love 30 Minute Hit Parker!! The staff and members are terrific and the workout is one of a kind. There are no set class times so you don't have to worry about being late. If you're looking for an awesome workout, look no further! The trainers will show you what to do. You will feel supported in your fitness goals, especially if you're just starting your health journey like I am. Best of all the workout is only 30 minutes long-that's it!! I worked out with one of the owners, Erika, who was so motivating and positive! She guided me through the circuit and I finished feeling accomplished and energized! I highly recommend 30 Minute Hit-Parker and will be returning to workout again!
