I have been a regular client of Amy's for over two years and have nothing but positive things to say. Her sessions are specialized to address each client's specific needs. I leave every session with my body feeling better than it did when I started. I have experienced some significant knee injuries over the years and I truly believe that Pilates and Amy's expertise are what has kept me active, balanced and strong.

Amy and Ashley are both incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful. They are amazing instructors and taught me so much about Pilates and my strength. Would highly recommend them to anyone, especially pre and post partum women!

Amy is extremely knowledgeable about Pilates practice. She has progressed me to some positions and levels of strength I haven't had since I was a teenager doing gymnastics and ballet. This is a strength and flexibility, TRX-influenced workout that is supported and joint friendly... and I wish I had been doing this my whole life. Thanks Amy!

Amy is amazing and so knowledgable! I have dealt with chronic back pain for 9 years and have tried almost everything. Through working with Amy, I have been able to strengthen my core in a safe way (which I haven't been able to do before), and increase my stability to relieve the pain I have felt for years. She catered to my individual physical situation, which gave me incredible improvement and strength I've been wanting to get. She is the real deal!

Amy has changed my life. She's helped me through some joint issues due to work. She also is a physical therapist, so she'll be the one to lean on in your strong body journey. Forever grateful!

Highly recommend coming to Amy for prenatal pilates! I fully credit her for getting me through my pregnancy. I was a high intensity fitness junky prior to getting pregnant, but as my pregnancy progressed and the activities I once loved began to exacerbate all my pregnancy ailments, it became clear that I needed to find movement more suited to what my body was going through. I tried a few group fitness classes in the area, but kept finding that instructors were not knowledgeable enough in prenatal fitness or would provide modifications ahead of time and it felt taxing to mentally keep track of what was/ was not safe for me to do throughout class. Finding Amy was like a breath of fresh air because I finally had someone who could give me a good workout perfectly catered to my stage of pregnancy and whatever was hurting that day. Her PT knowledge has been incredibly helpful and she’s got me through low back pain, a pulled groin muscle, and loose joint pain from all that pregnancy relaxin. She’s very talented at assessing what’s going on in your body and providing exercises to do at home. She’s even dry needled my tight hips before! Plus she is incredibly kind, positive, and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a way to stay active and feel good through your pregnancy, Amy is your gal!

Amy does a great job! She rehabbed me through my first total knee replacement and when it was time for my other knee, there never was any question who I would use! Amy is absolutely the best.

Amy is a consummate professional and operates her practice at the top of her field. Her Pilates videos practically got me through Covid! Amy takes her time getting to know her clients and patients, giving them realistic exercises (with instructions) for better overall outcomes. I would highly recommend Amy (or anyone she endorses within her practice) for physical therapy and/or Pilates.

Amy is FABULOUS...one of my favorite human beings! I am so incredibly grateful for her expertise, patience, flexibility, professionalism and positive attitude. During the quarantine days of COVID, I was experiencing a good deal of back pain and began taking Amy's online Pilates classes (at no cost!) through her youtube channel. Another PT, who helped me with my back pain actually referred me to Amy's channel. Two years later, that same PT again referred me to Amy for her therapy services following my hip labrum surgery. The first day after surgery, it was snowing and icy out and Amy called with concern. She didn't like the idea of me getting out in the weather conditions on crutches, so she CAME TO MY HOME for my PT session! That's impressive! It also demonstrates her understanding and compassionate nature towards her patients. That was 9 months ago and my hip feels great. I still see her almost weekly for Pilates, whether it be an individual session or a group class. Each time I see her, I walk away with greater strength and awareness than I had before I walked in. I feel quite blessed to have Amy in my corner!

I have been to Amy many times over the years for a variety of injuries and joint issues. She has helped me so much with my hips (torn labrum, tendonitis etc) and low back pain. For a while I believed than a hip surgery was going to be inevitable but she showed me that with proper muscle balancing and strengthening, the injury could be managed. The mix of being a Physical Therapist and a Pilates expert is quite unique and I enjoyed this type of therapy so much more than the typical clinical setting. She will work on your whole body not just the injury. For anyone who wants an exercise program tailored to your needs that will be challenging without damaging impact this is the way to go!

I've seen Amy over the years for both pilates and physical therapy. I can't say enough good things about her regarding both disciplines! She's got all the skills you would ever want, so she can help you if you're hurting or want to get stronger, or both! I would recommend her without hesitation!

I highly recommend Amy! I had nerve pain that was prohibiting me to move in certain ways and do the things I love to do. After just two sessions of dry needling, I had significant relief in my lower back and leg. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in what she does.

Amy is outstanding. I've been taking Pilates from Amy for years and it has made a huge difference in managing my back pain. I had shoulder surgery in March and spent several weeks rehabbing with Amy which got me back into my regular routine in record time. Amy has a passion for her work and patients. She is so friendly, professional, fun and incredibly knowledable.

There are some things in life that really matter and when you go through a major joint replacement take it from me your surgeon and your PT professional definitely matter so don’t just go to anyone! If it was not for Amy and her expertise, determination, professionalism, and tremendous personality I would never be back to where I am today. After me knee replacement she spent the quality one on one time with me that I needed which makes all the difference in the world as everyone is different. After I was done rehabbing my knee I continued to see Amy for Pilates which has helped my flexibility and golf game so she really can do it all!! I was so lucky and blessed to have Amy referred to me for my PT and words can’t describe how much I would recommend her for your needs. She’s awesome!
