I started with Janum after injuring my shoulder to the point where I could hardly move it. From day one, he approached my recovery with a level of knowledge, patience, and precision I’ve never experienced before. He broke everything down—what was happening inside the joint, what muscles needed to engage, and how proper stabilization would protect me long-term. Every session was purposeful and tailored, and slowly but surely I regained mobility and strength I honestly wasn’t sure I’d ever get back.

This place is a godsend. I had low back pain for 2 years due to desk job and being over 50. I tried chiro, PT, and massage. This is the most active and effective treatment I've done. I noticed a difference after the first visit. They target the weak muscles, get immediate feedback from the equipment, work with me individually on floor exercises, motivate me, give me exercises to do at home, and train my body to overcome the old patterns of compensating. Bonuses are body aesthetics the natural way and deep sleep following a session. Priced slightly higher than PT, but absolutely worth it.

My experience at All in 15 has been incredible so far! It was recommended to me by a podiatrist who was treating me for a calf tear that stemmed from a glute imbalance. I've been working for five weeks now on strengthening my glutes and seeing incredible results. The trainers are wonderful and tailor each session to your goals and abilities and the workouts are fun but challenging! The machines they have are very unique and help me activate muscles that I haven't been able to do going to the gym on my own.

Great system to test yourself. As an ex-athlete and of a certain age, the fit-tech world is real and a 15 minute session is definitely an "ALL IN" experience. John makes the sessions personal and helps keep you on track. Highly recommended!

This place is truly one of kind. As a sports chiropractor it's extremely important to train during the eccentric phase to not only get stronger but to prevent injuries. John does an incredible job of explaining the entire process and builds a custom training plan fit to your needs. I highly recommended All in 15!
