I recently joined Allow Fitness in Highlands Ranch and have thoroughly enjoyed the program. After stalling on my personal fitness journey, I needed a reset, and Alloy has been exactly what I was looking for. The program meets me at my current age and fitness level while introducing new routines that push me beyond my comfort zone. The welcoming, value-driven ecosystem makes me feel supported, confident, and motivated as a member. I’m excited about what the future holds for both Alloy and my own physical and mental well-being. Five stars.

Emily is such a great person. She helped me navigate some issues I was having at my home gym, even though each Alloy is independently owned. I was desperate for some help so I called her location hoping to get some information. I was very lucky to have Emily’s help. I wish this location was my home gym. Thank you. Awesome team here!

I love everything about Alloy Personal Training at Highlands Ranch! I joined this uplifting community 8 months ago, and it’s been the best experience. The trainers are professional, highly knowledgeable, and supportive, and they really take the time to understand your goals. I enjoy the small-group setup—it’s motivating and fun, yet still personal. The workouts are challenging, safe, and tailored to building both strength and energy. The environment is incredibly welcoming, positive and clean. I highly recommend Alloy Personal Training at Highlands Ranch for all ages to build strength and support both physical and mental health. Thank you so much, Alloy, for working with me to achieve my fitness goals! 💛

As someone who has only worked one on one with personal trainers, I was hesitant to join an environment that was centered around group fitness. My concerns were quickly eased as their trainers were able to modify exercises to suit my fitness level. They genuinely care about helping their clients reach their fitness goals and are there to guide you every step of the way.

I would like to give Alloy personal training the highest recommendation. I didn’t think it was possible to actually gain muscle at the age of 65 and I’ve been losing pounds and fat. I had a great concern about injury because I have a bad neck and back and each workout is personally tailored so as to not cause any injury. The small number of people in the sessions is great.. The workouts are varied. I’ve loved every trainer and Cail and Lindsey are awesome.

10/10 would recommend! I was looking for some training to get me back to feeling like myself again after having a baby and everyone here at Alloy has been so amazing! The trainers are all so knowledgeable, friendly and attentive despite there being up to 6 people per class. I’ve already made some huge improvements just 2 months in.

Just finished a workout with Sean and as always, his workouts push me harder than I can ever push myself! If you want a functional strength training, this is it. I hiked up in the mountains this weekend and could notice a marked improvement in my leg strength. Love it! Thank you Sean…. thank you Alloy💪

I have been going to Alloy Highlands Ranch since it opened and I highly recommend their services. Aimed at those of us who have been around a while, the training is aimed at whole body functional strength with exercise sets changing daily. The trainers are excellent at adapting the movements to ensure everyone is personally challenged and getting stronger safely without aggravating any injuries/limitations. I’ve lost body fat, gained muscle, feel less stressed and feel the benefits in many ways every day.

Alloy in Highlands Ranch is something special. Cail, Lindsay, and their talented training team have built a supportive and inclusive community in this space. Every workout is different and gives you the opportunity to push yourself. I initially joined to ease back into group fitness in an environment that felt less intimidating, now I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I can honestly say that I not only enjoy going to the gym every week, but I look forward to it!

I wanted to do something different in my life and so I signed up and made a promise to myself that I would commit to 3 months. As the 3 months is ending, I realized that I didn't need to be convinced to keep going. I am ready for many more months!
I love that this gym is filled with other people like me, just middle aged people trying to get stronger! Everyone is so nice. The trainer Sean for my usual classes is fantastic. He is excellent at explaining and showing what we need to do. He is always great with giving me modifications if it's something I won't be able to do as demonstrated. There is never any shame if I can't do something, he just helps show me a move I can do. He is great about knowing my limitations but is also great at pushing me when he knows I can do more or go up a weight. I feel so much stronger after 3 months and want to keep gaining strength so I will be going back.
I was sooooo sick for an entire week and they made it so easy to reschedule. I really appreciated that.
I recommend! Just try a month and you will see a difference. 👍👍👍👍👍

This is the first gym that is quick to adjust for my physical limitations and check in to make sure I’m pushing myself enough but not over to the point of injury or bad form. The classes and staff are super friendly!

The trainers are so knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. Shawn and McKenna are the best! The owners are obviously super passionate. Everyone is welcoming and fun to work with. It has been a very motivating experience for me--this is the first time I have ever stuck with a workout routine and the best my body has felt since having a baby 3 years ago!

I can confidently say that in the past 90 days I’ve made more positive gains in my strength and mobility thanks to Alloy than I ever did on my own the entire year.

I chose Alloy because their program offers a proven solution for people like me. 1) As I age I know I must build my strength and mobility while avoiding injury; 2) I don't have hours to spare going to the gym and learning proper technique on my own; 3) I am unable to spend an arm and a leg on personal training... yet I could really benefit from personal training.

At some point as we age, most of us realize that consistent strength training isn’t optional — it’s essential for staying strong and maintaining mobility. It becomes a non-negotiable.

How to get there is an individual decision. So choosing Alloy wasn’t a decision I made lightly. I researched several gyms and programs before committing.

Alloy personal trainers run efficient small group sessions that pack in highly effective exercises in a 45-60 min workout. Sessions are capped at six people so the trainer has time to personally focus on everyone and correct technique.

For me, this strikes the perfect balance. I'm not spending hours in the gym with few gains. Their trainers are skilled at adapting every session to where I'm at that day, showing me proper technique to ensure I avoid injuries and still make progress. They even follow up after some sessions via text to check in.

This high quality of expertise and support has kept me motivated to consistently show up, and their monthly tracking is tangible proof of my progress.

Unlike some other places, I have never felt awkward, self conscious or uncomfortable during a session at Alloy. Everyone in their small group sessions are at different fitness levels focused on their own progress. They are not unconsciously (or consciously) trying to one-up the person next to them.

But why I ultimately decided to join was what my online research didn't tell me until I visited and learned more about this particular Alloy location.

While Alloy is a franchise, the Highlands Ranch location is a family-owned operation. Husband-wife owners, Cail & Lindsay, have decades of experience in fitness and nutrition. Their dedication to building a special community and the care they have for their members genuinely shows. No one gets lost or forgotten in the shuffle and they treat their members and employees like family.

For me, what Alloy offers has made this non-negotiable worth the time and investment in myself and, and as a bonus, I've become a member of a highly knowledgeable, supportive and fun community that is just as invested in my success as I am!

That "one day I will..." begins with Alloy. Taking charge of myself: my body, my mind, and my spirit, is a lifetime challenge that has been guided along with my training sessions here.

What's that they say...a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step? It IS one step after another, after another, after another. And the gratification of accomplishment is one step after another, one transformation after another, one challenging and thoroughly rewarding step after another.

I think the folks here see the best in us and help us to bring it out within ourselves...while sweating. I have lost weight, gained muscle mass, and feel more myself than I have in decades. My clothes hang differently. My confidence hangs beautifully. My energy levels and discipline have also increased manyfold.

Cail and Lindsey opened this gym because they genuinely care about health and people's development. They offer a tangible kindness that cannot be contrived. I have witnessed them geek out in excitement over people's progress. That goodness and energy flows into Alloy.

Alloy is not a magic wand because the self work will always fall on our own shoulders...but Alloy sure is wonderful start. So, three times a week, I start my day with Alloy.

One day, I will be stronger. One day, I will be leaner. One day, I will see the me hidden under years of life. Well, my one day began with Alloy just a few months ago. I am so glad.

I’m so happy that I saw the post for Alloy back in July. I joined in August after meeting the awesome owners Lindsay & Cail. They are committed to helping their members achieve the best results because they love fitness and because they care which is a perfect combination. Thank you both!! The style of the session’s works strength, core, and cardio , and the trainers are encouraging and help me push myself. Another perfect combination. The location is perfect too. I feel like it was fate that I found Alloy. 💛

NSV (non scale victory)…I had lab work done just three days before I started my training at Alloy. My total cholesterol was borderline high. After attending sessions faithfully for three and a half months three times a week, I had my labs repeated. With no significant changes to my diet, my total cholesterol level decreased by 60 points to a healthy level! WOW! I attribute that to the fantastic training I receive at Alloy!
My strength is improving consistently. Each trainer I have worked under has shown genuine concern for my progress. The encouragement and attention given to me has been top-notch! The owners Cail and Lindsey have reached out to me on a personal level just to see how I’m doing and offer their support. It’s not a drudgery for me to go to Alloy; instead, I look forward to it!!

I started attending sessions at Alloy in Highlands Ranch after recovering from a surgery and not being able to work out for 3 months. I really wanted guided workouts to help me get back in shape and stay motivated. The small group personal training sessions have been a perfect balance of personalized attention and curated workouts without the high cost of 1:1 personal training. Sean and Hannah are awesome and help to provide a great culture within the sessions that is fun and relaxed while also pushing you to help you improve.

Small groups, great atmosphere, varied workouts - I'm always excited to get to class! And I really appreciate that they tailor the workouts to my limitations due to lower back problems. I've seen them do the same for others, so don't let a physical challenge prevent you from checking them out.
