I lost my fantasy football league and my punishment was to do a body building comp. I trained my butt off for 6 months and got ripped but had no idea what I was doing when it came to the actual posing and the show it self. I found Greg on Google. He was extremely helpful in educating me about the next steps. I had two sessions with him and my confidence went from zero to hero!!! He helped me build a routine, perfect my posing and how to do qrt turns correctly. His help was paramount to my third place trophy!! Highly recommend

Had a great experience training with Greg. He effectively was able to hear out my fitness wants and goals and access the best steps in order to get me there. Many others trainers out there are bland and cookie cutter as far as the plans they set in motion for clients. Greg has been a good friend for years. After my motorcycle accident i wanted to get back into shape and my methods weren’t working. I reached out to Greg and he began training me. I weighed in at 260 and currently weigh in at 233. I am extremely pleased with the results from his knowledge of weight training, cardio, and diet. He holds me accountable and continues to push to reach your goals realistically. I still have some weight to lose to reach my personal goals and he’s my coach to get me there. Greg is seriously the Best trainer I have ever had! I really struggled with getting a food plan down and didn't really have a good set up for a work out routine before working with him. He took the time to teach me different muscle groups and how important it is to have proper form. The mental push to get through workouts is something I thoroughly enjoy, and it's even better having the support and guidance of a good trainer. Greg is also a huge inspiration to the entirety of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and all of those things tie into a whole when it comes to fitness and strength. I starting working with Coach Greg about 9 months ago for competition prep. This will be my first show, so he has been helping me with training more effectively, as well as the nutrition side of things. When I first started working with him, I was having trouble activating my right quad and my left lat. Since then, mind muscle connection has improved and imbalances remedied.
