Great Gym to be a member of. Plenty of machines to use, access 24/7, and it never gets too busy where you are waiting to get on a machine or use the free weights. Member here for nearly a year now. It's very clean facility, the bathrooms are spacious, and they have 2 showers. Parking is never a problem, the staff here are all amazing and helpful. For 27.99/29.99 a month, it's a good price to pay for a well equipped gym.

This facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there are good spaces for stretching, agility, and other forms of exercise that need a little extra free space. I was so excited when this location opened up. There's lot of equipment and it was kept spotlessly clean.

Unfortunately, there has been a marked decline in cleanliness over the last couple months. There is often no toilet paper in the bathrooms, no Kleenex anywhere, and the floors are getting grimy. It looks like there has definitely been an influx in members, so I think there needs to be an increased focus on keeping it nicely maintained!

Signed up and the location moved within a couple months of that date. There was no mention of plans to move when I signed up, and the contract states that the gym must move more than 5 miles to allow you to cancel your contract. (It moved about 4 miles).
While 4 miles doesn't seem like a big deal, the attraction of a small gym like this was it's proximity to my house and convenience factor. Adding 15 minutes to the drive each way defeats that purpose.
It's impossible to talk with someone to explain the situation to cancel your contract/membership, since it isn't run through the actual gym. You call an 800 number that's connected with the corporate office and they aren't familiar with your actual location.
Would not recommend signing up for a contract at this gym.

I have been a member of Anytime Fitness for a couple of years. I have found that the equipment is consistently broken or in a state of disrepair. During Covid, the doors were locked with no warning and I would show up only to find out that I had to make a prior appointment and was turned away. I also started a membership here to be able to use the shower facilities but more often than not, the bathrooms were occupied by people who would be in there for 30 minutes or more even though the policy states that clients should only be using the facilities for 15 min. Finally, I tried to cancel my membership 3 months ago by calling the customer support phone number but they keep charging my credit card. When I called them again, they said that I had to send them an email, which I did. They charged my card yet again and when I called, they said they didn’t get my email but I have proof that it went through in my email log. I sent a second email and they charged my card yet again. When I called this time, they said that they can charge my credit card again, up to 30 days after receiving a cancellation email. I blocked them from payment from my credit card and now they are saying my account will be sent to collections. I wish I had never joined this membership. They are a scam with substandard equipment and they make it harder to leave than a cult.

This is a great gym set up to help you succeed in your fitness goals. Not only do they have all the equipment you need without being overwhelming or overcrowded, but the staff are willing to help you use the equipment properly and motivate you to stay on track. Members are all super friendly and most are regulars, which has makes it a more fun and relaxing atmosphere and a place you want to go to every day! I stopped in today to lift and I was very pleased with my experience. The gym was EXTREMELY clean, not a single thing out of place. Clean gym with a friendly atmosphere. Three squat racks, smith machine, free weights, cardio machines, kettle bells, there is something for everyone. Everyone is very courteous of one another and you typically do not have to wait for equipment. Variety of fitness levels work out here, both men and women. They have some scheduled group workouts that I have not attended, but they are available. I've enjoyed going to this gym now for over a year, come check it out!

I absolutely love this place. I've always belonged to a big, fancy club and I never thought I could leave. Until about a year ago when I walked into this location. The place is extremely clean and so unbelievably amazing at the customer service. At big clubs, they never call you to ask if your ok because they haven't seen you in a while. This kind of call woke me up and got me back in to doing what I love. Haven't stopped since then. The gym itself was in good shape and convenient friendly staff. The issue is I had a major accident in 2016 that left me with permanent nerve damage to my sciatic nerve on both legs. I asked the manager to put my account on hold until I was finished with physical therapy. They did and a month later I was told the the nerve damage was Permanent. I returned to the Arvada anytime fitness to let them know my doctor had told me I would no longer be able to lift weights or use the equipment but would have to utilize a pool for my exercise and that the nerves would never heal but I could keep them from more damage. I did exactly what the contract said to do to end the agreement by mailing in my note and bring a copy into the gym to insure it was all shut down and It was canceled. I was told I was good to go just to find out I have been getting charged for a little over a year to date. If you call there Billing company they just tell you they never received the letter or email and there is nothing they can do about it regardless and the management at anytime fitness just says it’s up to ABC Finacle and neither will except any responsibility for it not being canceled. Basically it seems to be a scam in the hopes you will forget they are billing you. If you cancle your card they are able to transfer it to any new cards attached to the account. My Doctor is now retired and not around to rewrite a new letter but ABC did let me know that I could pay off half the remaining balance and they are sorry they can’t find the letter that was sent in. I’m going to go back down to the gym tomorrow and see if they will do the right thing and call their billing company ABC financial to cancel this contract if they do I will let you know. I will be bringing in all the reports from the accident there is enough there to show it’s permanent. Other then that it’s a great gym just make sure nothing bad happens to you.

A year ago, I moved away from the one location I consistently went to and began going to the Wheat Ridge location and I wondered if the staff would be as friendly and hospitable as the old location- they are!! I over came my phobia of gyms and joined Anytime Fitness in January. I have had a great experience since! The gym is never over crowded, the staff is very accommodating and the members are friendly. I have only been here once so you may take my review with a grain of salt. I went in with the hopes of finding a new home gym since I graduated from school. I signed up online for a 7 day pass, which I thought was great as most gyms only offer 2-3 days. But when I arrived at the gym I was told I could only do 2 days since the new year resolutioners "stuff" up the gym. Hm okay..

It seemed like a fairly nice facility. The equipment looked great though I only typically utilize racks, free weights, kettlebells, TRX, med balls and rowers. I like to do HIIT training and the open mat area was way too tiny for me and I am a small person. There was a trainer who had a session with a client and it was definitely a tight squeeze trying to fit three people in their mat section.

I was considering signing up because it's so close to where I live, but unfortunately, I will be looking at other options to better suit my needs.

When you live on the Golden/Arvada border Anytime Fitness is the only close 24 hour option. The only other options are prestige, or orange theory, neither being 24 hours. This Anytime is always clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The only downside is it is a small building. This should not come as a surprise though as you see the size of the building the first time you walk in.

I've been a member of this gym for about a year. Facility is always clean, other members are so friendly, and the staff are always helpful and take the time to get to know you. What makes this place really great is the 24 hour access and the community you become a part of when you sign up. They always have fitness challenges to keep me motivated.

I've been working out and training here at Anytime fitness for almost a year now and I find the staff Rob , Alyssa , Michaela and Jamie to be the friendliest people I know . They greet you with a friendly smile when you walk through the door and make you feel welcome. They always take the time out to see how you're doing. It amazes me to see how they know all the names of everybody that walks through the door. I do my training with Alyssa and I always get a great workout. It's never boring , it's different every time which is why I enjoy my workouts so much.I also enjoy the fact that they offer free classes for women with the trainers Alyssa and Michaela on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that is such a plus in my book. I love the fact that they maintain their gym equipment for the safety of their clientele and the facility itself is kept well maintained also. I think anybody interested in working out , getting fit and joining a gym should check out Anytime Fitness in Arvada I love the fact that I can go there Anytime 24 seven . Thank you!!!😊🤗

I've been a member at this health club for about a year and a half now and the value for the access and service you get here is unbeatable in my book. The quality of the staff at this Anytime is what makes this gym by far the best place in the area to help you reach your fitness goals(I've tried the Ymca, and the Prestige fitness place, and the Wheat ridge Rec center). It is a cozy gym so be prepared to meet people and make new friends. The team members Rob, Michaela, Alyssa, and Jamie all deserve pay raises and to be publicly honored for all of the community building, public relations, motivation, and dedication they put into fostering an empowering and fun work out environment at the Arvada Anytime Fitness gym. I've met some really awesome people here and feel like I am a part of the family when I walk through the door. The group fitness classes here do in fact rock (esp for women) and they offer a running club and fitness contests. I love this place so much.

I guess I'll start off with the bad and end on a good note.

The gym is very small, was usually able to get on the equipment I wanted to use, but anytime between the hours of 4-6PM, when I had time after work, it was packed, and meat-heads would use multiple equipment/weights for up to 45 minutes so I couldn't get my full workout in. My contract ended in January 2015, but was continued to be billed month to month. I'll take the blame for not following up on that, but a heads up via email or phone would have been nice.

I called a month ago to cancel my membership and any further billings, the guy I talked to said "no problem, I'll take care of it". Well he didn't, and luckily I noticed on my bank statement that I was still being billed and had to call the corporate office for anything to actually be done about it. 24 Hour Fitness even got this right, not that they are a better gym chain.

Personal trainers were rude and snobby if you were working out close to where they were training someone else.

Good note: staff (other than personal trainers) was nice, bathrooms were clean, equipment was in great shape

The best place to workout in Denver! Rob and his staff are super friendly and make it feel like a community. Jamie's fitness boot camp rocks, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for results. They have a great variety of quality equipment as well.

I really like this gym. Is not perfect. The staff is generally helpful, there are good machines, there are several personal trainers, and the price is mostly reasonable. I like it over all, although there's nothing that stands out.

I've been a member of the Arvada Anytime Fitness for almost 2 months and I go pretty much each day. I'm not sure why a different poster said the place was a mess and the staff turned her off. My only guess is that she mistakenly wrote her review for the wrong location. This center is always clean and well organized and has all of the free weights and cardio equipment that you would need. As an extra plus, they have a lot of various "cross-fit" type of exercise equipment including three large tires outside in the back.

Dee, the manager, is pretty much the nicest guy you'll ever meet and he knows his way around a weight room. Just about everyone stops into his office for advice or to just say hello.

If you're looking for a good, clean gym with a polite staff and friendly members, I highly recommend this location.
