When I initially tried to set up my membership, nobody answered their phone, i then went to the website and arranged a meeting, nobody showed up for the meeting i scheduled via their portal. Took a week of calling all hours of the day to get an initial setup. I got injured months later and tried to freeze my account, talked to a guy said i was good to go, then i was charged the following month, and they wouldn't let me get refund. Got fed up and tried to cancel, instead of canceling they froze my account for three months. And started charging after the freeze. Just spoke to an extremely unpleasant woman saying no refunds and that my account is "cancelled" but i have to come in (9am-1) to physically pickup the cancellation letter.

After i posted this review... I received this text:

Mike Spencer Thank you for being apart of the Anytime Fitness Club! You will have one last payment due. You will have access to the gym until you turn in your key fob or when your 30 days are up. Staff is not welcoming and very rude. Will not be recommending this gym to anyone. Maybe they should de-clutter their front door. It would make it more obvious to ring the bell instead of just pulling the giant door handle to open the door. What an odd thing for someone to do pull the door handle to open a door. I was greeted with a lecture. Young fella who lacks manners and older lady who lacks professionalism. Will definitely not be returning. Doesn't even deserve one star but that's not an option.

I had to update my review of this place when I heard Beth is no longer there and the nasty person that runs the Montrose club took over. Read my review of the Montrose club. I never understood why so many people in this country have to be so prejudiced against other cultures, we're all human and we all bleed red, what's the point of being so rude, and in my case, I'm a combat vet, I nearly lost my life in defense of this nation, what a shame.

Very nice 2nd floor gym. It is the smallest Anytime that I have visited, but I like it so much !

Plenty of high quality equipment to choose from, plus 3 bathrooms, and a group exercise room.

They have a massage chair and private showers. Also some of the machines are placed in a way that is very discreet for women to use and this place is extremely clean and comfortable.

Excellent facility and equipment. Cleanest gym I have ever been too. Staff is superior. Other members are always friendly and polite. I truly enjoy working out here. I think joining the gym may have saved my life. The coaching I received from Beth is the best I have ever had.

I was in Delta working a medical contract at the local hospital, and decided to check out the Anytime Fitness in Delta. The gym met all our needs with newer well maintained machines and equipment, extremely clean well kept workout environment. There's also a host of other workout gear like heavy bags, medicine balls, etc.
Beth the owner, is such an incredible person. She knows everyone by name, is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness due to her competitive bodybuilding background. unfortunately, my contract is up and we'll be heading back home. My wife and I will miss Beth and wish her all the best!

I'm new to this place and have been here for three weeks straight and I love it so much. Its friendly and beth is a wonderful person to talk to ,, she is there to talk to me about my plans on working out and is there to help me in anyway she can. I travel a lot for work and get to see numerous Anytimes (dozens and counting) across the country. This one is a bit small, but has a really nice layout and extremely friendly staff.
Highlights:

Rig Station with pullup bars
Separate training room

Beth Wright the co-owner/manager of this location is the most passionate trainer, advocate and supporter for all clients and athletes. She keeps the gym clean and the equipment updated. Honestly before the new owners and new manager (Beth) took over I was just paying my bill and counting down the days til my membership was over. the old staff was hardly ever in the office, the gym and bathrooms were disgusting and when you had questions about your membership it would take days and multiple phone calls to get them answered if at all. Ever since the new management and owners took over I am excited to be a member of Anytime Fitness. Management is there at the same time or close to on a daily basis and spends most the morning cleaning up the place. She takes time to learn everyone by name and will sit down face to face with you whenever you need her too. I will continue being a member of this fine establishment. The old staff doesn't even deserve one star in my opinion.

Very dissatisfied with the staff. One of the conditions for my workout partner joining was the ability to bring her child. Otherwise she would have never joined. The staff reneged on the conditions of her memberships but she was still obligated to pay for the year long membership. The reason given was every patron had to be 18 or older. Barely a week later one the personal trainers is working out with her friend and her three young kids. Absolute hypocrites! The gym is great...the staff leave a lot to be desired.

The treadmills do not work properly or give you your burned calories on every machine which is weird to me. The people working in the office are rude at least to me they were. The girl was overweight and giving me dirty looks while I worked out which made me feel uncomfortable and self conscious which you should never feel at a gym. Showers are cold, equipment is out of date. Also kiosk to the workout room needs work you can't push a button with it being off thinks your pushing something else. Plus going up and down stairs after leg day lol sucks!! This gym needs improving.
