I have tired to come here 5 times now. No one is there. The hours say the owner will be there between certain times and the 5 times I have gone he has not been there. (Have also called all of the numbers listed) Can’t even start my gym membership what a great start 🙃 He’s now emailing with excuses, sassy, rude & mad about this review.

The last time I was there I never made it in the door I started to open the door and his pit bull rushed out and attacked my service dog rob hollers at me like it's my fault says that's not a service dog even though she had her vest on slammed the door in my face and barred me from that location

The gym is clean and well managed. The members are courteous but keep to themselves. The owner is readily available and works most days. They offer a special rate for students on winter or summer break, and that works well for our family. We've been regulars at three locations in other cities. We like the Evergreen location.

I joined Anytime Fitness in Littleton to enjoy convenient access to a gym near my home and to work out with my boyfriend, who lives in Evergreen. We both enrolled at the Littleton location, but unfortunately, our experience has been impacted by a disappointing policy at the Evergreen location.

My boyfriend is a SilverSneakers member, and he received a message from the owner of the Evergreen gym stating that they do not welcome SilverSneakers members and that his access would be revoked. The tone of the message was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more upsetting.

As a result, our only option to work out together locally is the Littleton location or other participating Anytime Fitness gyms nationwide. It’s unfortunate that the Evergreen location excludes older adults who rely on the SilverSneakers program—a benefit many seniors have earned and depend on to maintain their health.

I hope the management at Anytime Fitness Evergreen will reconsider this policy. Excluding seniors in this way feels like age discrimination and does not reflect the inclusive values that Anytime Fitness promotes. A more welcoming approach would benefit the entire community.

A recent total overhaul of this gym has this place looking clean and up-to-date. While this location is not huge, the layout has made it spacious enough to perform a variety of different workout types. With the gym never being too crowded and there being a multitude of equipment options, I never find myself waiting to use a piece of equipment. It meets all the checkboxes for what a gym should be.

Rob is absolutely no help. Super hard to get ahold of him. I needed to cancel my membership due to moving, he told me to text him for “written notice” and I would be charged one more payment, nothing about 30 days notice. I saw I was charged a second time, he then told me he can’t cancel my membership and I have to call the club I went to last.
After calling that club, they confirmed he was completely wrong and you need to call a customer care center in order to cancel. I think he was trying to get one more month of payments. Super unprofessional, and just wants to get as much money as he can out of people.

That said, the locations in conifer and Arvada are great!

The gym is always clean and the equipment is very good. I particularly like the room for circuit training with Bosu balls, ropes etc.. which is never very busy and is a nice space to work out. I also do some personal training with Rob which keeps me motivated to reach my fitness goals.

I feel bad for Rob.

Ever since I started at Anytime Fitness he's always there. Every hour. He answers the phones, helps guests, takes care of business.

He also was super helpful about the fact that I moved to another state and 13 months later got a collections notice on the cancellation I had provided.

I personally prefer a quieter gym with fewer people and that's exactly what you get here. The others I've tried in Evergreen are jam-packed, not my gig. You also can't beat that they're open 24/7.

I started my membership with zero knowledge of how to use machines properly or what to even do with my time while there. With that, I decided to sign up for personal training and am so happy I did. Rob is a wealth of knowledge and I now feel comfortable on the machines and continue to work towards my personal goals with confidence.

Also, a HUGE bonus here: full body scans! This has been really eye-opening for me and my health journey.

My husband and I both signed up for a membership at the Evergreen Anytime Fitness location about a year ago. We were told that if we moved, we would be able to cancel our contract. We ended up moving to Wash Park. When I emailed the manager with proof that we had moved out of Evergreen, it wasn't until then that I was informed if there was an Anytime Fitness within 10 miles of our new house, we could not terminate our contract. She would not make any exception to this since there was one location within 10 miles of our new house, even though it was not convenient for us to go to. We had to continue payment with this location until our contract was up. Be very careful with the contracts you sign at Anytime Fitness. The 10 mile rule is not stated ANYWHERE within the contract we signed. Only that we were obligated to pay for 1 year.

I have been a member here for several years and have found Jackie and Rob to always be friendly and accommodating. The gym is always clean and I really like the 24 hour access. I highly recommend it! Rob helped me get back on track with my work outs with some personal training and Jackie has always been understanding when I bring my son with me so I can get my workout in. Thank you!!

I was a long term member at Anytime Conifer then transferred to Evergreen because it was closer... until my payments had unknowingly not been going through on an old card. I was busy with work and hadn’t been to the gym in quite some time. Anytime’s financial company (ABC) sent me no emails or mail correspondence and apparently had the wrong phone number (entered incorrectly by Anytime Fitness) and never contacted me about any of this.

I caught it one day and emailed Jackie the manager at Evergreen. After a week with no response I called and had to leave a message. She finally emailed back a week later and said my email went to her spam and she only checks spam once a week which I found strange when you are running a business.

She informed me I had not been paying and they emailed me many times (not true) to inform me. The financial company said they had only called a couple of times not emailed. She said I owed a balance of almost $200 that had gone to collections and I would have to pay and then sign a whole new contract. I am very good about my finances and credit score and was furious. It felt as though I was being bullied into paying more than I owed and signing a new long term contract when I had been on month to month. I contacted the financial company (ABC) and also pulled up my account online and both said I owed about half what she was trying to get me to come pay “in person BY CASH OR CHECK.” Her request exactly. Again strange.

I payed the balance I knew I owed (about $70) to collections and called to let her know how shady this all seemed. Her response was I should have just payed her because now I was going to have a ding on my credit for paying the collections and she could have just pulled it out. Also very not true. She repeatedly made me feel as though I was a bad person who didn’t pay my bills.

I found the actual owners contact info and tried calling him and it went to some sweepstakes automated scam message. Weird. Anyway, Jackie tried to get me to pay in cash or check more than double what I actually owed and was incredibly rude and insulting in the process.

As it turns out, she was trying to charge me for the two months after my account had been closed and sent to collections - this is borderline fraudulent business practice. Because she was so insistent upon my paying in cash or check, it is my belief she was either trying to pocket the extra cash or increase her sales numbers. Her response to this accusation was she was able to see more on her system than the financial company and that’s why I owed more. I confirmed with ABC Financial that this also was not true. So glad I caught on and didn’t get screwed over.

I am very careful about the reviews I give especially if they are negative. I feel this is one that needs to be known. Jackie is rude. And potentially scamming unknowing customers. I went to the Conifer location for a long time before and never had any issues whatsoever. Super sweet people over there. I recommend saving yourself a potentially mess of a financial situation and signing on with them. They didn’t seem surprised when I explained why I was coming back over. Unfortunately, management like that of the Evergreen location can give the whole brand a bad name.

Had my first bad experience with my new service dog. My local gym owner JJ has no business owning a gym. She basically denied me access because I have a service dog and I wouldn't let her pet my dog. JJ has a dog that she lets run loose around the gym. This was a distraction for my working dog but I did not say anything and corrected my dog when she broke commands. I was only 2 minutes into my workout (because the first 10 minutes was spent dealing with my dog breaking commands because of the other dog)
JJ then proceeds to approach my dog, further distracting her and goes to pet her. She is wearing her official vest that says DO NOT TOUCH, DO NOT DISTRACT, SERVICE DOG WORKING. I stop my work out and explain to her she is a service dog, please do not distract or pet her.
This lady got offended and begins to tell me that this is HER gym and she doesn't allow dogs and she just wanted to meet her. I said I understand but she is a service dog and she can go anywhere people can go. She is like my wheel chair and specifically trained to aid in my disabilities.
She then explains that she reserves the right to deny anyone for any reason including no dogs.

JJ is obviously unfamiliar with the American Disabilities Act and my rights to work out with my service dog. I am a combat veteran and was awarded my service dog through an ADI accredited program. This turned into a very uncomfortable conversation, boarderline argument and she told me she would give me a full refund and cancel my membership.
I was starting to get really triggered so I said fine, refund me and cancel it.
People can be so ignorant it is exhausting. Here I am, just trying to get my life back together, be more healthy, and I can't even work out at the gym without the owner harassing me and then threatening to deny access because I wouldn't let her meet my dog.

They lie to get you to sign 3 year contract, saying if you lose your job you can terminate the contract with 30 days notice. I lost my job and the owner still won't let me out of the contract. Never should have signed up. Have even offered to pay the difference of a 2 year contract vs 3, which is how long I've been paying, but the owner still refuses to let me out. Rude owner, very unprofessional. Have belonged to many gyms without issue. This one is terrible.

I understand this is a 24/7 gym with a membership, however, it’s pretty displeasing that I was told by staff that staff hours were until 7pm Monday -Thursday. I show up at 4:50pm on a Wednesday and there was no staff there. After reading the few other reviews, I can see why many were upset by the staff issue. How is one suppose to run a “trial” when the opportunity seems revoked. Finding a different gym.

Very unprofessional place. Staff just doesn't show up. Members say they're late a lot. Waiting outside for over half an hour and phones don't get picked up. Didn't get to train during hard earned vacation in Colorado. *Edit: the owner finally showed up, 35 minutes late. She was very unfriendly and rude. She didn't offer anything to help. One of the worst places I've ever been!
