Long story short, my wife and I had called over a year ago and canceled our membership with them due to health emergencies with my wife. I discovered today they started charging us again and have been for months. I called and spoke to Brandon who informed me that they just took over the facility and apologized greatly for the past misunderstanding. Brandon quickly helped and canceled the membership without any penalties to myself or my wife. He was very professional, helpful and I do greatly appreciate his assistance.

After going to this gym for a few years, I can confidently say that this is one of the best gyms in the area. There are definitely other gyms that may be bigger, or have more equipment than this gym, but the thing that sets this place apart from all of the other gyms that I've been to is the people. Starting with the staff- Nicole and Loni (the owner/manager) are incredibly kind ladies that do a stellar job of maintaining the gym, listening to the members, and making any newcomers feel very welcome. They also hired the sweetest cleaning lady that keeps the place extremely clean and in order. Most importantly though, the members are great too- always a lively bunch at Anytime Fitness. Whether you need a spot, some guidance, or even a friendly face to talk to, I can say with absolute certainty that this gym has the best people, and you can confidently go up and talk to ANYONE here (I speak with a member who knows zero English, and I know zero Spanish, but we're still able to have good conversation whenever we see each other). There might not always be an open bench for you, nor will you always have the space completely open to freely workout because of the classes they offer, but you will ALWAYS have the best people around you to make your gym experience better than any other gym you've been to!

I work out around 4AM. My home gym is Longmont, but I will go here as the lights are brighter in the morning. There were a box of protein bars, and I mistakenly thought they were for members. I took a few through the weeks, and received an unpleasant e-mail from the owner. When I apologized, and gave her my card number, she continued to to speak to me in a negative manner. I would not want to support a establishment that does not have simple customer service. and understands when someone made a mistake especially when they willingly corrected their error.

I had been training at another gym for quite awhile and had to take a break. A friend recommended this gym to start back into a fitness routine and I’m glad to have done so. The gym is clean and even at busy times doesn’t seem too crowded, but it is on the smaller side as far as gyms go. I’ve been training with Loni and she’s awesome - based off my evolt results, she modified my training plan slightly and each session has pushed me and has made me that good kind of sore. So far each workout has been different and has kept me engaged and she’s friendly and easy to talk to during our sessions. My sessions are the perfect length of time at 30 minutes too. Glad to find this gym!

Since joining Firestone Anytime Fitness in 2013 when I retired, I have nothing to say but my high regards to the staff and the ambiance of the gym. It is always well maintained and clean. My initial introduction was with a trainer that got me started in the right direction. Additionally, the staff is very accommodating with the changes in my membership when I am out of the country.

I am 82 years old and I count my physical fitness as one of the main reason I doing quite well at my age. Having Firestone Anytime Fitness near our home has been great in this regard!

I stopped in today, 1 PM, as I wanted to meet staff, tour the facility and see whether the facility is a good fit. Just moved to the area and am looking for a new gym. I was surprised to see the sign said closed but there were folks working out. I asked someone leaving to let me inside eo I could look around (wearing a mask and vaxxed). After stating there were no staff there to show me around, they suggested I stop back around 3:30 PM as "there is usually someone there at that time". I just wanted to look around and check out the equipment. Not sure what to think now.

I am pleasantly surprised by this location. I stopped in on my way to Cheyanne from Denver (in snow and icy roads) and didn't want to travel out of the way to my regular location. Since this gym was right off I-25, I stopped in to give it shot. While this is a smaller gym, it did have a variety of standard equipment. Everything was in good working order. The facility was clean (especially the bathrooms), well lit, comfortable, and welcoming. I will definitely keep this location in mind when I'm in the Longmont/Firestone area.

The place continues to be dirty and an ice box. I'm wondering if the owner even cares or listens to the people that are here. Apparently she only replies to positive feedback. Its sad and unprofessional. My hands hurt sometimes because its so cold. Running giant fans in January is ridiculous. The owner is disrespectful and inconsiderate. The gym is clean and has decent equipment but the positives end there. The owner has no interest in listening to people that go there to work out unless they are a friend of hers. Suggestions on equipment, classes, etc are replied to in a rude, unprofessional manner. For years, the she has had multiple huge fans running year round, bringing the temperature in the gym way to low. Trainers and others have mentioned this is not healthy or safe to work out in a cold environment and she doesn't care. She is oblivious to advice beyond her on personal agenda. I advise going elsewhere if possible.

Pros: it's close to my hotel, the equipment is new, the gym is clean, there's three power racks, and the staff is friendly.

Cons: the building is cramped, there's no seated calf raise machine, and there are cardio machines.

Some of the equipment is in the group training room and off limits when there's classes, which bums me out, especially when the cable crossover machine is in there, and I can't use it. I can't use the main machine, because a member who appears to suffer from autism spends over 45 minutes of his time between flailing said main cable machine and staring at himself in the mirror.

The plates and equipment (handles, balls, kettlebells, etc.) are all over the place due to people not knowing how to match numbers and shapes and not being taught how put things away.I feel like many of the members at this gym dropped out of school when they were at five years of age.

You see a lot of "gym don'ts" at this gym, and the personal training sessions can be annoying at times, but I adapt to get my session in.

Overall, it suits my needs, just as long as I resist the urge to huck a plate through the mirror. If you're a powerlifter or hardcore bodybuilder, this place isn't for you.

I have been working with Marie for the last 5 months. I have been challenged and pushed by Marie, and she has taught me a great deal. She makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.

I have been very impressed by her passion to help clients, her knowledge, and her ability to connect with her clients. I have yet to have a repetitive work-out. They are consistently changing with new challenges and results.
