Rachel is one of the best pilates instructors I have ever had. I had concerns about previous back injuries, and Rachel incorporated modifications into my workout that protected my back and still gave me a wonderful experience. I also struggled with diastasis recti and she focused on healing movement and training me how to connect mind and body. Its almost totally healed! Rachel is attentive, well educated in pilates theory, and really intuitive when it comes to her clients. She is supportive and gently pushes me to my full potential. You will get a customized workout along with great personality with Rachel!

Rachel is extremely knowledgeable and well educated in pilates and the body. She is thorough and understands deeply the pilates system and movements but her guidance, encouragement and mental investment in her clients help YOU to truly take in and absorb them into your own body! Rachel has high standards because she cares very much about the practice and her students understanding and growth. She pays close attention to detail and gives constructive, nurturing feedback. Rachel at Arise Pilates is a true miracle worker.
When I first started with Rachel, I could barely move—recovering from injury, dealing with muscle deterioration, and feeling off-balance and disconnected from my body.
Rachel’s knowledge of anatomy, injury recovery, and functional movement is next-level. She always knows how to push me—just the right amount—to build strength, coordination, and flexibility without flaring anything up. I’ve gone from unstable and discouraged to grounded, strong, and capable. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m in control of my own body again.

I have done group pilates classes before but I have to say there was something really incredible about 1-on-1 pilates with Rachel! The session was personalized for me and my goals, Rachel was incredibly knowledgable and helpful giving cues and guidance throughout, and she created a really supportive and relaxed environment. I would highly recommend Rachel at Arise Pilates to anyone looking to elevate their fitness. You will feel strong and centered after just one session!

I have never felt as fit and healthy as when I worked one on one with Rachel. She tailored our twice weekly sessions to hit different muscle groups each time, and helped me systematically increase my strength and flexibility. My whole body tightened up, like back in the days when I used to dance. My posture improved as my structure elongated. My lower back pain went away as my core muscles strengthened.
I felt the effects in every area of my life- I felt happier, more confident, more capable, and more resilient.
I cannot recommend her enough. It is worth it to invest in your body, and Rachel is the one who will help you invest in your body to the maximum degree.

Rachel is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about what your goals are and how she can help you reach them!
