Jennifer is probably the most hardworking and most ambitious person I've come to know. Being her boyfriend I see how she is both inside and outside the gym. There is no difference between her work and her personal life. She has very high expectations for herself and others, always working towards a goal of some sort. She puts her clients before anything else, and gives them 110% effort. You will not be disappointed when you work with Jennifer. And that's what sets her apart from the rest. Working with Jen is amazing! She really listens to what you want to work on and builds on that. She also explains while you still get to work on the rest of your body too! I appreciate all the hard works she puts into planning our sessions, so I get the most bang for my buck. Jen makes working out fun, and full of results!!! 💯 recommend for people just getting started, or those plateaus in their goals.

Jennifer Granzow is an amazing trainer!! Very patient, compationated GREAT teacher and trainer. What ever you ask of her she will meet you half way. She cares and takes the time to show you to be a healthy person not only physically but how to cook and eat right with recipes to follow.
