Athletics & Beyond Family Wellness Center is a 1 stop brick-n-motor for youth development, health and wellness located in Montbello. The facility is a multi generation service provider for young athletes, parents, adults and seniors.
In addition to personal training we offer yoga, HiiT Cardio, boxing for women and performance training. For our youth we have basketball, baseball boxing, football, MMA, track, tumbling, and wrestling. Academic support, mental health services, tutoring, financial literacy and more.
The Davarie Armstrong Community room is available for rental for meetings and conferences.

What a great group of kids and coaches! I love organizations that are community centered and care about/ rally around their youth and Athletics & Beyond does just that. I would strongly encourage families with kiddos that are sports driven but also needing that academic encouragement to connect with this wonderful group of people!

Athletics & Beyond is an amazing organization. I have two young men who participate in 7v7 football through A&B.
They are receiving so many opportunities to develop life skills. Not only do the coaches and staff help them athletically but also academically and they are wonderful positive role models. The program operates a wonderful gym and offers tutoring, and many teaching
moment opportunities. In addition to the older boys in the program they also encourage their two younger siblings to engage in all the program offers and see themselves as future A&B participants. Connecting with A&B has been a true blessing to our family.

I worked with a trainer by the name of Thal. Great guy and he gets the work in! The facility is one of a kind. I recommend this place for all ages and especially the black folks in the city, as there is not too many places that fit our culture in this fashion. Its all positive and and a great place for kids to be if they love sports. I gave them all the stars I could. If there was more to give, I'd pour a bucket of stars for them.

I have been apart of Athletics & Beyond for 8 years now, and I would encourage everyone to seriously consider joining the program! They helped coach/mentor me and gave me a place where I could grow my skills, on and off the field. This new gym provides not only a place where you or your kids can go workout with top tier equipment, but a place where you can build long lasting relationships with people that have a winning mentality!
