I’ve been working with Ciara at ATO Fitness for almost a year now and I’ve seen huge changes and improvement to my body, strength and endurance. She has a wealth of knowledge about strength and performance in the realm of sports , especially jiu jitsu. She makes the workouts fun and approachable and realistic while keeping in mind your limitations as well. I can’t say enough about how this gym and Danyelle and Clayton have and continue to help me.
I started at ATO to rebuild strength and lose weight after a bad hit and run car accident left me injured.
At first, Danyelle helped me to regain mobility, range of motion and stamina and was an all around guide concerning overall fitness, health and wellness.
She then recommended Clayton to me as a way of continuing my fitness journey. He teaches me about proper technique, form and which muscle groups to work to achieve the results I want. Even when I’m having a bad day, he’s patient and motivating and won’t let me give up.
If you’re looking for a comfortable, caring atmosphere with amazing guides into the why’s, when’s and how’s of strength, fitness and wellness as a whole, you won’t find a better place or better people than Danyelle and Clayton.

I have been training with Clayton Evans for several weeks and could not be happier having him as my trainer. When I first started, I did not have any sort of workout routine and was extremely nervous. Clayton took time during our first session to discuss my health goals, workout history and regimen, and touch on what is important to me. Clayton made me feel welcome, and truly makes me feel that he is interested in not only my health but also interested in helping me reach my fitness goals! Clayton is fantastic as he helps me understand the exercises, and also coaches & inspires along the way to ensure I get the most benefit from my workout—and I’m seeing the results! Clayton Evans showed me some excellent form with what I needed for both lower and upper body workouts. He was very friendly and I highly recommend getting him as a trainer. He was able to work with me at my own pace so it was nice figuring out the right form I needed as to not hurt myself. I was pushed but not to injury. Will be going back.

I had a hard time sticking to going to the gym and finding a routine that worked for me. Working with Clayton has been motivating; he helps me understand the exercises, execute them correctly, is encouraging and is always focused on results based training. I feel better about my body after each of our sessions, knowing that I'm also learning what exercises to do to get the results I want. Clayton is upbeat, uplifting and informative as he coaches thru training sessions. He doesn't let me give up on myself, but isn't aggressively demanding. As a newbie to the gym, I wanted to find a trainer that would push me to my limits but not break me. Someone who could help me set realistic goals, and work towards achieving them. I feel more focused on the exercises and strength training with Clayton than I could do by myself. Having a great trainer is great support when starting out on a fitness journey and I give Clayton my highest regards!

Ok. It’s been a couple years since I’ve used a trainer. After one session with Clayton…..my body remembers why I love/hate them. I have been looking for a personal trainer who serves and understands the LGBTQIA+ community openly for some time, so when I came across Clayton Evans, I immediately did a consultation. Within about 15 minutes of time with him I knew I was in the right place. He’s extremely friendly, not intimidating, has results to prove his work- I was comfortable the whole time and felt damn good when I left. Being a plus sized girl I could have felt intimidated coming to this place, however I decided to go anyway and I am BEYOND happy that I did!! I train with Drew and I’ve lost around 25 lbs so far but gaining soooo much confidence! I love working with my trainer, Danyelle. Everything she does with me is customized to me and my needs. She had helped me with several old injuries and has helped me become more functional overall. I’ve worked with trainers in the past who made things worse, Danyelle really listens and works to help me be the best version of myself. The workout facility is great, love the setup! It never feels crowded or overwhelming. All the trainers are great, it’s always clean and it’s easy to tell that everyone there is really passionate about fitness and health!

Best fitness experience ever! I met Kasey Mortensen at her previous place of employment a little over a year ago and knew within moments she had the knowledge and professionalism of a fitness champion. My fitness goals had many hurdles and challenges to overcome. After more than 30+ years in the military, I was broken both mentally and physically; multiple back surgeries and a foot procedure for plantar fasciitis lasting more than 7 years. At age 58, I had an uphill battle with a prescribed recovery that left me overweight and a candidate for diabetes. I needed a change but the usual workout regime wouldn’t work with the injuries and consequential weakness left behind. I threw it all at Kasey and she took it in stride. She took my fitness goals and developed a plan while explaining how the body functions, food processes, water, exercise and sleep. I’m not a bodybuilder nor do I aspire to be one.
At my age, my goal was to lose body fat without losing muscle density. I wanted the fat gone! I trained with Kasey five times a week for a year at ATO using real food. There’s no supplement push that I’ve seen at many other popular gym spaces. No illegal practices, substances, and safety is their first objective. Kasey wouldn’t even permit me to workout without a proper stretch and warmup. My results speak volumes: 230lbs down to a trim 212lbs (at 6’3”), body fat dropped from 27% to 18%. It took 58 years to destroy my body and just one year to put it back together with the proper instruction from Kasey, equipment, and support from Hayes and the ATO gym.
Kasey is a godsend with her uplifting, enthusiastic personality. I would know after spending a year with her 5 days a week. My life’s outlook has changed as well; no longer dreading a life of pain and endless physical therapy with no positive results. It’s worth every penny and every minute spent at ATO. It didn’t happened overnight but change always takes time. I couldn’t have done it on my own. I’m forever grateful to Kasey and the professionals at ATO. You’ve given me a better life for years to come.

One of the best gyms I’ve worked out at! The equipment is amazing, every trainer I’ve met there is super nice and welcoming, and every one is there to work. You don’t have to wait around for packs of wannabe influencers to get done taking selfies by the bench press for 30 min.
I’ve been working with Kasey Mortensen for about 3 months now and I wish I would have started here years ago! She’s already helped me get over plateaus that I’ve had for YEARS. Training with Kasey at ATO is by far the best part of my week.

With so many trainers at ATO, with their own clients you’d think there’s be a clash of personalities!
But to my surprise there was not!
I came in to do my workout with my trainer and was pleasantly surprised at how respectful people were of the space, how each trainer interacted with one another!
It was quite refreshing to see, specially since it was such a busy evening! There were 2 groups being ran and several other trainers training their client individually!

I’ve been working out at ATO for over a year now; training with Danyelle 2-3 times a week. The gym itself has expanded, is always adding new and better equipment and is constantly
cleaned and sanitized by professionals. The atmosphere is 100% supportive, comfortable and welcoming for people of all fitness levels.
Prior to starting at ATO, I had been in a fairly severe hit and run car accident and had injuries to my shoulder and tissue damage in my lungs. Danyelle started me off slow and has helped me increase my lung capacity and stamina and strengthen my shoulder so much that I don’t feel any kind of pain at all while working out, now. I’ve lost 40 pounds in a year and my body composition improves with every session.
Seeing Danyelle and going to the gym isn’t a chore at ATO. It’s genuinely the highlight of my week. As a trainer and as a human being in general, she is exceptional. She’s not only concerned with my physical health, but my mental, emotional and psychological well being, too. I feel privileged to have her in my life and lucky to have found her to help me through what started as a journey of healing and continues now as one of finding my strength in so many different ways.

Traveling for work so did a google search about gyms in the area and found ATO Fitness. I must say this gym is absolutely amazing. The equipment is top notch. You can tell the own knows this and got amazing stuff. There are plenty of weights, bar bells, cardio equipment, and functional fitness at your disposal. If you want to get in a great work out please check this place out. Additional the staff was as outstanding, offering help to find everything and making sure i had everything i needed. I’ve worked with ATO Fitness for nearly 3 years . My trainer did an amazing job of working through the challenges of osteoarthritis in my hip, preparation for full hip replacement surgery, recovery and rehabilitation. We have now moved on to strengthening and building muscle!
Through it all my trainer at ATO has been supportive, caring and most of all has kept me challenged and motivated, knowing how hard to push to help me achieve maximum results.

Against the Odds Fitness is the place to be. In a small private setting you're able to have a great workout without being limited to space or machines like a corporate gym. Every person that walks into ATO is ready for a challenging workout and ALWAYS leaves with a smile on their face. trainer is highly knowledgeable and gives 100% personalized attention in a private or small group setting. Everyone is very friendly, which creates a fun, hardworking environment which is often rare at a large membership-based gym. The equipment there is top notch, from brand new Rogue plates and barbells to assault runner treadmills, cable machines, dumbbells and sled pushes, ATO has it all!

I am not one to usually leave reviews. It is just not something that I normally do. However, I feel if I don’t leave a review for ATO fitness it’s doing a large disservice to something that has become so important to my well-being and self care. My time at ATO fitness has exceeded my expectations! But more importantly my trainer, Hayes, has exceeded any expectations I have ever had for a personal trainer. Hayes has not only made working out my favorite part of the day but he has also changed the way I think about taking care of myself. I've been training at ATO Fitness for three years now, and I really love it. My trainer, Brian, is a great fit for me and keeps me motivated and challenged while working toward my personal goals. As someone who has never been athletic, I appreciate the atmosphere at ATO -- yes, there are loads of fit people who work out here, but I've never felt intimidated or unwelcome like I have in other gyms/fitness classes. It really feels like everyone just wants you to be your best. All of the trainers I've interacted with are very friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend ATO to anyone who is serious about fitness and who loves the camaraderie of a great, friendly and knowledgeable coach who takes the time to get to know his clients at the gym individually. There are no lazy, easy work outs here! Brian is amazing - he is highly motivating, funny, and badass. Every workout is intense but every workout is also different. Get ready!

ATO fitness has been an amazing gym for me. Hayes ( the owner ) helped me overcome an ACL tear in my left knee, helping me regain confidence and strength. Coming from the Fitness Industry myself, running gyms and overseeing training departments for almost 7 years; I can say that ATO is one of the best run facilities i've seen. The fitness team are some of the best trainers I know, taking great care of their client's needs. Not to mention in taking pride in keeping the facility clean and well kept. The atmosphere is always inviting, and there is a clear sign of great collaboration between the team of trainers to continue to learn how to better serve their clients. All of this is not surprising if you ever meet owner/trainer Hayes. The level of pride he has for this place is seen everyday you see him training his clients, taking care of the facility, and most importantly the level of trainer that he brings onboard. Love the owner; great trainers who take their fitness and your health to the next level. Also love their dogs -who are also in great shape and come to work to play. I have been working with Danyelle Aylsworth now for about 1 year. Joined to be competitive in my tennis and injury free with my skiing. Stayed because I got those results and more. Never the same workout and I am in the best shape and my weight has gone back to where I was in my 40ties (close to ideal) and that was with not even changing my eating habits. Great results love the energy and enthusiasm My trainer has also become my friend. 2 times a week not bad and worth it for young or us older 50+ where life and fitness needs a reboost -jump start. I have never had more energy !

I have been going to ATO fitness for over a year now, and besides marathon training, this is the most consistent I have stuck with working out. The classes are great, and a mix of cardio and weights that are catered to you. The gym is clean and the dogs are cute as well :) Highly recommend for anyone looking for smaller classes and one on one quality training!

Loved the intensity! I dropped in for a class with a friend and was drenched in sweat just from the warm-up! I may have actually been embarrassed if the people there weren’t so friendly.
The coaches were great too. They provided modifications as needed and also gave some constructive feedback on form... Very helpful when you’re not even aware of your form deteriorating in the first place.

Every workout at ATO kept me coming back for more. The facilities are top notch and I was able to try exercises and use machines that were all brand new to me. This is the first online review I have written in 3 years. I am writing one now because ATO Fitness has changed my life is such a positive way. Since working out at ATO Fitness, I have FINALLY lost the extra 20 lbs I put on after having kids. It is not often that you come across a business owner like Hayes Plowman. There are thousands of personal trainers and different workout programs out there, but finding one that truly helps you gets lasting results is extremely difficult. After trying all sorts of classes, gyms, and other trainers, I am so thankful that I finally found ATO Fitness. I have seen amazing changes in my body and overall physical fitness ability. I am stronger and leaner than I ever thought I could be! Finally, I found someone who knew how to help me change my life and my body for the better. I have never been super comfortable in a gym, never played team sports, and never thought I could be an "athlete." But, here I am at 40 years old in the best shape of my life. Hayes has turned me into an athlete when I thought it wasn't really possible. He is always encouraging and pushes his clients to new levels. If you are tired of trying to get fit without results, I encourage you to give ATO Fitness a try, you won't regret it!

This place is great! There are 3 different workout spaces with up to date equipment that is well maintained by the trainers! Everyone interacts with each other and are having a great time even though they are working their tails off! It’s a hidden gem! 45 year old male in decent shape who forever pounded on a treadmill, bench pressed and did curls – the classic beach body workout…until I found ATO. I work directly with the owner (Hayes) who has opened my world to leg work, core strength, cardio, plyometrics, flexibility, body fat analysis, nutrition advice and on and on. All in a clean, friendly, no-pretense or attitude environment. I love that the workouts are varied and fun but hard work just the same. I love supporting a small business owner. The experience I have had at ATO fitness has been transformative both physically and mentally. I suffered a spinal cord injury ten years ago, and my condition had been deteriorating over the past several years. Have been working out with Hayes @ ATO Fitness for about 9 months now. I’ve always been “overweight” and have tried everything (diets, trainers, gyms, exercises classes) but never got the results I was looking for. Hayes has pushed me physically and mentally to a new level. I never know what to expect when I show up every morning, but when I’m done I feel great. Each workout is specialized to what my body needs - he can tell when I had a night of eating bad foods or when I strictly need cardio versus weight training. You will see results working out at ATO. Because of Hayes Plowman and ATO, I’m down 50 pounds, stronger than ever! My wife loves the way clothes look on me now. I trained with Hayes for about a year and a half until sadly, I had to move. When Hayes was out of town, I would train with others trainers and was always impressed by all of them at ATO! Hayes was very intentional about focusing on my goals and being considerate of any past injuries or sore muscles. He is always positive and helped encourage me to meet my goals, even when I did not believe in myself! Whenever I visit Denver, he is sure to squeeze me in for a session. I also love the Saturday boot camps and would participate in the mid-day workout group which is perfect for those who work full-time or who don't have time in the evenings to get to the gym. The group sessions are great as the workouts are never the same, the trainer watches your form, and you are encouraged by others in the group. It was refreshing and energizing to get my workout in in the middle of my work day! I would come back to work refreshed. I cannot say enough positive things about ATO. Thank you ATO for all your support and encouragement and for helping me get back on track with my fitness and health.

Trained here for a few weeks ! Gym was nice and people where great ! Didn't have any luck with the trainer Steve though we just didn't mesh and he was always late or let other appointment run into my time . I wasn't to impressed with the training, money I lost with him! But ATO fitness was pretty cool other then that ! I would definitely recommend it to others just recommend a different trainer!
