My massage therapist friend recommended Jessica after my lower back pain became persistent and debilitating. Jessica took the time to evaluate me thoroughly, reviewing my bone density report and really listening to my goals of mobility and strength. She has taught me so much about protecting my back and engaging my core. Jessica is a kind and positive human being and her studio is bright and inviting. Highly recommend!

I visited Jessica after hurting my back snowboarding, and I’m so grateful I did! The physical therapy sessions were incredibly effective. I felt supported every step of the way and noticed real improvements in my strength and mobility. Jessica was a great listener and really focused on the best methods to help cure my pain. The at home program was effective and just enough to help me improve my pain. In addition to PT, I also took Pilates classes from Jessica and I absolutely loved them! The Pilates was the perfect complement, helping me build core strength, flexibility, and confidence after my injury. Both experiences were amazing, and I always left feeling better than when I came in. Highly recommend to anyone needing PT or just looking for amazing Pilates classes! There's also plenty of parking! A great area of Boulder that is close to nice coffee shops and great restaurants!

I have been working with Jessica for about a year now. She is very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the human body and also very pleasant to work with. I especially appreciate her attention to good form, whether it’s a Pilates session or a strength and conditioning workout. I highly recommend working with Jessica to become your best self.

I've known Jessica for many years, and recently had the opportunity to work with her professionally for physical therapy following a chest injury. I went in hoping to get back to my normal activities, and what I received was so much more. Jessica’s approach is incredibly thorough—she took the time to assess not just the injury but my overall movement and core strength.
What I appreciated most is her honesty. She doesn’t just tell you what you want to hear—she tells you what you need to hear, and backs it up with a clear plan and the right level of support. Even as an old friend, she treated my case with the same focus and professionalism I saw her offer every other client. I’m already feeling stronger and more stable thanks to her guidance.
Highly recommend Jessica if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, knows her stuff, and will push you (safely) toward real progress.

Jess is an amazing Pilates instructor!!! The knowledge she brings of the human body from being a Physical Therapist stands out and is evident in every class. She constantly checks in on some of my injuries during class and is able to adapt on the spot. I couldn’t be happier and will continue her classes at least two times a week!

Jesica is absolutely amazing and her classes rock!! Her knowledge is so extensive and her creativity with classes is unmatched.
I have had several injuries in the past requiring attention to detail to avoid me unknowingly hurting myself. Jessica watches everything intently and ensures that I can have a great work out without any risk.
Can’t recommend enough!!!

I am so happy Jessica has opened her own pilates studio! She has been my instructor for several years after I herniated a disc, and she has safely strengthened my core and I rarely have back issues anymore! I can't recommend working out with a PT for a pilates instructor any more highly, and Jessica is so much fun and loves adjusting workouts for any injuries.

After many years out of the studio, Jessica has reignited my love for pilates! Her classes are intentionally designed to build strength with whole body wellness in mind. She kicks our butt, while tailoring to individual preferences and limitations. This isn’t your big studio pilates class: she really takes the time and energy to create classes that both challenge and rejuvenate. Thanks to Jessica, I’m stronger, healthier, and happier than I have been in years!

Sessions here have been amazing for maintaining good body mechanics and core stability after some issues with my back several years ago. Highly recommended for physical therapy, or Pilates with a PT/rehab focus.
