Been going here consistently for about 2 years now. Although a smaller gym, it has a very positive vibe and I enjoy the variety of workouts. I've been to other gyms and I appreciate how much the trainers here are attentive to your form, answer questions and make suggestions to modify/adjust an exercise to your needs. I like how the trainers push you in a positive manner and take the time to clean/wipe down all the weights after class. Keep it up!

I love this gym!! The programming is a great way to build muscle. I started back in September 2023. A superb shout out to all the coaches at BFT! Jacob and Jamie, hands down amazing. I LOVE this gym! I started going here in November of 2023 and I am still going 5 days a week! Every workout is different and that makes it go fast. The trainers are top notch and I've gained a lot of muscle and lost fat since I've been going here. The community is amazing and the owners are the best! I love supporting locally owned businesses! I started going to BFT in September 2023 when I was five months postpartum, and it has been an incredible journey ever since! The progress I’ve made in the last 16 months has been truly rewarding. I’ve gained noticeable strength and muscle, lost body fat, and feel so much more confident in my body. The workouts are challenging but always leave me feeling accomplished.

What sets BFT apart is the amazing sense of community. The supportive atmosphere and encouragement from both the trainers and fellow members have made it a place I genuinely look forward to showing up to.

A special shoutout to Coach CJ, who has been amazing at keeping me in check with my form and offering helpful cues to improve my lifts. His attention to detail and dedication to helping everyone reach their potential has made a big difference in my progress.

This is my happy place & I’ve finally found a gym with amazing & extremely knowledgeable trainers who actually take the time to help you with your form, encourage you and push you when you need it. I’ve been going to BFT since 2019 (originally in Santa Monica). After moving to Colorado I was excited to see BFT had just opened a location in HR. I can’t recommend BFT enough if you are looking for workouts that will challenge you in every way (cardio, lifting/strength, endurance etc), in an environment that is supportive. Head coach CJ is amazing and his staff is also fantastic!

At the start, I loved this place. The workouts were challenging, the coaches were knowledgeable and motivating, and the community was supportive. At $170 for unlimited classes, it felt like a reasonable deal for what I was getting.

However, within less than a year, everything changed and not for the better. All the original coaches (including multiple general managers) I enjoyed working with have quit, which is a huge red flag about how poorly this place is managed. Many new coaches came in, and it was hard to even want to form any kind of relationship when the last ones quit one right after the other so quickly.

To make matters worse, the prices have doubled with no added value. It turns out that someone in Australia writes all the workout plans, and they just recycle the same routines over and over. There’s no variety or innovation, which makes it feel stale quickly.

It’s clear management is more interested in squeezing money out of members than actually delivering a quality fitness experience. I’ve canceled my membership and won’t be recommending this place to anyone. If you’re looking for consistency, a supportive environment, or value for your money, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

Update: This place just sold out from under old management. Maybe they can turn it around.

Joined this gym 4 months ago, and I love it here. For the first time in a long time (since my bootcamp gym sadly closed due to the pandemic), I look forward to working out every single week. The workouts are always different, as well as challenging and effective (plus there are so many class options to choose from, whether you want cardio, HIIT, strength, etc). And, the trainers are awesome…they pay attention and always push you to do better. It's so much more motivating than having a trainer just yell at the whole room via headsets…there are always 2 trainers in each class that actually walk around and provide individual attention. And, I'm loving getting back to lifting heavier weights! I don't feel intimidated like I did at CrossFit…everyone works out at their own level without judgement. Highly recommend!!

I've been attending classes here the past few months. I was attending another fitness studio prior to BFT, and I'm getting a much more comprehensive workout here. I love that the workouts are tailored to heart rate zones which allows me to dial up or down the intensity based on the goal. I’ve been lifting weights for 45 years and I found that this style of workout is the most beneficial way to train. You get balanced workouts combining strength and cardio, designed for optimal recovery resulting in increased muscle mass and definition along with cardiovascular endurance. I like BFT for the workouts and increased focus on weightlifting along with cardio. As opposed to a purely cardio-focused HIIT workout. But the best part about this gym is their staff and involvement in helping you meet your fitness goals. I have been at these "boutique" type gyms for over 8 years and BFT is by far the best workout. I have always been interested in Crossfit but scared I would push too hard and get hurt. BFT has so many similarities to Crossfit but adding the heartrate monitor and learning from the coaches on how my body is responding and how to adjust has changed how I workout.

I have been coming to BFT for a few weeks now and so far love it! The trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts are always different and fun which makes class go by fast. If you’re looking for a more of personal training environment where the coaches a focus on you, this is the place!

We have been going to BFT going on 4 weeks now and I feel this has to be one of the better workout/training programs around. Prior to working out at BFT I did 4 years or CrossFit 5x a week. I found myself either constantly hurt or needing additional support like visiting the chiropractor to keep up with training. I decided to step away for awhile and awhile turned into 4 years. I had tried Orange Theory a few times but couldn't get into it. I find myself enjoying working out again on a daily bases. The format for BFT gives a great mix of both strength and conditioning that I have been looking for with out the crazy intensity that is CrossFit. All the coach's are mindful of the people working out. Quick to help those who aren't familiar with the workouts and observant with movements and able to help correct form while keeping the class moving.

I would recommend BFT to anyone.

Let me start off by saying i am in terrible shape, have never really lifted any weights or been to a gym. Everything in this place is pretty much new to me. All of the coaches have been really great helping me learn and pushing me when needed. The clients are the same, i haven't been made to feel unwelcome due to my lack of fitness or experience. I like the science based approach to everything as well. If you are trying to get in shape i would give this place a shot.

Love this gym!! Very clean, knowledgeable trainers and overall great atmosphere! I like the approach to pushing yourself along with recovery required for muscle growth! Can’t wait to see where this place takes me :)
