This place is such a great workout. I did the active Agee class with my parents, and even though I’m not a senior, it still kicked my butt in a great way. I did the regular class and felt sore in a “I worked out well and am strong” kind of way for three days afterward. Theresa is an incredible instructor, with great guidance, different exercises each time, and a wonderful sense of humor while helping you be strong and exercise in a way that won’t hurt any existing injuries with modifications. I highly recommend this studio.

Board30 is not only an awesome, full body workout but such an inving space. Every time I go I’m greeted by name, introduced to my classmates and truly feel like I’m welcomed in to a community. The workouts change up each class so you’re never bored with the same routine and you can easily scale up or down the intensity with every movement. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great group of people to work hard with!

I recently joined the Board 30 program and so glad I did! The workouts are creative, fun and challenging at any level. I love the intimacy of the class and the personalized instruction. Great care is taken to ensure good form and necessary modifications for each individual. You can really feel the exercises targeting specific areas and I like the different classes made available. Such a highly personalized experience by someone who truly cares about your goals and well being. Simply awesome- and Theresa is a GEM!

If I could give more stars to Board30 I would! The workout is incredible... I've been going for years through so many phases of life — postpartum, post-injury, super fit, less active — and it's *always* fresh, fun, challenging, and rewarding. I've found that the resistance band training gets me into shape quickly without the lasting joint pain of high-impact workouts. Really, though, what makes this space so wonderful is the people... the owner Theresa is such a kind, genuine, talented, caring person — she knows her stuff and will help you tailor the workouts to your body and pace. And she attracts equally wonderful instructors and attendees. If you're looking for a good workout with good people, then look no further... this place is a gem!

This was the best overall workout I have done in a long time! Board30 hits muscles I didn’t know I had - I got my cardio in - lots of core and balance —it’s a perfect mix especially done in 45 min. The guidance of the instructors because of the small class sizes- which is a bonus - is like getting one on one training!! Class size at max “Theresa” the owner told me 15 is max on circuit days - 11 people with Board30 format is intentionally set up like that - that’s what makes even more appealing.
Theresa knows her stuff - is fun -personable and is by far the most caring instructor I have ever met and I have met a lot!!
All the instructors bring so much to the table.
Obviously, I’m impressed and I am so pleased my friend told me about this place:)
I’m hooked - it’s a hidden secret that everyone should give it a try!

Board30 is one of my favorite ways to workout! The use of resistance bands and light weights really gives you that all “all-in-one” workout when combined with the cardio in each class. On top of that, Theresa, the owner, is quite simply the SWEETEST. Give a class a try. You will not be disappointed.

This workout can be as intense or low key as you need any day. Each instructor does things a little bit different and each day they switch it up--I never get bored. All of the instructors really pay attention to your form and tune you up where you need a correction. This isn't a big box gym. It's a small studio with a friendly atmosphere. Owner, instructors and members are all fun to be around. Your workout goes by quickly! I highy recommend that anyone check it out!

The DaVinci workout provides an incredible combination of strength, flexibility and cardio that provides effective cross training for all of my sports. I attended the 8:30 Saturday class with Theresa and I had a blast. I'll be honest it made me sweat, but the beauty of resistance training is the ability to go at your own pace and still be challenged. Overall, I had a fun morning and have already signed up for 5 more classes. I highly recommend these sessions to anyone looking for a new group fitness class to help you meet your fitness goals.

Theresa is a very knowledgeable and an experienced fitness instructor. Her directions to a newbie were clear and easy to understand. The workout itself Is a godsend to an injured and out of shape former athlete. The bands used make this workout completely customizable to your fitness and ability level. People are friendly and the space is beautiful with convenient parking across the street. Can't wait for my day two!
