I can’t say enough great things about Body Practice!! I started taking Animal Flow classes here, which was way outside my comfort zone, and the team made me feel supported, welcomed, and totally at ease from day one. Their warmth and encouragement helped me try something totally new, and now I’m completely hooked! I’ve noticed huge improvements in my mobility, strength, and my lifting. The community here is genuinely special, and I’m so grateful I found this place. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a supportive, empowering space to move and grow.

Body Practice is a clean, modern facility that welcomes everyone - regardless of where they are at in their fitness journey. Every time I walk into Body Practice I am greeted with a warm smile that is so welcoming. I just did the Deep Stretch and Meditation class with my husband and we both loved it. Can’t wait to go again!

I just took four classes at Body Practice. This gym offers not only Animal Flow classes but also other strengthening, stretching, and relaxation classes. Mike is the creator of Animal Flow and his AF classes are amazing. His instruction is so clear and he is generous with his knowledge and time. I hadn't done Animal Flow until recently and I was nervous about undertaking a new style of exercise. I tried it out and it is really fun. It also sneakily builds total-body fitness while you're not looking. What a great thing! Haley, another main teacher here, is one of the warmest, most welcoming instructors ever. She's so kind, so encouraging, and also really clear in her guidance. As you might expect given two such welcoming leaders, the community here is incredibly friendly and supportive. I definitely got a great workout here, but I feel like I also met a fantastic community. If I lived in Denver, I'd go to Body Practice a couple of times a week just to be a part of the team. Give it a try!

If I could give 10 stars I would. In my opinion (IMO) Body Practice is where you want to be to learn Animal Flow, mobility, and practice yoga. What an opportunity to study under master teachers! I have been practicing Animal Flow for two years. It really has made me stronger and more resilient and more accepting of my strengths and weaknesses. I love that it is always challenging, but always fun! I travel from Portland OR to take class! The community of people who come to flow are very special. Denver, you have the BEST studio to practice in. Give it a try it is transforming.

I’ve taken two classes at BodyPractice so far, and both were incredible. The Bodyweight Strength class with Mike Fitch wasn’t just a “follow along” workout, it felt like a choose your own adventure. I could push harder when I wanted, ease back when I needed, and still felt like I was building my own program within a structured one. Such a powerful way to feel stronger and more capable.
The Deep Stretch class with Haley was equally amazing between the aromatherapy, perfect instruction, and the chance to stay fully tuned into my body without overthinking, it left me feeling not just loose, but nurtured. If you’re looking for classes that truly meet you where you’re at and elevate your practice, BodyPractice is the place.

This workout studio is so beautiful and the classes are top notch! The knowledge level all the instructors have is impressive as hell. All the classes are great for the physical body and the brain. Animal Flow classes are amazing—it’s hard to find something this *challenging* and FUN! They will also help you make any modifications and are friendly to beginners 🩷

I am absolutely hooked. If you are looking for a gym that will give you progressive challenges, work your whole body, increase your mobility, and work your mind/body connection, this is the place. I'm a lifelong yoga enthusiast and this is the first gym I've really connected with and found a strength practice that keeps me engaged.

What an incredible place for movement, connection, and the “practices” of strength and mobility. Very few outside the fitness industry would know Mike’s depth of expertise because he’s focused so much of his career on training trainers and instructors. Body Practice is a rare opportunity to learn from a true master of bodyweight training and the creator of Animal Flow (unique, creative, empowering movement)… as well as someone who is brilliant at meeting everyone where they are and helping them progress steadily and confidently. Haley and Amanda are right there with him, offering deep expertise, welcoming enthusiasm, and a sincere passion for helping everyone get stronger and move more fluidly. And to have fun doing it. From beginners to advanced practitioners, everyone will feel joyful and successful here. I could not recommend this place more!!

I attended Mike's Animal Flow workshop at the gym. The gym offered a lot of squarefootage, and felt comfy. Great amenities (including a shower and racks/rings for body weight training programs) are also offered onsite. Mike has a ton of knowledge to movement and the human body. I look forward to coming back for training with him and taking classes at the gym when I come back to Denver. Highly recommended!

Loving this boutique gym! Super inclusive and so knowledgeable about keeping your body in proper form to strengthen and stay mobile. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to stay fit and keep from any injuries. Mike is super helpful, encouraging, and so good at explaining. I feel my body getting stronger. I tried the mobility class today and was skeptical at first. I’m now sold on how helpful this will be for my future health

i have attended body practice for the last couple weeks. I find Mike and his skill set incredible. Working on flexibility, gaining muscle and attempting to be maintain strength! . Even after 67 years Mikes classes are custom tailored regardless of age. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants total fitness, at any age!

What a beautiful space filled with wonderful people and deep knowledge! Body Practice is such a refreshing place for movement education, training, and community. Body Practice positions itself above other gyms with its focus on bodyweight movements and Animal Flow. I am amazed each visit that Animal Flow is accessible to ALL levels of fitness, whether you're a complete beginner like myself, or more advanced. Every class leaves me feeling challenged yet accomplished. The Body Practice community is fantastic – supportive and encouraging! Highly recommend for Denverites looking to improve their fitness in a functional and fun way.
