Buena Vista Pilates and Movement studio is located inside Peak Wellness Collaborative and provides a personalized, client-centered experience. We integrate knowledge from Pilates and Occupational Therapy to design an individualized program that allows you to function at your optimal level. No matter if you are trying to improve your posture, perform daily activities, participate in a sport, or recover from an injury- Pilates can enhance your health, fitness and quality of life. Just wanted to pass a big thank you to Ann. I'm 73, and have issues with my lower back, and needed to work on balance and core strength. She took the time to check my medical records, to have a conversation about what I might need, and put together a plan for me. I had several sessions with her, and all of them were very helpful. And on top of all the value, I very much enjoyed the sessions. Ann is just a great person. Friendly & professional both. Thanks much!

Ann is amazing! I'm also a Pilates instructor and was Ann's instructor briefly when she lived in San Diego. Before creating my own practice/studio, I always wanted us to work together or build our own studio. She's very knowledgeable, easy to work with, an authentic person, and makes you feel heard. If you're fortunate to meet and work with Ann, don't pass it up. She's the real deal.

Ann is a gem. She is a passionate Pilates instructor and a compassionate occupational therapist. As someone who has my own set of injuries, I felt completely safe and cared for by Ann. Ann is amazing! She really has a passion for Pilates and rehabilitating your body after injury or, for me, having kids. Even though I work out daily and thought I was strong, I have been very humbled working with Ann. She has taught me the proper ways to engage my muscles during different exercises and ensures I have proper form. Ann is cheerful and encouraging and truly so wonderful to work with. If you get the opportunity, give her studio a try, you won’t be disappointed!

I went to several studios in both Buena Vista and Salida in search of a good pilates studio and BV Pilates & Movement is by far the best! I live in Poncha Springs and make the drive over because Ann is everything I was looking for. First off, the studio is clean and well taken care of. It doesn’t gross me out to take off my shoes unlike some of the other studios I visited. The workouts are always different and cater to what I need that day. Sometimes they are challenging and push my strength in all the best ways while other days they help my body recover. Ann is amazing at adjusting the class to meet my needs. As much as I love the workouts, the best part about BV Pilates & Movement is Ann and the wonderful person she is. I always love our sessions and they go by too quickly. If you are looking for a pilates studio don’t waste your time and money going anywhere else!

Working with Ann saved me. I had a terrible L5S1 disc challenge and did not want to rush into a surgical procedure. I did pilates with Ann for better part of a year and made the most amazing progress physically, mentally and honestly spiritually as well. I found confidence in my ability to heal myself and find an alternative way to get back to skiing, biking, hiking, etc. At the time I could barely put on my socks. Thank you Ann!

I love working with Ann! She is so knowledgeable and catches little places where I might cheat and engage the wrong muscles. She is patient and pushes me when I need it. Mostly she listens to me and my body and works with me safely to encourage strength and mobility. If you love Pilates, your practice will only get better for working with Ann.

I recently had the opportunity to visit this studio and it was a great experience.
The studio itself is well-designed and has a calming atmosphere. It's a pleasant place to work on your fitness goals.
The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive. They tailor each session to individual needs, which is a big plus.
In my time there, I noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility, and I appreciated the holistic approach to wellness.
The studio maintains a high level of cleanliness and safety, which is reassuring.

Ann is Amazing! She has been teaching Pilates for years and she knows her stuff.
She caters to each client differently. She's very meticulous and listens to your needs and your limitations and personalizes each session just for you. She is very professional and personable. I will never go anywhere else.
