Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I’ve done a lot of workout classes and nothing comes close to what this gym serves up. I love how the days are arranged into either conditioning, upper body, lower body, full body, etc. Plus, they lovingly watch your children. Your body and mindset will change by going to BBC.

I am so grateful to have discovered Burn Bootcamp Bear Creek when I moved here 1.5 years ago. I love the mix of cardio and strength training, the motivating trainers (who also help correct form), the authentic sense of community, and the fact that I push myself harder than I ever did before and can see the results. I visited this Burn location while in Colorado to see a concert at Red Rocks. Work hard, play hard - right? The staff were so accommodating, even when I showed up for a camp that was for teen athletes. Sometimes "Burn field trips," as I call them, don't go well. This was not the case for this location. Everyone was great, and it felt a lot like my home gym in Pittsburgh. So glad I visited and got the shirt to prove it. Two claps on two!

As someone who struggles with mental health and negative self talk - the thought of joining a gym was absolutely terrifying! The fear was crippling and the thought of putting myself out there could put me in a downward spiral! Then I saw Erica’s (the owners) post on social media about a 4 week confidence takes reps challenge. Seeing as Erica and I have a past and I trust her whole heartedly I decided to give burn a try because with her by my side I knew I was capable! Turns out it’s the best decision I ever made! I have noticed days I get the opportunity to workout at burn are days my mental health is in a good place. Days I skip - my mental health struggles! I truly believe this is not only because of Erica’s amazing spirit and ability to mentor her trainers, but her ability to support and encourage her trainers and burn athletes! Every trainer at burn truly care about every person who enters the gym! They are phenomenal about finding modifications if you are rehabbing areas of your body or modifications if you’re a beginner! It is such an amazingly welcoming community and I honestly can not imagine my life without Burn in it now! THANK YOU BURN BOOTCAMP for everything you’ve given me! This place is perfect for busy parents, thanks to childwatch (which is included in the membership!!), and the 45 minute workouts. I'm big into getting the most bang for your buck and maximizing your work out in a small amount of time. I did a trial of burn bootcamp and was pleasantly surprised that I can get an excellent work out in 45 minutes. On top of getting my sweat on, Burn is an amazing community. It's locally owned. Her family is invested in the green mountain community. She recently provided a kids camp and trunk or treat.
The bootcamp is not the traditional yell at you bootcamp. You can push your self or modify any exercise and the trainers are motivating.....not mean. They also have FREE child care.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! It has pushed me to do things that I thought my body couldn’t do anymore. I was so nervous about starting classes or working out with other people, because I wasn’t sure if I could keep up. But everyone at Burn has been so welcoming and supportive! And it truly doesn’t matter what skill level you are at, all the work out are challenging and give opportunity for you to do the best you can do! I joined Burn on a 30 day trial because I was tired of not pushing myself at a normal gym. Over a year later and I love it. The encouragement and accountability and great, and you’ll never do the same workout twice so it’s hard to get bored. I have shopped at Natural Grocers next door for years, and have heard loud music pumping out of this space, along with smiling, fit people. A few months ago, I decided to drag a friend along to check out Burn – we completed the 3-day trial and were both hooked! We loved it so much we signed an agreement for 1 year. I love the enthusiasm of the trainers, the one-on-one attention, not to mention the other “trainees” that encourage one another. Burn has been an amazing community for me to find. After years of homework outs due to Covid, I knew it was time to start going to a gym. I tried a couple of different ones but none of them were really a good fit.
I could tell from the first day I walked into Burn that I was going to like it. The trainers and all of the members are so welcoming. Even though it is a class, the trainers find ways to encourage everyone and push you to grow. There are a variety of camp times which work for a number of different schedules.

I might be a bit biased, as this place is now my family and has my heart, but I started out skeptical that I would ever "join," just wanted a push to start the new year. I have a fitness background, so can go into any gym and get a workout, but what I didn't know I needed is this community! I felt like I was back on a team again, where everyone is rooting for everyone to win.
The workouts are for everyone, 16-75+, you'll get whatever push you need, but it's the community that will help keep you consistent and coming back for more.

The staff seems genuinely nice and filled with good people (which stands out to me as I've tried 10+ fitness memberships and find the emphasis on marketing to be fatiguing, leaving you feeling like you are just a number for them to win over), and the workouts are SO HARD- in the best way. I never feel like I can "go easy" here, as the classes combine conditioning and weightlifting, which is exactly what I wanted. I leave each class feeling stronger, amazed at what my body can do when I have a great team, community, and workout routine that pushes me further than I'd go alone.
Burn is by far the most expensive of any fitness membership I've had, but I find it to be worth it!
Other things I love: every workout is different and keeps you on your toes, so I'm never watching the clock, the uplifting community, the emphasis on getting stronger rather than "looking" a certain way, accessibility for women and men of all ages (and I love that it is mainly women here - and ones who have had multiple children, at that! I'm so inspired watching their strength!), and this is an odd one to point out, but I love that there are no mirrors. I've worked out many gyms with mirrors and find I get in my head about how I look, so this really takes away that aspect and helps me focus on getting STRONG!

Burn has been a fantastic experience since I joined! I am 8 weeks postpartum and have thyroid cancer so working out for me is difficult. Burn makes it easy by their trainers offering modifications and support. It truly feels like a personal trainer while in a group setting. When I wanted to start to be more active, I looked into gyms in my area, but I wanted something different and more challenging. So I found burn. To say I was scared and nervous about going the first time was an understatement. I was expecting to feel out of place and like a newbie immediately 😅.
That was not the case. Everyone is super inviting from the staff to the trainers to the members! We are all there to work hard and be a helpful and supportive community.
I can honestly say I look forward to going when my schedule allows, and I won't be looking back.

It’s not a regular gym, it’s a cool gym. So much love for burn bear creek. I’ve been going to burn since I was in college and was thrilled when I moved back to Colorado and there was one down the street from me. I love the workouts, something different every day and yet they kick my butt every time in the best way. The trainers and staff are incredible, always looking out for my form, modifications are encouraged if you need them — a truly supportive atmosphere no matter your goals. The community is incredible, I consider many of my fellow burn besties to be good friends who I am excited to see every day and hold me accountable. I really look forward to coming to the gym every day, especially for the 5:30 pm camp where the vibes are always high and the dance moves are poppin.

I came to this workout after 2 rounds of PT for a bum knee and the coaches helped me modify exercises as I needed until I got to 100%! It's like having a personal trainer but also having camaraderie of working out with other people. Never the same workout twice, lots of class times available and although my kids aren't little anymore, I think the free childcare is a huge bonus for families!

I've been a Burn Sister for going on my 4th year now. Started in MI, moved to Surprise, AZ and I recently visited Bear Creek for a week! Love that I can workout at a Burn while traveling! I felt so welcome here! The trainers, Delain & Amy, were very organized with our exercises and gave me some good pointers on form. Their cleaning and sanitizing process made me feel very safe and I'll definitely be back!

Such an amazing gym! Quick 45 minute workouts that get you sweating instantly! A small group setting with 1:1 trainer help & focus meetings to help with nutrition/anything else you may be needing help with. The entire staff is just great and the trainers are top notch! Not one bad thing I can say about this gym! Definitely check it out!!

Seriously the best! These workouts are killer I have never been sore everyday like I am going here. You have a small group class and a trainer coaching you to get the right form. The trainers are amazing they push you and make you laugh. This is a great gym if you're looking for a fitness community and a six pack haha. Plus they have child care at certain times. But the best thing is you can do a 2 week free trial so you can see all this for yourself.

My wife introduced me to this gym - she got me a Christmas present of their 6 week Raise the Bar Challenge. The workouts are 45 minutes; it fits into any busy person's schedule. The camps are challenging and yet I find myself looking forward to going back. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend anyone check this place out. What sets them apart is the focus meetings you have every 3 weeks. The staff care about you and checking in with you is important to them. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I have never been a 5am workout kind of girl, but now I am hooked. The entire staff is so great and patient with me. They help me stay accountable to myself and show up and are always there to help. I love that they have child watch for certain class times, and the other people in class are so welcoming. There is no gym weirdness at all. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking for a no pressure gym with an incredible community of support, look no further than Burn Boot Camp-Bear Creek. This place has given me confidence that I NEVER KNEW I COULD HAVE! I don’t run on treadmills, I would never do the burpees from TV workouts and yet I am doing laps and burpees here! The trainers get you pumped to at least try and the rest is history. I am getting great workouts and really working on myself which in itself is beyond my expectations for a gym. Try it!
