This yoga community extends a warm welcome to all comers, new and regular yogis. Lovely upstairs space in an historic building along Canon City's historic Main St. A lending library for all. Meditation workshops. Gentle instructors who foster community and mindfulness. Sessions tend to include a Buddha quote to ponder at the beginning of practice, soft stretching, one of the easy sun salutations, asana variations to try in the practice, short flow, inversion practice, final stretching, shavasana followed by a short meditation. This is a solid yoga studio and a wonderful asset to Canon City.
