I found Lisa after finally getting fed up with being depressed about my fitness and my clothes not fitting. Then I found Lisa!!! I am not through my process of where I want to be, but I am confident I will get there with her by my side.
Her comprehensive whole-lifestyle approach is really resonating with me. I am never hungry and counting macros is easy with the app she provides. Even with a ton of travel (eating out every meal) & pretty serious injury I sustained on my own that had me down for the count for several weeks and not working out, I managed to drop weight & inches through it all. I’m beginning to think I might just be able to stop the yo-yoing of my weight and health with Lisa‘s guidance.
I still have a ways to go, but I am so excited for the future and my energy is off the charts! I will also add that Lisa is a great person in general. We have fun working out and while she pushes me & instills confidence, she isn’t a drill sergeant, which just isn’t my style!

In 2020, I underwent lumbar surgery that was performed through my abdominal area. As a result of this surgery, I gained a significant amount of weight that I couldn't lose through a healthy diet and individual exercise. Ten months ago, I reached out to Lisa and found that she not only knew what she was doing but had also conducted extensive research to provide the best personal health options for different body types. Since then, I have lost fat and regained my physical strength. Throughout this physical journey, I have gained higher energy levels and a sharper mental acuity. She has quite literally changed my life! If you need someone who is not only knowledgable and educated about fitness and nutrition but kind and understanding about where you’re starting, she is the answer you’re looking for! She will cater to your specific needs and listen to your goals to set you up for success. Following her plan I gained 4 pounds of muscle in my first month! I did an online program with Carma, she was so flexible and understanding of my busy schedule. The meals were delicious and easy to cook and the workouts were intense! We would have a weekly meeting together over zoom, to discuss my progress and goals. A friend of mine who lives in Colorado recommended her as a trainer and it was the best decision I’ve made! She’s so caring and doesn’t give up on you. If you stick to your plan she made for you, you will see results within 2-3 weeks! Carma is the best coach and trainer she also does body building so if anyone is looking for a bodybuilder trainer she’s the best person to go to! 💚

I have Lisa as my life coach and she’s honestly amazing. I just moved to this area and am thankful to have found Carma Fitness. I have been working with her for about 6 weeks and am down weight and body fat. Woo hoo! She has been working with me every step of the way to get my fitness goals back. I had a rough patch in my life and gained weight.
With that being said, we met and came up with a plan to help me reach my goals. She has been a great coach and she also is a great overall human! She pushes me in a motivating way. So excited I’ve seen results quickly and can’t wait to reach my goals! Highly recommend!!!!

I loved working with Carma Fitness. The meal plan was flexible, easy recipes, yummy. The training was amazing. I feel like I know what I’m doing now. Eventhough, I was a certified trainer, it really helped to have her plan my workouts so I know how much to do.
It helped when she pushed me because I know now I can push pass my limits. She also helped fix my form so I could really feel my muscles working. She knows a lot about many natural supplements that have helped me lose fat and increase my energy and helped me get in my protien.

Lisa is absolutely a fantastic couch!! As a nurse, I needed someone who understood my hectic schedule. She was always willing to work with me on schedule changes.
She helped train me for my wedding and took me back after the hectic year of 2020. The results I got with her, I have never had with anyone else or any class.
She has made her program easy to follow while pushing you to be your best. Her meal plans are some of the best!!

I met Lisa not long ago and in the short period of time I have been training with her I have seen great results and I also learned a lot. Moving hfrom Virginia I didn’t really have the same fitness o riented support system I had when I was with my active duty friends so I decided to make an investment. A great coach sees your potential, even when you can’t see it yourself. More important, though, is they find pave a path and show it to you. Lisa Anne from Carma Fitness proves this in spades.
Lisa became my coach last year when I decided to become a bodybuilder at 44. She was recommended by many others, but she proved her value from the first interaction. Minutes after sending her a note, she responded with some questions and a suggestion that we meet. A few hours later, we were discussing my goals, doing measurements, and assessing my potential. It happened fast, but it was focused.
Over the course of the next 4 months, Lisa delivered the fitness and nutrition plans that shaped me to get on stage. More importantly, though, she was a constant source or motivation and inspiration checking in when you least expected it.
The final weeks of prep are grueling, lonely, and intimidating. I wouldn’t have made it through this without her. If you don’t believe me, you can come see the 4 medals we won.

Lisa is an excellent trainer and coach. She's also a wonderful person. She will push you, encourage you, and help you reach your goals safely. Meal plans are simple and the workouts are challenging but fun. She teaches you about the equipment and the muscles you're targeting so that you can workout safely on your own. And she trains all levels, so it doesn't matter if you're just starting your fitness journey like me. I would recommend her to everyone, honestly. I've enjoyed training with her so far and am very happy with my progress.
