I LOVE Chuze and especially this location! The child care staff is amazing. So glad I can come get a workout in and know that the kids will be having fun. Everything is always very clean and they have such a great variety of equipment. I love the turf area and availability of box jumps, kettlebells, battle ropes, etc.

Always friendly staff, and very clean equipment. It gets quite busy, and if you're into free weights there are 3 power racks, and 2 additional squat/combo racks, as well as two Olympic platforms upstairs on the"lawn", which is pretty great! Although they are always busy.

Firstly the negatives: the place closes around 8 which is far too soon compared to others. Also they have lots of extra fees that can add up quickly and the drinks are expensive too. With that said they also have good equipment and everything is usually in good condition.(except the body scanner, fix that)they have lots of extra amenities for those who can afford it but as someone who has them all, they aren't really needed, you can have a great experience without the extras. The massage chairs are very nice but the mall has a simpler version just across the street for a dollar.

I really like working out here, I like the staff, the equipment, the pool area and for the price you really can't beat it.

There is one thing I would really like to change about the gym though and would be really open to talking more about it. The idea is not to have news channels on the TVs. In fact, there are 18 TVs I counted in the gym and 1 out of every 3 are news. It is about killing and murders and dems and republicans and so much hatred.

I go to the gym to relax, to chill and to be around other people to talk to them. Is there anyway we can change the TVs to be music videos, or animal planet, or history channel. Yes you have those too, but what if you were the ONE gym in town that didn't have the news on? Where we all could come and get a good workout in without seeing someone get shot or killed or all the bad things.

Is there anyway this is possible? It would make the gym so much better. I also heard a few guys talking about this when I was working out so thought I would share this idea and to see if we could really make some change and not have news on the TVs and I bet so many people would LOVE this!

Great classes and convenient schedules, but the mats they have for the group fitness room are unacceptable. It has no cushion and feels no different than being on the ground. The Englewood location has nice cushy mats, so I’m not sure why this location has the bottom of the barrel thinness mats available.

Our entire family loves going to Chuze. Mom and dad get a great workout and enjoy the zero gravity massage chairs. The kids have a blast for two hours at Kids Club. Plus the facilities are always clean and in working order. Chuze is good for the whole family.

Very poor service with this CARE CLUB employees . My kid is really scared and now she hate it go to stay there because the employees don’t let her to play and they are mean to her. She is 7 Y old, It’s really disappointing because when I got the membership more expensive was exactly with the goal to get than service and have experience (to play with toys and used the utility in than area, kids socialization ), as they Marketing said. What sense have pay 60 $ at month and don’t have access to good service and be treated with respect and dignity. ?

One of the "prettier" Chuze locations in the state for sure. If you are a 'premium' or 'more' member, I don't think you will be satisfied though. This is a good location for average gym going, but other Chuze locations offer better amenities for the members with higher ranging plans.

Its usual for every Chuze to be slightly different. And it's fair to say my standards are high, but I give it a solid "Meh".

I have tried out several gyms in the Denver Metro area… this is by far one of the cleanest gyms I have held a membership at (let’s also be realistic people this is not a country club)… staff is always on the floor attending to different areas of the facility or in the locker rooms… plenty of options for a change of pace in your workout… does get crowded during peak hours… I personally enjoy the controlled access to the pool area (lap pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room) no loud music in this area, tall ceiling with plenty of natural light… clean and maintained regularly… I want to compliment a staff member I believe her name is Jessica (poofy hair, glasses)… every time I see her in the pool area she applies an appreciative amount of upkeep… cheers Chuze thanks

I have been going here for about two months now with my son and the gym is clean and the staff is wonderful! I mostly use the cinema to utilize the elliptical or treadmill and watch a movie or the circuit training and row machines. I also do the aqua classes and the instructors are fantastic! We use the massage chairs (water and zero gravity) for recovery at least once a week and never have a problem getting one quickly. My only complaint is that sometimes people are just loitering on machines on their phones not using them which is frustrating (especially on the circuit training when you have to skip over them and do a whole set without them moving so you miss a station) but that's all gyms not just Chuze. I hate the parking lot because it has so many shops that it seems crowded a lot but I just park across the way and walk for convenience. I don't use it but the kids care area is so cute and when I see kids in there they look like they're having so much fun! I don't take photos at the gym but I attached one when I was in the cinema alone.

Have to lower my review to 3 stars due to the lack of equipment at the cable pull area. They need more rope pull attachments, the 2-hand ones and the single attachment ones. Almost impossible to get my warmup in at this location. I know they'll see this and I'll raise my rating back up when they add more equip, cause otherwise it's a pretty good gym.

EDIT: The cable pull area is still WAY too small, I don't come here at 9pm to have ALL 6 of them being used!

Staff will approach you and accuse you of being inappropriate or offensive and intimidating others- even though you do not talk to other clients. Such a disappointment to be minding your own business and try to reach your fitness goals to be interrupted and made feel uncomfortable for no reason. No proof of these incidents even though there is video. Go elsewhere if you are serious about your health and wellness.

Why is the pool so dirty, why is there paint chips sitting in the pool and all kinds of white chunk stuff floating in the pool, dirty build up in the floor of the pool and hair floating but you? Gross 🤢🤮 sure it looks nice if you don't get in it, but go for a swim and see for yourself.
And what is with the hot tub and such low water levels and no bundles?? It's not like this in highland ranch..

This is a great gym! Chuze employees Ilayca, Lucas, Jesika, and Hope are the absolute best. Everything is clean, and it’s never too crowded. Even during busy times, the two floors help it feel spacious. They always make sure to recognize you and greet you at the door! And I have always have the best workouts!

Workers are selective on when to enforce the rules of their gym. This gym, like many others mentions keeping phone texting and calling in the lobby and not doing it on the equipment itself, however no one monitors this, which means when I come in to do my workout in the limited time I have, I often have to skip a workout because someone is just sitting on their phone. That said, the workers do get on you about wearing the right clothing, but they can't be bothered to walk around and remind customers that they can't hog the machines? I've also come in wearing non jeans pants and have been told I can't wear them one day when the other times no one says anything. I don't normally care enough to make reviews unless a place really stands out to me, and this Chuze is standing out to me in the wrong way. This isn't a gymnasium for teens to play around in, and it isn't somewhere where you (should) can sit down on your phone, taking 30 minutes on one machine to yourself. No employees jump on anyone who doesn't wipe equipment down either, again, they have a rule board and get to decide when to enforce it. I understand making sure you are wearing the right gear for safety, but yall need to be enforcing the rules all the time or never, and doing it fairly.

Please be cautious with the promotions, they’re misleading. My mom upgraded her membership during a promotion that promised a gift card with an upgrade. Unfortunately, this turned out to be false advertising. When we asked for help, the front desk staff, specifically a woman with black hair, was extremely rude and dismissive. She told us there was nothing she could do since it was a third-party promotion and rudely directed us to check our email. It's unacceptable for staff to treat members this way, especially when we're simply asking about something the gym itself was promoting. Please train your employees on how to handle these situations professionally there's no need for attitude or disrespect. There are plenty of other gyms that treat their members with more courtesy and respect.

Shady pricing structure. Too expensive with all the "annual fees" and their "join for $1 for a limited time for 1 year" is a lie because you do still have to pay monthly, and theres an annual fee upfront that is not "only $1". Not to mention that the "limited time" offer is always available. Additionally, signing up places you in a contract, and you have to pay $50 to cancel. They like to claim that "it's obvious when you sign up what our policies are" but in reality, all of this is buried in the fine text. What a sketchy company.

The place is always super packed. The machines I need were always taken, especially the cable machine. Place has weird vibes inside, too. I can't comfortably work out at this gym at all with so many people in the way. Teenagers need to quit going to the gym just to hang out. Go to the mall instead or something, or actually work out and stop standing in the way.

I LOVE this gym! Hands down the best one I’ve been to.
First of all, they have TONS of cardio machines and a lot of different areas for you to stretch and do your mobility in your own corner.
Lots of machines available. The machines are well maintained and they have a lot of different spots where you can grab a wipe to sanitize the machines before and after using it. The bathroom is always clean as well
I always enjoy the massage chairs after my workout and this is the best thing ever for recovering your muscles. The chuze teather is also great for me because it’s usually quiet and I prefer to do my cardio apart from everyone else so that’s nice.
Also I need to say that the staff is SO NICE! they’re also so helpful helping me with information, or setting up the massage chairs/explaining how everything works.
I talked to many staff members to ask questions and they were all so so so helpful!!

The kids club waitlist system needs fixed. Making parents take their kids in to be added to the waitlist then having to walk my kids back out and come back in an hour is crazy. You need to allow parents to do a waitlist over the phone or an app. If we don’t show up on time then it goes to the next but this is not a friendly and easy system for parents as is. I understand an app is a cost but just over the phone shouldn’t be difficult at all or cost anything but would save parents. Thank you I hope this changes

Good gym, positive environment but busy. Borderline bodybuilder gym. I've had a few instances of people using the same machine on the circuit without moving to the next. Also had a few stick on an adjustable bench doing every exercise under the sun. Bench, incline curls, skull crushers etc. I asked how many more sets and they said, "a lot".

Squat and deadlift machines are impossible to get on. There are other machines which I used but a time limit on benches/ free weights would be great.

I've been going here for almost 3 months now after transferring from Vasa and I absolutely love it here. I'm glad I made the switch. I typically go at night so it's never crowded, it's very spacious, they have great equipment and I feel very comfortable and confident going here. The staff is very welcoming and nice and the atmosphere is so much better. I'm proud to say I've lost 15lbs since being here all thanks to it being such a great gym and making me feel excited to work out comfortably!

Cancelled my membership in Sept and am still getting charged. The supervisor who will rename nameless as he was pleasant at the littleton location said he apologized and will take care if this, however I have no faith in the company and it's follow through.
*Update* after finally getting it settled and refunded, they have once again charged me less than a month after receiving my refund. Absolutely disgusting. We are going to have another conversation with cooperate and will have another update. My reccomendation is to avoid doing business with unethical companies that cannot keep their agreements! Went in and signed up, was told my billing date for the yearly fee would be pushed back an extra two weeks at my request, lo and behold that didn’t happen, it bounced and charged me an extra $60 in service fees than what I had, I finally paid it from my food budget just so it didn’t bounce again, told the service charges would be refunded and they never were, called and talked to the general manager 3 times, was promised I’d be called and that they’d figure it out for me. Chuze allows people to save equipment they are NOT using and intimidate people for trying to use equipment no one is actually using. This member wants to save it for when she is ready. She's been on her cell phone for 15 minutes now on another piece of equipment but wants me to stay off of the equipment she's saving for later. Manager threatened me that if I defend myself and use the equipment anyway my membership will be revoked but hers will not be revoked for inappropriate behavior over a machine SHE IS NOT CURRENTLY USING. This is a warning you're not allowed to use gym equipment that's empty that no one is using because someone else might be saving it for later while they're on their cell phone for 15 minutes.

The entire pool area is gross. This location just attracts trash for some reason. Chuze needs to have workers actually patrol the pool area and enforce rules. Why are people wearing shoes in the sauna? Not showering? Send out emails and put up new signs in a way nobody can miss them.

I’ve been going to Chuze, mostly at the Littleton location, for 2 years. It’s always clean which I really appreciate and the staff is friendly. I love the layout of this location because there’s plenty of room between each machine and I’m never crammed waiting on lines to use machines like o was when I tried out the nearby Vasa. The pool area and saunas are also always clean which is a major bonus because I typically find that not to be the case with other gyms like Vasa, 24Hr Fitness, Planet Fitness. I also appreciate the large turf area upstairs and the circuit workout for when I’m in a rush or feeling lazy (and I need a simple workout with a timer to keep my on track lol). The only issue I’ve ever had is with payments… my card expired and for a few months the autopay kept trying to charge my expired card (even tho I provided a new one). Each time the payment failed it’d charge me $10. I kind of had to fight tooth and nails with whomever I was on the phone with just to get ONE of those $10 charges reimbursed. Kind of annoying after years of loyalty to this gym and also referring my husband, mom, friend, and friends boyfriend all to get memberships here. Aside from customer-unfriendly billing instances, I do love this gym.

Too many gym bros who aren't really their to work out only there for ego lifting and aesthetics not a good vibe here. Always waiting for equipment. Not enough cable attachments, and a lot of equipment is either rundown or broken. No thanks. Bathroom is filthy most of the time.

Equipment is dated and machines are down constantly. Too many people and Zumba instructor Jackie needs to learn how to properly instruct Zumba to everyone and not just the regulars. Zumba classes are definitely very boring here. Looking for a new gym.

I really like this gym, Chuze in Littleton, CO. Even when it gets busy I still can get access to equipment quickly. Everything is clean and functional. I regularly see employees mopping out the locker room, shower area, and the tile by the pool and sauna. It has a really great mix of free weights, resistance machines, and cardio equipment (and a large turf and track area on the second floor). The hydro massage is great and worth the, upgrade from the basic plan (you also get tanning, pool, and sauna access). So far it's been 10/10 at this gym.

Decent gym, honestly, for the price. I had a membership before and cancelled it when I was pregnant.

But I have completely soured on Chuze.

I was pretty excited when the baby became six months old and was eligible for Chuze childcare. But I am cancelling my membership again after a single visit.

Chuze will watch your six month infant, sure. But they:
-Will not give any fluids other than water
-Will not a diaper
-Attempt to calm your child whatsoever and will text you to come back when they fuss

What, may I ask, is the point then?

I brought my little dude, who was pretty sleepy, and just needed to be rocked to sleep. They couldn’t even do that. When my son cried they asked my *FIRST GRADER* what to do.

I got maybe 20 minutes of peace?

Totally inept, not worth the trouble, and cancelling again. If you can’t care for babies, raise the age limit and don’t falsely advertise

I went into the gym to cancel my gym membership on 8/27/24. I was advised that September was due on August 31 and since I was only 5 day outside of the next due date instead of 10 day that I would be charged the full September payment. I asked to see what I had signed stating that was okay. Indeed, in the fine print from two years prior and at the different rate, ND did initial that it would be OK for them to take the next month payment if I did not cancel 10 days prior to the next due date. I asked if there was anything that could be done about it and they said they could waive that due to a death or medical emergency or another emergency of that nature. None applied to me and I asked if something else could be done for me and the assistant manager, McKenzie smirk at me and refused with great pleasure. She knew this upset me which made her even more happy. Great customer service! Makenzie, maybe next time be a little more apologetic instead of smirking and almost laughing at the customer. I was a paying customer for over 2 years. But will never be again.

Went to them in 2018 to cancel my membership because I became disabled. Well it turns out that they didn't cancle it and been charging me since 2018. I had went in and talked to the GM John he said he was going to take care of it. Have'nt heard from them or my issues being resolved and I have gone in everyday to talk with John about it and he keeps telling me that they are working on it. Its been 3 month's and they havent done anything about it. Word to the wise dont get a membership here because even the district manager doesn't care about the wrong doing of the gym.

What a scam do not recommend joining what so ever. I joined to use the hot tub after a car accident and work on physical therapy. Hot tub did not work for months and months. Signed a year contract moved away tried to pay cancellation fee to cancel early its been a year and a half still getting charges can never get in touch with anyone. Have requested cancellation 5+ times super duper frustrated. Dirty, crowed never only went twice and was very disappointed with facility and way more disgusted with the customer service/support.

This gym location is consistently having maintenance issues. Pool areas, showers, hot pool, and dressing areas are not that shiny or clean anymore. Today the showers were smelly. I am sure they can do a lot better than that.

I like the staff and the cleanliness of this place. The littleton facility has the better layout of equipment. The challenge that they still face is how to combat the lax gym etiquette that the younger folks display; where they gather around pieces of equipment during busy times as if the gym is a pure social function, unaware that there may be people waiting to use them.

Very poor equipment. If you’re a bodybuilder, powerlifter, oly lifter, or cross fitter this gym will not work for you. However if you’re new to the gym or don’t know the difference between good equipment and cheap equipment then this will work for you. However, anyone with any gym or fitness experience will not be satisfied with this gym. Comparable to planet fitness but with barbells.

Care and professionalism of staff. Great options to work out. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Hydromassage is a great option and always an end to my workout. I try to go every day - swim 3 times a week and do the water aerobics class. Weights/walk the rest. Thank you for the professionalism, the care and concern for the facility and members.

It was good until I decided to cancel the membership. After our 1 year term ended, we decided to cancel the membership, we went there three times to cancel the membership all got denied and asked to cancel it at the end of the month, then we got there to cancel it on the 28th, they said we need to cancel it before the 19th, otherwise they will charge one more month, and force us to sign an extra document says we agreed to pay the extra fee otherwise they would not cancel our membership.
The staff was nice but not helpful, basically saying it was their fault but they couldn’t do anything about it because of the system.
