Thought I would take the time to write this review.. My husband and I have been members for several months now and first and foremost this is hands down the best gym in loveland. From the staff to the facilities to even the members- we enjoy coming to chuze!

Today I wanted to leave my review for a specific staff member who has made the experience at chuze even better. When my husband and I were considering sigining up we were talking with a front desk representative who got caught up with another task and around the corner comes this other staff member who took over to give us the tour of the location.

This staff member introduced himself as Cornelius. He gave us the tour and honestly looking back he is the reason we signed up. He made us feel welcome from the very begining and you could tell that he not only loved his job but he loved where he worked- it was a refreshing attitude in this day and age.

Jump forward to last night when I decided to take "Lift Lab" for the first time and I was nervous going into it I almost ghosted them and went home instead.. but I followed through and walked in to be greeted by none other than The man the myth the legend Cornelius.

The class itself was a ton of fun, but the best part was Cornelius coaching the class and not only helping me if I struggled but also seeing my potential and pushing me outside of my comfort zone. I left feeling amazing and ready for the next class I could take!

Class last night solidified for me that not only is Chuze a great place to workout but also that anybody who is considering signing up honestly needs to give the Chuze More membership a try. The ammenities are amazing but seriously you have got to take advantage of everything that they offer here because you never know what you may learn or discover about yourself!

Ever since I joined I have found it an incredible place to be. The facility is always incredibly clean, the crew is unbelievably friendly, the regulars are super welcoming and create an atmosphere of camaraderie rather than the over-competitive atmosphere of some gyms. The variety of equipment is phenomenal, the recovery options are really fantastic, and, while I haven’t tried the classes yet, some friends who have love them! Overall, Chuze is a 10/10 for me. I would, and do, recommend Chuze to friends and acquaintances.

For six years I have planned many of my activities around class availability, and have never been disappointed or even frustrated. Sometimes it is hard to adapt to changing classes and teachers, but that is a necessary business practice sometimes. REALLY WISH THERE WAS A LOCATION IN OR NEAR OLD TOWN, FORT COLLINS.

Night crew has had a lot of great employees that strive to keep the place cleaner and operating at maximum level; Jake and Kyle are two that stand out. On top of care for the facility they are always bringing a positive energy and greeting. Chuze Fitness has many group classes to choose from. I particularly enjoy the Aqua Fit, Aqua Zumba, and Zumba classes. The Instructors are not only well-equipped to lead the classes, but genuinely enjoy leading them.
The Circuit training is another nice feature. It’s great when you have limited time.

Really starting to hate this gym. To many members means the gym is overcrowded and you can't get to anything. Then you pay for a higher membership and get access to the extra rooms but nothing in those rooms to use just like a simple adjustable incline bench. Smoothie bar doesn't accept cash.
No bicycle racks outside, no motorcycle parking, car parking takes 15 mins of driving around.
Most of the cushions are torn and wore out and need to be replaced but they rather pocket the outrageous membership fees.
Staff is friendly and they do a good job keeping the place clean so kudos to them.
Wishing i could get a refund but place is to greedy.

As usual there is one person parking on the circuits way past the 60 seconds several times. On every machine interrupting the entire circuit and going the wrong way . The facility was always very clean, the staff would go around cleaning very frequently. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. The equipment for even the base membership was amazing, I got access to everything I needed and wanted. My husband had the max membership so he could use the sauna and swim and he loved it as well. I loved the rewards system and the different perks. The hours were great and being able to go before my kids were up and my husband had to work was a great way to start my day. I miss it a lot and wish there was one closer to our new house. I'd recommend this gym to everyone!

I have been a Chuze member for a few months now. I feel the employees have no clue on how to answer questions. I asked a girl how much more it was to upgrade my membership and her response was “I don’t know, I’ll have to get a calculator”.
They all have different answers to the same question. So it’s hard to really know the correct answer.
Out of all there is only one tall guy that is helpful when answering questions, he’s hard to find. Oh well I’ll have to figure it out myself.

Absolutely appreciate Chuze Fitness in Loveland. Great staff, super clean, and well-kept facility.

One issue that still needs attention: the bike racks. They should work with the property owner to install more racks closer to the entrance. Right now, they’re tucked out of view, which increases the risk of theft. With the number of junkies woven into the transient population camping along the ditch behind the building, it creates too much opportunity for bikes to be stolen. A small change here would go a long way in protecting members’ property.

I was dead set on signing up for a membership based on reviews and the pictures on your website. I came in wanting just some insight on the classes and possibly a tour of the facility. What I got is a lazy and rude employee asking me what I wanted to know and told me I can sign up on the app and not wanting to explain anything . Back to searching for a gym with people who care and you don’t have to pull teeth to get someone to explain things. Not the experience you want when you sign up for a membership - if someone isn’t even trying to be friendly - no thank you. Very disappointing and disrespectful employee.

I've been here for 3 days. Overall, it's a GREAT gym! I signed up for the $1 enrollment / 1 month free, and I'm able to bring my children with me everyday (for no extra cost), since I have the Max membership. They LOVE it. As a stay at home wife and mother, I am able to focus on my health, all while my children have fun with others. They have a smoothie bar (with great tasting and high-protein smoothies), all equipment work as they should, restrooms/locker rooms are kept clean, and the Recovery Zone is amazing, after an intense workout. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone who's looking for a great gym.

I checked out their monthly special. 5 day trial. I'm not a weights type guy and it feels geared to that. Although they did have an assortment of treadmills, stair climbers and ellipticals. There is a 3 lane pool in back. I liked the structured plans. The price is right. Each level of service you subscribe to is indicated on either a barcode key or phone app you access your upgrade into. Example... one barcode opens access to pool and dry sauna. Nice gym - I like bball and steam room. They do not have those - I did not join.

No reason for a scathing review as I've seen from others. I'm a runner and I strength train here. I frequently take advantage of the equipment, the green, and the infrared sauna. I also bring my kids to the childcare area during the applicable times once in a while. I love their membership that lets me bring both kids at a very reasonable price! I was in a car accident june 5th, got pretty wrecked. Did the 7 day trial before my prp shots, LOVE the therapy room! Creating a simple starter circuit.. associates are very kind so far and helpful. I have been a member for over 2 years. Initially it was great. Clean, large, facility, lots of new equipment, cinema room, and recovery equipment, and friendly staff. Now the equipment is breaking all the time and needs to be replaced. I use to workout early in the mornings and at least one of the best 2 bikes always had issues. Crank arm falling off, adjustments not holding, displays turning off and on randomly, seat tilt rocking back and forth, smashing the boys. Not good. I was using the showers until bugs flew in my mouth. Yummy... The final issue was I looked on my bank statement and my dues went from a signed contract price of $20 a month to $32.99 for the last 13 months. They currently advertise $24.99 a month for the same plan, so they are charging me $8 more than everyone else. My son signed up at the same time, and they have raised his monthly fee to the same rate. I asked and called several times to have a manager contact me. Finally I had to wait to see a manager on-site and he said it was their billing company that had changed my and my sons rate and that should not have happened. I am sure this has happened to many Chuze patrons. I repeatedly told the help and management about these issues and now they are not so friendly. Too bad, I really liked the recovery equipment. It worked most of the time.

Lots of great equipment and classes, but can get quite crowded at times. The equipment is always clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. The layout was definitely done to maximize equipment but makes it awkward to walk around and try to not get in someone's way when busy. My biggest complaint is that the parking lot situation is awful, not much that can be done to improve that unfortunately but be sure to show up 15 minutes early to any class you want to attend to ensure you can actually find a spot and not be late by the time you find a place to park halfway across the shopping center.

This gym is an answered prayer!! It has absolutely everything I could possibly need in a fitness facility for an outrageously affordable price. The classes are exceptional; multiple yoga classes, barre, Pilates, spinning, Zumba AND body pump! Plus they added the orange theory type training classes called Lift Lab. Those types of gyms are expensive monthly memberships. The recovery area alone is worth the monthly membership. They have 3 saunas, a hot tub, pool, AND MASSAGE equipment!The compression boots are so good for my legs since I stand on my feet all day. I like to warm up in the sauna before I start stretching. And if you are into weightlifting, they have everything from CrossFit to Olympic lifting and everything in between. The clientele are nice and the staff make you feel very welcome. It’s clean and I have never had a bad experience. It’s like being a member of a fitness spa instead of just a gym. I LOVE this gym and have no excuses not to succeed in reaching my fitness goals this year. The culture that prevails here is healthy fitness lifestyle where everyone can find something to enjoy that will improve their mobility and quality of life. 100% would recommend to everyone!

I’ve been coming here for roughly a month now and it’s honestly a reaaally good gym. The staff is nice, equipment is well-kept and quickly maintained when needed, and amenities are cleaned routinely.

If you don’t like a big crowd, I highly suggest going early mornings before 6am. It’s pretty busy after 6 in the mornings but luckily I haven’t dealt with someone that hogs a machine for an extensive amount of time.

This review for me is more on the harder side to make. This gym when I first started going was pretty great, the people at the front desk were super welcoming and friendly. Joe, Eddy, and a few other OGS from here are not the problem what so ever. The newer people from over a month maybe going on 2 now ain’t it. The rules are very inconsistent here, I wore slides for my first 3-4 months going here because that’s just what is comfortable for me to wear at the gym SOME days. All of a sudden one of the new guys was incredibly rude to me and told me I couldn’t wear them at this gym when no one had told me this before and I felt very targeted because there was multiple other people next to me wearing berks, slides, crocs, ect. I just think if you have rules they need to be in place for everyone and consistent across the board and this is not that place. My friends and I had some terrible interactions with specifically men that were going here (not working ) that were disrespectful and rude. Some of the people here I feel like don’t have good intentions with the gym and start drama for no reason. I have a big passion for lifting and fitness and this gym tore that away from me. I haven’t been to the gym in weeks because I always dread being at this gym. It just really made me loose everything I feel like I’ve gained and had. This is not a gym I felt excited to go to anymore and I have never felt that way about a gym before. You guys need to work on consistency and value and care more genuinely about the people that are coming into this gym. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

If I could scream from the rooftop about how much I love this place, I would. First of all, every single member of the staff is incredibly friendly. I love the environment here. As someone who has only recently become dedicated to their physical health, it's nice to go to a gym that is welcoming & judgement free. The machines I use all seem to be in great condition and well kept. I've really never had an issue with not getting a machine I wanted. Of course there's a wait, it's a nice gym but I've never felt it was too crowded. My only complaint isn't even about Chuze, it's about the patrons of Chuze. Dear everyone who goes to the gym, WIPE DOWN YOUR EQUIPMENT WHEN YOU'RE DONE. I see a LOT of people up and leave their butt sweat on machines like they are too good to clean up after themselves. Seriously gross. Other than that, I really love this place and thankfully there are plenty of wipes everywhere.

THEY STEAL $$$$. Medicare/United Healthcare PAYS 100% for me but club stated that I have to pay 15.00 mont out of pocket to use the spa. THAT is EXACTLY why they pay for 100% of my membership!! They put my account into collections WHILST STILL accepting $$$$$ from them!!!! I am contacting all the news media, BBB and Loveland Chamber of Commerce to report the FRAUD!!!!!
On ALL the bad reviews, they try to act like they want to resolve the issues BUT NOT ONCE Have offered to FIX the MANY PROBLEMS!!!! Don't fall for their Deceptive RESPONSE!!! They are SIMPLY CROOKS

I really like the staff and the gym floor is clean and not crowded. There is lots of variety in equipment and facilities. But I’ve been going here since it first opened and the hygiene of this place has gone south. I didn’t want to write a whole review for this so I recommend a suggestion box or function in the app for these types of inquiries. The shower heads and vents in the bathrooms are literally dripping with dust. The water doesn’t come out of the shower heads correctly anymore because they have never been cleaned so the holes are getting blocked by build up. The water fountain taste bad even when it gets “reset” those machines need to be cleaned internally with vinegar when the filter is changed. The rim on the hot tub is slimy. Never been cleaned thought the chemical balance of the pool and tub have improved, it still needs to be sanitized and scrubbed of build up. And finally for how much money flows into this building the latch on the sauna door has been broken for way to long a 10lb weight as a door stop is unprofessional and a safety hazard.

This has been our goto gym since moving to Northern Colorado 2 years ago. I have really enjoyed going to it and it’s one of the nicer gyms in NoCo. Recently we have had a really bad experience with an employee that works usually between 6-8pm. She is constantly yelling at customers . I saw her run across the entire room just to make sure the photo matched the person scanning and started grilling them. She walks into the Sauna and yells at people for having their shoes on. I asked her where that policy was posted and how often they’re cleaning the bathrooms. She stated they clean them daily at 12:30. I would encourage your business to clean the facility every hour if you’re going to hold guests to a policy that puts them at risk of catching an infection. I would also suggest to document that and have it seen by customers
. I am considering canceling my membership as a very nice gym opened up a few miles down the road. Your customers don’t deserve to get criticized and screamed at by a bad employee and it’s not very welcoming.

I would highly suggest coaching or terminating the blonde lady with the pig tails that works during the evenings. She is rude and condescending to guests. Makes up fake rules to appear she’s in charge. We will be canceling our membership due to her. Treat your customers like you value their business.

Shut up, anybody who's serious about weight training is going to have auxiliary equipment like straps, wraps, sleeves, belts, grip attachments, etc. You really expect people to keep all that stuff in a locker and walk back into the locker room every time they switch exercises? Tried to cancel my membership in march due to an accident. Wasn’t working due to injury and found out this morning when I went to get diapers that I didn’t have enough money because of an over draft fee from Chuze which was canceled in march or so I thought which is what their employee told me. I called to try and figure out what was going on was informed that I was supposed to come in and sign which I was never told to do and the lady was rude as can be on the phone. I told her I just want my over draft refunded because when I canceled I asked if I’m supposed to sign anything and their employee told me no everything was taken care of and have a nice day. They need to train their employees to do the job correctly so it doesn’t cost people money they don’t need to spend and train their managers to be nicer to people because the person they are in charge of is not doing their job right.

This place steals money from people. I tried to cancel my membership and the first person I spoke to told me I had to come in to do so. This is not possible for me. I called again and was finally given an email to cancel. They charged me $49.99 and my $9.99 monthly fee. I asked for a refund, as I tried to cancel before these charges, and was told no.

I will never use this gym again. They have gotten hundreds of dollars from me over the years and refused to simply refund the last payments as I no longer desire to attend their gym. They're awful.
