After a complete hip replacement my Dr said no impact sports...try cycling. My amazing personal trainer Jennifer Schumm told me about Cinch, and integrated my strength training with the Cinch training program. I started with Cinch in April 2019. Rode my first Century in June, 2019. Then completed The Triple Bypass , a 120 mile bike ride over 3 mtn passes in July, and the Copper Triangle in August. By October I had done 20+ passes and alot of 80+ mile rides. I never thought I would ever be able ride up 12,000' mountain passes. For a new rider their training made it possible for me. I have the confidence and skills to ride any mountain pass in Colorado. They work with a lot of competitive cyclists and pros. I always felt welcomed and encouraged. Thank you Tom, thank you Kourtney, thank you Holly, and especially thank you Jenn for helping reach my goal.

I've been coached by Tom at Cinch Cycling since December of 2016 and couldn't be more pleased. His professionalism and passion to make this the best coaching experience is evident from the first strategy call. I'm a busy professional, owning two time consuming businesses, so I didn't have a lot of time to train, but felt I was missing out on my peak years now that I'm in my 40s. Tom has given me the tools and resources to be the best me at riding. I've lost weight and gained self-confidence. Highly recommend Cinch Cycling

Training with Tom and the Cinch crew here in Boulder has absolutely, fundamentally improved my cycling life, not to mention the rest of my life. Tom's attention to detail in analyzing where my performance is currently at on a given day, or in a particular period of the training season, are incredible. The things he can see in the watt charts within my workout data are stunning, and the highly structured, customized workouts are super fun to do...and they simply work. Over the last 3 months since I started training with him, I've been able to increase my power output by 20 watts, based on a standard threshold test we do. I'm getting stronger and faster and smarter...and it's winter. I can't wait for race season to begin! I highly, highly recommend Cinch Cycling. It's the best thing to happen to me since I started training and racing 7 years ago.

No one has cared more about my personal health and fitness since my high school track coach. Training is updated regularly depending on how I feel, possible injuries, travel, etc. An amazing level of detail.

I am your average "Joe" rider and just rode to keep in shape and get ready for some rides in Colorado. I met Tom during the McKee Classic in 2016 and his help has changed my riding. I now am able to train with a purpose, which is never the same or routine. Thanks Tom for taking the time to provide me the training that fits me!!

Tom brings all the experience of training for the worlds biggest race to each of his athletes. For me, he's made it possible to reach each one of my goals in 2016. I continue working with him daily and am looking forward to challenges and success on the bike in 2017.

I heard about Tom from a friend who founded Rollfast. He said “This is the guy who can improve your cycling”. An accomplished cyclist himself, I had no hesitation signing up with Cinch Cycling.
It has been a pleasure working with Cinch. My cycling is steadily improving; getting stronger and enjoying it at the same time. Tom is very accessible, very responsive and personal.
Most of all, I think he is very insightful and creative. Tom has achieved so much in just one year. Congratulations Cinch Cycling!!!
My faith in Cinch Cycling is strong. Looking forward to many more years.

Based on his proven experience and genuine approach, Tom quickly gained my trust, which in my opinion is key to any successful athlete/coach relationship.

By following his data-driven approach I am achieving better results than at any time in my career and I feel stronger and healthier than many of the kids that I am still competing against.

Tom is an excellent coach who always tirelessly and selflessly gives of himself to the cyclists he coaches. He has been very accessible to me and helped me accomplish many things on a bike. I work long hours at my job and he always finds a way to tailor my workouts so that no matter what length of time I have available he can create a workout that makes me stronger and I feel satisfied even after a short but intense set of intervals. I can recommend Cinch Cycling to anyone who is interested in improving their fitness and who wants to become involved with a great group of people!

I met Tom years ago cycling on Mt. Lemmon in Tucson. Even in the middle of training for international professional cycling races, he made time to wave at strangers and even offer water. That's the kind of person he is. Now he is taking all of the talent and knowledge he possesses and passing it on to others. The training I've received from Cinch Cycling is custom tailored for me. My strength has increased immensely, I don't experience training injuries, and I feel like every ride has a real purpose. Try the process out - it WORKS! -sf

Professional and profound experience. I first met Tom and the Cinch approach during a clinic in NJ. It was an awesome experience where I learned a lot in a little over 2 hours. He was extremely patient as he realized I was the most limited rider in the group. After the ride he and Kourtney had an honest and instructional question and answer session with our small group. I was so impressed with the compassion and knowledge they shared with us. You could tell they were really excited to help people improve their cycling, physical and mental health. In conversation with Tom, I asked if he would be interested in training me for a race. While I'm located on the East coast, I still get my workouts sent to me daily and the feedback is amazing. Any questions I have are answered promptly and professionally. Its obvious that Cinch Cycling is truly committed to their athletes- professionally and personally. The workouts are challenging physically and mentally which all is part of the Cinch process. I've been doing triathlons for 5 years and in 2 months my bike and run times have improved to new PRs. The knowledge base of Cinch Cycling is enormous and more importantly they constantly ask for feedback from their clients. They understand and appreciate all of our lifestyles and make their "process" work accordingly.

After deciding to ride the 2017 Le Etape Du Tour, I started looking for a coach to help with the training process. I met Tom in June 2016 and have had the privilege of being a Cinch student ever since. In the past 6 months, his personalized systematic approach to training has allowed me to reduce my time “training” all while dramatically increasing my power numbers. The coach/student relationship Chinch builds goes beyond training plans as the personal one on one contact is always front and center, whether the communication is via phone, text, email or web based data tracking site. If you’re serious about maximizing your potential as a rider (and having fun doing it!) do yourself a favor and contact Chinch NOW!

I thought I was a cyclist for 12 years... and then I met Cinch Cycling. I didn't think I could ride at this level with a full time job, 3 kids, and a wife that also needs to train. I'm now using data to drive my changes like never before. Aside from the training program, I've learned more about my time on the bike than I ever could have imagined.... technique, bike handling, when to shift, when not to, and so much more. I can finally say I'm a cyclist and it couldn't be more fun than with the rest of my "cinch-mates". Thank You Cinch Cycling!

In a few months time Cinch helped me take 4 minutes off of my 40K TT. Great data driven training with excellent coach communication. I'm excited to see what a winter of great workouts will translate to next season.

I've been a competitive cyclist for 12 years now -- but as I upgraded to Cat 2, I felt I hit a ceiling on training and racing. Work was taking up a lot of my time and I found it difficult to hit the road as much as I felt was needed to up my game.

Enter Cinch! Tom was able to put together such a powerful, high impact training program that made every minute on the road count. There was no need for 12+ hour weeks on the bike -- I felt I was getting more with my 6--8 hours with Tom than I was even on 15-hour weeks by myself.

Tom not only create a very personalized training program that fits into your work schedule, but he provides almost instantaneous feedback either online or on the phone! That way, you and Tom can adjust upcoming training days based on your performance, schedule, and how you feel.

Cinch really up'd my game -- it has been a pleasure working with Tom and CInch! I am looking forward to another successful racing season!
