I've been taking Robins Center & Balance class on Mondays. I love how engaging she is through the class. Robin takes the time to correct your form and reassures members that it's ok if you need to modify the class. I highly recommend joining, you will love it!

After ankle surgery, I froze my Club Pilates membership for 5 months and tried to extend it by phone. The rep struggled to find my account but said she’d handle it. I wasn’t informed of the 5-month freeze limit and assumed it was extended. I planned to return once recovered, but by mid-August I was getting daily “past due” notices—even though I canceled online on August 4.
I later found the cancellation policy allows penalty-free cancellation with a doctor’s note for disability, but no one mentioned this—even after I offered to get one. Instead, I kept hearing “there’s nothing we can do” and was asked for payment info. I understand the late fee was due to billing on 8/1 and my card being canceled for fraud.
I called again and was told paying August’s fee would resolve it, but I was charged again in September. The manager is unreachable and only emails sporadically. My surgeon says I need 4–6 more months to recover. It’s been physically and financially draining, and I feel ignored and bounced around without real help.
The stars are for how lovely the instructors are, but this has not been the experience for me.

They are not well trained (do the same routine ever time) and limited on giving individuals the proper attention they need. There are a few good instructors but they are clearly frustrated with the club there. Their contract is full of loop holes that benefit them. If you dispute anything with you bank they charge you extra fees!!! You also can only go to that club unless you pay more!

As a part time yoga instructor, I was looking to expand my horizons and tap into new areas for strength and I have not been disappointed! It is such a nice change to be instructed by someone verses being the instructor. As a newbie, I noticed a lot of patience when I was learning Pilates. The vibe is so relaxing and focused, a nice change from classes that the instructor is screaming over the music what to do next. This is my new getaway, even though the classes are challenging, I find it relaxing to get on the reformer and challenge my body. I’ll be increasing my membership soon!

I recently took Celine’s level 2 Pilates class, and it was fantastic! The session struck the perfect balance-a strong push that challenged me just enough without feeling overwhelming. Celine’s clear guidance and personalized feedback made every exercise both effective and safe. I left the class feeling energized, accomplished, and eager for the next session. If you're looking to elevate your fitness journey with a workout that truly supports your progress, I highly recommend this class!

Really love this place! I started coming here after a PT recommended I try Pilates to help heal an injury and just ended up loving it so much! It was a huge change from weightlifting but much needed! The classes really can be as easy or hard as you want them to be but they are always fun.
The instructors are all so wonderful; I’ve taken most my classes with Robin and Celine (mainly based on schedule), and I love them both. Celine pushes you just past where you think you can go and it’s incredible!
Highly recommend 🤍

I've been doing Pilates for over twenty years, and the new instructor Celine has the best classes I have ever taken. Her classes are challenging but fun and she is very thoughtful and gives great ques. 10/10 recommend especially if you are looking for a challenge.

The manager of this location is completely incompetent. I was very disappointed and the process of canceling my membership was a complete nightmare.

Absolutely terrible experience with this Pilates studio. I tried multiple times to downgrade my membership from unlimited to just 8 classes a month, but management doesn't actually do anything. Every time I spoke to someone at the front desk, they "wrote notes" in my profile, but nobody bothered to read them. After three failed attempts, I finally canceled my membership in the app, but weeks later, I was charged for another unlimited monthly membership! This place clearly has no communication or organization, and it's incredibly frustrating to deal with. Would never recommend this studio to anyone. I went to over 150 classes, not a single instructor knew my name, they use a tiny speaker in the back cause they cant figure out their sound system for coming up on an entire year! These people need to learn how to WORK WITH PEOPLE if they want their customers to stay! Save yourself the headache and find somewhere more professional.

I was a member for around 2 years and I’m surprised I lasted that long. A few of my issues include:
- instructors thinking everyone is okay with being touched. I never told a single instructor I was okay with being touched during the workout and when I quickly told one instructor I did not want to be touched, they made a scene to the entire class about how they makes it a point to make everyone feel comfortable. Ironically, it couldn’t feel more uncomfortable after that comment was made so loudly.
- I was the only person in class one day and the instructor immediately assumed I would prefer a “private lesson”. She did not ask if I wanted to do the normal class by myself or private lesson. During the lesson, she was on the reformer as much as I was (only 1 machine in privates) and it felt like a complete waste of time
- don’t assume canceling will be an easy process. I spoke to 3 different front desk people and each of them had a different response, it was clear they were not trained or understood any of the fine print. It took about 3 months longer than I would have wanted to cancel
- none of the classes are hard enough, even the 2.0. You need “approval” for that level but it seems like they hand out approvals to anyone. It could be the demographic which tapers down the intensity of each class
- one instructor in particular is very friendly with class goers and it is highly distracting for someone who wants to get a good workout in. During “breaks”, the instructor speaks about their personal life in detail and I am stuck paying for very expensive workout without actually getting the full workout in

I have taken over 140 classes at this location and was an unlimited member for about a year. This is the most poorly managed studio I have ever dealt with in my life. When I first started going to classes, they were charging me for multiple memberships and it took weeks of calls and emails and in person follow ups to get it resolved. I don’t think I was accurately refunded the overpaid amounts but I ran out of energy to fight it. I have had even more trouble trying to cancel my membership, and they continue to charge me even after I followed their instructions for how to cancel (mind you, it took several calls and attempts to cancel before I could even figure out how to do it). The front desk is run by an ever rotating gaggle of teenage girls who have no idea what is going on. It is essentially impossible to get in contact with a manager, and frankly I am astonished that no one has ever apologized for how poorly I’ve been treated. DO NOT waste your money at this location. They are a disaster and have wasted an unbelievable amount of my time with their incompetence.
REVISED to add that I was issued a refund of an unapproved charge after this review was posted. The manager asked me to delete my review, which I will not do.

I’ve been going to this studio for a couple of months now as a newbie and have been loving it! Receptionists are always friendly, place is always clean, classes are always on time. I think I’ve attended all instructors classes but I typically take Carissa and Robin’s classes and love them. Definitely recommend!

I’m giving 2 stars simply because I don’t the quality of the classes but my experience was a 1 star. I signed up for an intro class. 1 hour before the class I received a text stating grippy socks are required leaving me frantically searching for some. I had to wait for my husband to get home from work to watch our newborn which made me 2 minutes late and they turned me away and said the instructor “Nikki” had already left and that they ask us to be early to intro classes.. I was never asked to be early. I drove 25 minutes to get here. A phone call or text is the least they could’ve done

Don’t come to this place. Every time I have a question with membership no one ever answers phone calls the poor girls don’t know what they are doing at the front desk. I was charged twice in a month a while back haven’t received my refund back talked to the boss about it but don’t seem to care about it. Very unprofessional and place needs a clean up

Hated this place with a passion, classes are for old people with little to no enthusiasm. Whatever you do, do not sign up for a membership, do not sign a contact...predatory practices.... why are gyms still doing this to people???

While the classes themselves were great, and the instructors were lovely, I am very disappointed in how this place runs their cancellation process. I’ve requested to cancel back in February and it has taken two months, to finally complete the process, with multiple charges to my account along the way. I had to call a ridiculous amount of times and have tried to be polite and patient, but after two months they claim that my cancellation emails went to their spam folder…if this is the only way to cancel a membership, then this is something that should be checked regularly. It seems like this place is more concerned about taking your money than they are about pleasing their clientele. Disappointed, and will not be returning.

Instructors are super attentive and knowledgeable, especially Terrell and Robin! I love that the focus is on form with controlled movements and not on burning as many calories as fast as possible.

Management should have accommodated my request to upgrade my membership as originally communicated. They wanted to make me wait until the month was completed. How can they not know how to override the system to assist a member. Not helpful to the point of embarrassment. Highly disappointing and suggest going elsewhere.

Tried the intro class, which was informative. 2 stars because getting a membership is an annoying process - you have to call and talk to someone to purchase a membership and you can’t buy a pass or membership on the app, and membership requires a 3 month minimum. No new member specials. I wish they just had their pricing on the app and I could purchase there.

I love this place. Every class I've been to and every instructor I've had has been wonderful. Very chill atmosphere and classes are challenging, but pretty much as challenging as you want them to be. This isn't a place where you need to be a beauty queen to feel comfortable, and that's part of why I like it.

The space is very clean and well maintained. Class sizes are small and there's good airflow and front desk security. My only gripes are the music is played very low and the instructors don't seem to have control of the playlists. I just wish the classes and instructors were a bit more high energy.

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. They are brand new as of the end of June 2020. The enthusiasm and friendliness from both the owner and the staff cannot be beat, but not in an intimidating way at all. It's all so very welcoming.
The classes have been great and they are still observing social distancing and the studio is immaculately clean. I feel very comfortable there. I'm beyond thrilled that there is a studio close by that is absolutely amazing!
