Working with Kate at Core Progression has literally changed my life. I've been training with her twice/week for about three and a half months now. I've lost some weight, increased muscle mass, and decreased body fat percentage, but most importantly I've developed a healthier lifestyle around diet and exercise and increased my confidence and energy levels dramatically. Kate customizes her approach to fit what each client needs to motivate them. I can’t say enough good things about Kate at Core Progression. She’s an amazing coach who has truly helped me through one of the toughest seasons of my fitness journey. I’m currently going through a lot of physical changes, including hormonal shifts and lingering injuries from last year. Kate is an amazing trainer. She always brings a great attitude and is very motivating. She is very encouraging and brings humor when you bring an attitude and think you can’t do it :) She is also flexible when you need to change a session. I’ve been training three times a week with OT since November and it’s be excellent. OT eased me back into strength training at an adequately challenging pace and continues to challenge me with each new week.

OT has also been very supportive and flexible with scheduling over the holidays and travel for work to ensure I stay engaged and progressing to a better version of me.

Starting out, I was worried I’d be intimidated to workout with a trainer but Core is not the place to be intimidated. Relocated to this part of town and knew I needed the accountability of a trainer. Found this place on the internet and checked it out w/o knowing anyone who had tried it. I was paired up with Gabriela and we started training in November. This experience has been far more than just accountability and I can actually see and feel the progress I’ve made. Gabi is always prepared with a plan for our session, tracks the weights and my progress, seeks to add in new exercises (never boring!), pays attention to form, and has been a true pleasure to work with! Because of my enrollment at Core Progression, I am stronger, more flexible, miss working out if I have to skip a session, have lost over 10 lbs, drink much more water, and can fit into clothes that were previously too uncomfortable to wear. As someone in health care, I was tired of feeling like a hypocrite - recommending exercise to everyone else. I highly recommend Gabi and this wonderful studio- results guaranteed!

UPDATE(Aug,2024): since my prior trainer relocated I have been working with OT. He is an outstanding trainer and human: he keeps the workouts interesting and varied, provides expert modification suggestions, is always upbeat, and prepared. I have never worked with a trainer who is as

DiNell is an excellent personal trainer. He pushes you to be the best you can be. He will lighten up if you need it for injury or fitness level, but if you want him to bring it he will. He keeps it fun while still getting a great work out. He is able to adjust quickly when he sees the weight or exercise might be too little or too much and is always positive.

I really enjoy working out at Core Progression. I like that the place is small. It’s never crowded. I’m training with DiNell who is awesome. He moves the workout along at a good pace and I particularly appreciate how closely he watches that I have good form when working out, to avoid injuries by doing the exercises wrong. Great place!

Awesome experience. I’ve been trying to lose weight and gain muscle on my own for a very long time, with limited success. After joining Core Progression, I am seeing the results I’ve been chasing. I’m also getting insights into metrics other than just dropping weight (muscle mass, body fat %, increasing reps, etc.). Bottom line, I’m feeling great and seeing results! Jordan and the trainers are are friendly and helpful, and make it enjoyable to put in the work.

I'm pretty picky, and can say that Core Progression is great! It's seriously become the favorite part of my week. Jackson and Jeff really know what they are doing. They are very skilled, kind and motivating. They can come up with 5 different ways to do the same exercise. Jackson has helped me recover from major hip surgery- we took it slow at first and he was super respectful of my fears and limitations. We are now working out harder, and lifting heavier, and it feels great! I am a chiropractor, and very concerned with proper biomechanics and injury prevention. I have always felt safe, yet challenged while working out. Plus, they are just fun to be around and the gym is clean and modern. Definitely recommend Core Progression!

The facility is nice and the trainers were decent. The problem is one person met with me to sign me up and it was great. As soon as I signed uo he put me with a different trainer. All was well except the times I specifically mentioned I wanted to schedule were not available most of the time and it was hard to get on a schedule when they keep switching trainers and managers. Now I'm fighting to get them to stop taking my money even though I haven't trained there in months. Be careful.

We just did the free first Saturday HIIT workout with Coach Tripp. He was excellent. He created a great program, super motivating, helped tailor the movements to our needs, and gave really approachable instruction for alignment. We’ll definitely be back. The concept of Core Progression is perfectly suited to tailoring a program to our individual genetics and fitness goals.

My 17 yr old son and I have been working out with Bret all summer. He is very knowledgeable, positive and uplifting. The facility and equipment are perfect, parking is easy.

We both saw results after a few weeks of (twice weekly) sessions. You can't go wrong with this place if you are looking for a personal training program.
