Megβs class was the absolute best! Her music selection and workout flow were perfectly synchronized. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into her routines. Meg created an atmosphere that was both motivating and fun. I left feeling energized, strong, and already looking forward to the next one!! I truly hope she gets more weekend availabilityβher classes are a must!

Iβve been a loyal CorePower Yoga member at Cherry Creek for years, but sadly, the studio has been going downhill lately. One of the biggest frustrations is the constant use of substitute instructors. Itβs hard to build consistency in practice when the teaching style and energy vary so much from class to class.
Additionally, the environment has become increasingly distracting. Loud conversations and voices outside Studio One during sessions make it difficult to stay focused and grounded. Itβs disappointing that this hasnβt been addressed, especially in a space meant for mindfulness and calm.
Cleanliness is another issue. The studio used to feel fresh and well-maintained, but now the baseboards and corners are visibly dirty, which makes the whole space feel neglected.
I truly hope CorePower Cherry Creek takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements. This used to be a place I looked forward to coming to, but lately, itβs felt more like a chore than a sanctuary.

I've been attending classes at CorePower Yoga Cherry Creek and want to share a few thoughts. The instructors here are truly fantastic β knowledgeable, motivating, and consistently bring great energy to every class. They make the experience enjoyable and are the main reason I keep coming back.
However, the studio itself could use some attention. The cleanliness is below what Iβd expect from a wellness space β floors, bathrooms, and common areas often feel neglected. Itβs disappointing, especially considering the premium pricing.
Additionally, my interactions with the manager have been less than professional.
Overall, I love the classes and the instructors, but I hope the studio improves its cleanliness and management approach to match the quality of its teaching staff.

CorePower Yoga in Cherry Creek is absolutely fantastic! The sculpt classes are a highlight, thanks to the amazing instructors like Nicole, Brittany, and Jessica. Each of them brings their own unique energy and expertise, making every class a joy to attend. I especially love Jessicaβs classes; her upbeat and kind spirit fills my heart with joy and keeps me motivated throughout the session.
I also appreciate the addition of wipes to clean the equipmentβit's a thoughtful touch that shows they care about our health and hygiene. If you're looking for a welcoming environment with incredible instructors, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

This is the closest studio to my home so I come here often out of convenience. But while I am a CorePower fan and love many of the teachers and classes here, this studio has some issues. First, itβs never that clean. In particular, the weights and blocks areβ¦ gross. I think they rely on students to thoroughly wipe down those items and that definitely does not happen. CorePower promises βclean, sanitized weightsβ for sculpt and this studio does NOT provide that. Iβve encountered disgusting smelly weights more than once. Second, sometimes the classes are overcrowded. To the point where it is at worse dangerous (sculpt, people are swinging weights right by someoneβs head) or just uncomfortable and I canβt wait to leave. A few weeks ago of the teachers casually mentioned to me after I asked what times might offer less busy classes that many classes are booked over capacity. That provides a poor experience for everyone to what, make more money? Not ideal. I now go out of my way to attend classes that are at less popular times to avoid at least the crowding issue, or if I possibly can, visit a different studio. I hope these issues can be addressed. The dirty props, at least. Other studios in the area do not have this issue.

First time at this location. I took a sculpt class with Morgan and she was awesome. My only qualms were the locker room/amenities. I live in Golden and work in Cherry Creek, so I had planned on showering after class and getting ready for my second half of the workday at the studio. Two of the four showers were out of order, and my shower did not have hot water. Also, there is only one older type of hairdryerβ¦ Will be back for a class, but probably wonβt plan on getting ready here.

The classes are good but all crazy overbooked to the point it felt unsafe. The studio was jammed with less than a foot between mats. 12 people in 3 rows = 36 people plus an instructor working out with weights was probably the worst exercise experience Iβve ever had.

I was hesitant to join a corporate yoga studio but the convenience won. I can attend a number of classes at a number of studios with parking available. I love yoga and want independent yoga studios to thrive. Because I love yoga I want to go regularly and afford it, sweat with the heat, and be able to shower. Iβm not sure what the win-win is for local studios but want to stay open to supporting local. For now, with my lifestyle I appreciate CPY.

Two studios - one is larger, brighter and better than the other. Haven't been in a class with less than 6 students at this location. Parking is limited in the lot, some street is available but watch for street cleaning on Tuesdays in the fall/spring/summer. Appreciate the variety of class offerings and the spotlight on local artists in the studio decor.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS BUSINESS. They lure you in with a free 2 week trial, but the fine print says you will be charged $149 a month thereafter. The problem is you canβt get a hold of anyone to cancel. And when you do call the number itβs a one hour wait. Who has that much time?!? Save yourself the frustration and find a local Mom and Pop shop. This is the most costly and frustrating experience!!!

I was considering becoming a prema member and tried out YP CC. The first class I checked out was led by Marina & I was sooo pleased ~I joined! Her class is challenging and her guidance exemplary!
For hot fans-the room that hot is held in is quite large, & I love how hot and humid it gets (hotter & more humid than most studios & Iβm a black tag member at CorePower & a Prema member at Yoga Pod so I go to a variety of different studios). The womenβs dressing room is spacious & always clean. Maggie, the manager is fabulous! Great studio vibe (staff & fellow yogi practitioners), & a welcoming environment (Feng Shui is really working here). There are quite a few times/classes to choose from~including later evening classes~that accommodate most schedules.
Good to know; they have hairdryers, complimentary toiletries such as Q-tips, feminine products, and of course, shampoo conditioner, and body wash that actually smells really good!
I would definitely recommend!

They have added more classes and for yearly members a number of great benefits (free towels) that make it better than ever. I really feel as though I should be rating at 3 stars, but I believe that with a little tweaking here and there, I would be happier with this studio.
Pros - the studio is beautiful and centrally located (especially if you live in the CC area as I do).
Cons - (1) The lower studio gets HOT as all get out, and this really frustrates me because I am one of those people who hates hot yoga - it is just not my thing. Having said that, even in non-hot regular Pod Flow classes, I am dripping in sweat the entire time and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. If it were a hot class, that is normal, but if you offer non-hot regular pod classes, it should not feel like a hot yoga class! Its pretty frustrating as a paying customer to come to a regular class and be sweating my bum off, feeling like I signed up for a straight up hot yoga class. In the grand scheme of things, this may not seem like the biggest issue, but when you are competing for business with at least 10 other studios in the Cherry Creek area and your monthly rate is high, these small things matter. This is one of those small things that would keep me from coming back.
(2) There is a ridiculously efficient sound channeling dynamic between the front desk and the lower studio and the locker rooms. I often can hear every word the people at the front desk are saying, I can hear when someone turns on water to wash their hands, I can hear when someone is using the hand dryer, etc. This is especially frustrating when you are in Shavasana at the end of the class, or in a Yin or Vin/Yin class at the end of the night. I understand it is hard to fix with the plumbing and appliances in the locker rooms, but people at the front desk really, really need to be aware of their noise levels when classes are in session. This could also be fixed by having instructors not turn off the music near the end of class as they often do (which is weird, every other studio I have been to will keep the music running, even on low until the end of class)
(3) This is something I am sure everyone runs into with every studio, but the instructors for me are so hit and miss (mostly a miss). On that note, I do have to mention that Rob Loud is an amazing instructor. I have been practicing for a good couple years now and Rob is seriously among the best. I don't think there would have been anything that drew me to come back after my first class if it weren't for the fact that I took his class on my first visit there.
Overall, this place isn't bad by any means. YogaPod Cherry Creek has a lot of good things going for it, but for the price of a monthly membership, I might as well go down the street to PuraVida who charges a similar rate with the added benefit of the amenities and gym.

Really wonderful teachers, a clean and vibrant studio, and a good range of different practices. I have been coming here steadily for 2 or 3 months, and I have def experienced a change in my health, outlook and general well being. I really recommend Lindsay Gonzalez, Rob Loud, and Keith Allen, but I like all the teachers there really, and everyone has different preferences and needs when they come to the mat. I would love to check out their LoDo and Boulder location sometime too.
My only wish is that they would offer a few more meditation focused classes, as most classes are very physically driven with not as much focus on spirit/mindfulness. The yin classes are the closest thing to what I'd be looking for.

I love Yoga Pod! I am so glad it opened up, and it is right by my house! I try to get a few classes in a week and it has made my life better in so many ways. I love the atmosphere at Yoga Pod. The teachers are all so nice and make an effort to get to know your name when you come to class. They help you perfect your pose when you are struggling or learning a new pose, which I love! Also, the people who come to class here all seem to be here to better themselves and I've never got a feeling of competition. Since coming to yoga here I have gained patience, respect for my body, improved my meditative practice, have become stronger and more flexible, and have become happier!
This place has a variety of classes. I have been to other studios before and done Hot yoga and Vinyasa, but Yoga Pod offers HotVin fusion, which is a mix of hot and vinyasa and I love that class. They also have Forrest yoga which I had never heard of until coming to Yoga Pod, but its a cool class. Classes are offered at times that are convenient for just about anyone's schedule and there are classes for all levels. I like to go in the early evening. One time when I couldn't sleep, I was miserably lying in bed at 5am and ended up coming to a 6am vinyasa to relieve some stress. It was awesome.
I love that in any class, I can go at my own pace but also push myself. The instructors often say at the beginning to "pay attention to what your body needs" and that its okay to take child's pose or rest if things are getting intense. At the same time though, teachers encourage students to try their best. I have been to a few other studios before I joined Yoga Pod and have never felt more comfortable!
The studio design of the whole place is awesome too. It is clean-something I notice as a clean freak haha. The lobby is super welcoming and the yoga studios are simple but tastefully designed with big windows that let in lots of natural light. I really love the bathrooms too. At places where I worked out before, I always avoided the bathrooms, but here the bathrooms are so nice. There are necessities available to customers in the bathroom such as lotion, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair ties, blow dryers, curling iron, straightener, spray deodorant, make up removing wipes, tampons and mouth wash. I love that if I want to, I can come with a change of clothes for after class, take a shower, get ready and go somewhere else.
Also, Yoga Pod is opening up a location downtown on 20th and Lawrence soon. I am a student at Auraria Campus so I'm really excited that I will have the option to go to Cherry Creek or the downtown studio depending on where I am!

Sure the instructors are top notch and the schedule has a lot of class offerings, but I also like how the lobby is welcoming and I don't feel like I'm rushed after class. And if I arrive early I can hang out on the couches by the fireplace. Okay, the fireplace might have been overkill but you won't hear me complaining!
Find a teacher you like and check this place out. I've been into the classes of Shannon Paige, Stephen Uvalle and Rob Loud and my girlfriend really likes Caitlin Kenney's classes but truly all are excellent.

I bought a one month living social here. I was hoping to take some relaxing yoga in a warm room without judgement on my way home from work. What I got was more in line with a boot camp where they treat you like children. I have taken hot yoga before around 100 degrees, it's intense. I heard one of the instructors say this room is at 112 degrees. I had several bad experiences there. For example, I took a sip of water I guess "too early" in the class and was singled out by the teacher, in front of everyone when she said "hey you, there's a scheduled water break coming in 10 minutes". Being thirsty and embrassed I ventured on. The next time I sent in, I drank a lot of water in anticipation for being scolded like a child for drinking too early so half way through I had to use the bathroom. I left the room and the instructor ran after me in the bathroom saying "HEY! are you okay? you can ONLY leave the room if its an emergency." we returned to class and everyone was looking at me. The last incident that got to me was during one of the 10 minute long breathing exercises I started looking out the window and the instructor stopped class and made me move my mat away from the window so I wasn't so "distracted"
All in all it was a terrible experience. The kicker too is that every single class went through the EXACT same flow. After a few classes I had it memorized. You might be asking why I went back enough times to have such bad experiences and the answer is plain and simple- I am cheap and wanted to get my money's worth. I definitely got my money's worth of funny stories though as my husband says "you know, before they sell a mass Living Social to the public, they should really put a disclaimer saying they treat you like children because they are jerks"
