Really enjoy all classes here, especially sculpt and C2! If you are in the area don’t hesitate to take a class, teachers are kind & friendly.

I have a really low heat threshold so I was unsure of how I’d respond to trying their Yoga Sculpt classes, but I was very pleasantly surprised on several counts.
First, the atmosphere is SO positive, from instructor to student. Instead of the usual elitist or aloof attitudes I’ve seen at gyms, the folks at CPY are super friendly and encouraging. There’s no judgement at all and they understand if I overheat and have to pop out to the lobby to cool off for a minute. And my body has adjusted to the heat in time and it’s no longer a big deal. It’s so good for us physically to work out in a warm atmosphere, too. And I see students of all ages here, which is encouraging.
Second, there is no denying that it’s a PHENOMENAL workout. I had not experienced a workout like this since my ballet days 35 years ago. I work up an unprecedented sweat in these classes and the combo of yoga + weights is very effective. I started to lose weight after regularly taking Yoga Sculpt classes and I love the different styles of all of the instructors. Ruthie pushes us in a way that inspires us and surpasses what we thought we could do. And her form is flawless, so she helps me with mine to improve each week. Robbie’s style is a contagious energy and excitement that gets us pumped up and makes us want to cheer! I was sore for three days after his first class - lol. I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors I’ve experienced there and the music is also fantastic.
So I’m hooked on these classes for all of the many physical and mental health benefits they provide. I highly recommend!

Just wanted to share a situation that happened here today. I had just returned to corepower — I was a very active member pre-covid and used to LOVE their yoga. I found though over the years their sequences basically stayed the same and there was no creativity offered or really even allowed in the practice. Today on just my second practice back I had my phone in class. My phone was completely silent— nor was I recording. I work remote, and there are instances where I may have to leave class due to needing to respond to urgent work. Now, I completely understand a no phone policy and had the instructor simply notified me after class and politely —“hey, I noticed that you had your phone in class, for next time if you wouldn’t mind leaving it out that would be great!” Instead, she very rudely in class asked me to put it away (which I did), then proceeded to go on with her final words in FRONT of the whole class about how this was a “sacred” space free of electronics and Cell phones. Clearly, overemphasizing cell phones. It felt very unnecessary, unprofessional, and frankly just rude for my only my second time back in here and not knowing their cell phone rules. Last time I was practicing here they had people in class recording their whole practice. And, honestly for anyone who has practiced yoga anywhere else, to refer to this corporate, lululemon-ification version of yoga as “sacred” is laughable. It’s a great workout, and a good challenge but if you’re looking for true yoga principals, core power is not it.

Ruby and Ruthie could show more compassion especially in an environment where peace and calm is a welcomed experienced. They were not only rude and aggressive, but completely misunderstood the situation and refused to let the Corepower Customer Service phone line rectify the situation.

Corepower is a great workout, plus a great mindfulness practice. I love it! It's pretty expensive, but you can trade cleaning a studio for yoga!

I love this CorePower location! Mary Katherine, Loretta, and Lexi are all wonderful instructors. They each have something unique to offer. Mary Katherine does a wonderful job making her classes inclusive for all and gives form queues that have helped me improve my practice. Loretta has a calm, fun energy and her classes are always unique and challenging (I love the Prince classics during core!). Lexi is super zen, putting you in a meditative movement mindset from the first flow. My only wish about CorePower is that there were more opportunities to get to know other members as the studio is silent (which is lovely in many regards!)

Great instructors, love the class options and times. The studio is large. I get over heated easily so some classes are harder due to the heat for me personally. I am thankful for the teachers and the positive vibe and message you leave with. Some instructors help you with your form which I appreciate. Very thankful for the lemon lavender cold wash clothes at the end of the class. Wide variety of weight options. Room for improvement on floor cleanliness at times, but overall great studio.

I've been going to this location for years and absolutely love it. It's welcoming, clean, and the studio is large enough that it's rarely completely packed. All of the instructors are amazing but Sydnie is my favorite. Her classes are always changing and always creative!

I signed up for the team unlimited classes for one dollar. I had to do it online, they would not do it in person. I had to put my credit card in our system in order to take the class I’m gonna charge for the one dollar. I did not realize, nor was it explained to me, that I would be Automatically charge for a one month membership if I did not cancel online after that two week period. I am a fitness coach at Orangetheory fitness, and I had no intention of joining, I just wanted to check it out their classes to see what type of the classes were like. I am currently trying to get two months of membership chargers refunded. No one answers the phone, and if they do not have classes, their doors are locked and no one can help me with customer service questions or concerns. I left 3 voice messages and no one has called me back. Very bad customer service.

Wonderful yoga teachers and all welcoming atmosphere. The classes are more about how your body is feeling and less about getting a sweaty work out, although depending on the teacher that happens too. The other day, there was some technical issues with their system and accessing my membership. The staff was so wonderful letting me participate in the class without a full check-in. They were able to email me the next day to let me know they were able to get things fixed. I really appreciate how this was resolved. Highly recommend this studio!

I have been practicing yoga for 8 years and teaching yoga for 4 years in the Denver area. I have been to many studios around Colorado and I have to say that this one is very welcoming. The first day I walked in, I told the person at the front desk that the studio I was attending regularly had closed due to covid and I was looking for a new home. She looked at me and said "welcome home." Since then, I have been delighted every time I walk in the door with talented teachers and a warm, clean, safe space to practice.

I had no idea they would not refund classes. I purchased a package and immediately realized there was a place closer to me with a better class that I preferred. The policy of not refunding classes in advance is bad business. I did not receive a phone call or email after numerous attempts to get an answer. If you're going to have a strict policy at least have the guts to make a phone call. Go elsewhere.
