CorePower Louisville is amazing. It’s a great community of supportive folks who care about their physical and mental health. I’ve been taking sculpt classes there for 10 years and it’s still an awesome full body workout every time. All of the instructors bring their own style but my favorite is Cat. She’s energetic, funny, and throws down a new challenging sequence every week to keep it interesting.

Naomi has changed my life for the better! She is one of the strongest, the fiercest, the sincerest, and SO full of knowledge who is constantly challenging me and adapting me all at the same time. I am stronger mentally and physically all because of her! I love CPY and recommend this studio if you care enough to make yourself better! Leave your ego at the door and grow as a human!

"Where we learn and grow" is a genuinely inspiring phrase highlighting the importance of constantly expanding our knowledge and improving ourselves. It reminds us that every experience, every challenge, and every opportunity is a chance to learn and become a better version of ourselves.
While I don't teach here consistently anymore, it will always be a home for me.
New to Yoga? Go in with an open mind. Give yourself time and be patient with your body and the teachers. There are many types of Asana and CPY is heated so do what is best for you.
What is best for most of us starts with the breath. You got this!

Highly Recommend:
Naomi: Sculpt
Lauryn: HOT
Heidi B: C2, HOT, Sculpt, YIN
Nicole: YIN
Cat :) : C2

Naomi is the best sculpt teacher I've been to since being a member back in 2019.

5:45am would not be complete without
Heidi :Mon (sculpt) & Tues (C2)
Maura: Weds (sculpt)
Mark: Friday (C2)
(Honorable mentions to the subs who have pitched in to help take care of their team. Nancy, Jamie and Nicole.)
The morning crew at this place is great. I'm about 220 classes deep, according to the tracker in the core power app. Since I started coming I have never felt better about myself. The instructors listed above not only care about the body and breath but also the mind and setting intentions. Deeply grateful for all that they do for me! If you aren't sure where to begin a journey to better health or where to find a healthy body image...start here. Cheers neighbors & namaste!

Maybe I'm alone here but I find yoga to be unbearable when the room temp is over 75. Ended up walking out the last time after playing slip and slide on my mat for 15 minutes.

Sasha was wonderful. Very beautiful studio, too. I like that the lockers have code locks.

It is very sad to see that CPY is now discriminating against those that choose to not get VAX'd or are recommended by their medical professionals to not get it. I have been a member for years and I am very broken up over this. This is discrimination and segregation. I strongly feel my basic human rights are being violated. This is most certainly undeniably unconstitutional. I will be ending my membership.

Core Power Yoga in Louisville is absolutely the best workout with many choices of classes. All of the instructors are very committed and provide challenging classes.

$24 a class? $200 for 10?! The only good deal is the 20 class session which comes to $15 a class. I love hot yoga but the walk in class prices are nuts. Also there are very few classes available in the evenings and mornings.

This place is simply outstanding! The staff, the facilities, the workout and the results are undeniable! I'm a runner who likes to add in exercises that compliment my sport. CorePower workouts not only compliment running, but has helped me to improve. I love Mark's and Jill's classes! They are both so fun and I'm always smiling when I leave the classes! Can't wait to become familiar with the rest of the teachers.

Nice classes but I wish the C1 was offered more regularly. It's only currently at lunchtime or very late at night.

Newer location. Clean, spacious with 2 separate studios. Like that they have digital locks for their lockers. Lots of classes to choose from.

I just returned to yoga after a 10 year hiatus, and the folks at the Louisville Studio (and frankly the entire Core Power organization regardless of the studio) have been incredibly welcoming, friendly, patient – and very encouraging.

They also seem to do very well with the hard core yogis, not just neophytes like myself, and the sheer variety and abundance of options has me coming back. I'm hooked and try to go at least 5x/week.

Great instructors and Louisville is a beautiful, new facility. Really well-run.
