Kevin is by far the best trainer. I worked out with him for years, until I moved to Florida. I really miss my workouts with him. He is patient and understands his clients. He always encouraged me I could just do a little more without over doing it. I saw my weight dropping, my muscles getting stronger and my endurance increasing. And the best thing, he never made me do burpees. Those were forbidden. Kevin and I had many laughs while working out. It was always fun. Kevin and his family became my friends. He is not only a great trainer, but a great person, a great friend and a great family man. He truly cares about people.

I went to Kevin after tearing my Achilles tendon and was not being good about doing physical therapy. With his training knowledge he was able to slowly and safely get me back in shape as well as approved my overall fitness, strength and flexibility....he's great at explaining the the details and strategies behind everything. He is also a great conversationalist which also made me look forward to sessions with him. Highly recommend

I am a high school wrestling coach and have consulted with Kevin for years. He does an excellent job of creating detailed meal plans as well as workout routines for wrestlers. He has worked with me on lightweights as well as heavier weights. His plans create a way for wrestlers to perform at their peak!
Not only does he create the plan but he is constantly checking in to see how the athletes are doing and if there tweaks that need to be made!

I have been training with Kevin for years, and have lost a total of 40 pounds over that time. Kevin’s training knowledge is extremely deep, and he keeps current on the latest training science. He is adept at separating training fact from training fad. I appreciate that his training program is not the same routine over and over. Kevin mixes up the workouts to keep things interesting. When I noted that I felt my endurance was lagging, he added bike and jump rope exercises that have really helped. Kevin is low key, but he gets positive results unlike any other trainer I have had. (He also has excellent taste in country western music.)
