BEWARE. I am still not very pleased that the majority of effort to create a means for refunding the charges had to come from me. For instance, after posting this review I was immediately met with a email as a formal apology but…. I was notified in the email that I would still have to go through my bank to dispute the charges and that their (Critical Fitness) system did not support refunding after the charges post. The same day I got the email, I spoke with a banking rep. and 6months of charges were disputed after 20 or 30min of trying to explain the type of dispute. Today, in just a week or so worth of time this was settled in favor of a full refund. Keep in mind that the dispute could have taken up to 45days for the bank to investigate the claim. If time is money then, 💸.

Do not trust them! This business has taken advantage of me and continues to charge my account even tho we have moved to a new state and cancelled our membership in August 2024. They continue to charge us after repeated phone calls, and repeated promises from them that they will stop charging and refund us our money. That phone call happened in December and they keep charging blaming it on an “automatic” computer error. It’s to the point that I fully believe that they are taking our money on purpose despite having cancelled over 6 months ago! They don’t return phone calls, they don’t keep their promises with refunds.

Another week has passed and no refund has been received from the owners for the money they are aware they erroneously pulled from my boyfriend’s bank account for four months. I fail to understand why the error was acknowledged, and a refund was promised and yet he has been waiting for you to return what you owe since January.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Like many others beware with their membership transactions. Canceled my membership and still charged me waiting for a refund that will never come. Quarter of their machines dont work and workout space is tiny way over charged much better gyms around for the money.

And to your reply i emailed back. With proof of no refund. Again not about the refund, just saving others trouble.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON/BUSINESS DOES NOT MAKE RIGHT A WRONG TO A PAYING COSTUMER?
DO NOT give Jessica or this gym your debit card. DO NOT do business with Jessica. I joined the gym for a week last fall while I was on vacation. They swiped money from my checking account once a week for 4 months before I was able to catch it. I contacted Jessica and she admitted to the mistake, accidents happen, and promised to return my money. My bank was only able to retrieve 60 days of the 140 days of fraud. Jessica promised me time and time again that she would reimburse me of my money "out her own pocket." Jessica is a great talker, very professional, and cordial. May I say also add "passive aggressive/manipulator", as she likes to twist the story and play the victim. Unfortunately Jessicas professional talk has not refunded the $250 that she ,at this point, has stolen from me.
I was kind and patient in the beginning and it got me nowhere. Jessica and Critical Fitness are easy to contact when it's convenient for them. Contacting them otherwise is impossible. Its going on 2 months now, and Jessica still will not sit down and write me check for $250 of money that belongs to me.
Jessica will counter this review and say that she did everything she could do to work with me, she will claim that my bank refused to file a fraud case.thats a lie as my bank was able to get the maximum 60 days worth of money back. She will claim i became threatening, warning her of court action and social media reviews. These are not threats , they are simply the next steps. Jessica is a liar and a manipulator, I have saved the entire text message exchange between her and I for proof.
Jessica is a business owner, a mother, a trainer, a bodybuilder, she is training for a compition at the moment. The cost of the special diet she is consuming, the money spent on supplements is not cheap. Why can't Jessica give me back the money she took from me 2 months ago? Lead by example Jessica and Critical Fitness.

Was not open on a Monday between 7-8 am. Purchased a one-day pass for a morning workout and all doors locked and no answer when knocked. Called number on sign no response. Had short window for a workout now day pass wasted. Might need to change hours if not open 24/7.

Great gym, they have everything you need to be really aggressive or lightweight in your work out. Machines I’ve never seen before. The only downside is that it’s a bit congested in its set up. Other than that, great gym, I’d return.

Amazing experience the SECOND I walked in the door. Nabor, one of the personal trainers was instantly helpful and super friendly with me. Showed me around the gym and what it had to offer. Incredible service incredible people very awesome at wat they do dedicated very hard working ppl!!
