I never thought in a million years that I could have muscles! Iām chubby and spent a year focused on HIIT and Tabata workouts with no gains. Three months in with Cristian and Sue Ella Iām seeing amazing results that others can see too!!! Do yourself a favor - sign up and show up!

This is my first time doing Kickboxing I love it as a beginner trying to get into shape. It also offers challenges for those more advanced as well so I'm planning on sticking with it.

I love coming to this gym! I started with these coaches when they worked at KickHouse on Quebec and I am happy to support them now that they are working at their own gym here in Colfax! A nice upgrade too with a spacious parking lot in the back. Highly recommend requesting a class and trying it out!

I'm thrilled to share my enthusiasm for this amazing kickboxing venue! It has become my go-to workout, and I just can't get enough of it. The intensity of the training is undoubtedly challenging, but the incredible fun and sense of community among fellow enthusiasts make it all feel like a breeze. I highly recommend giving it a try ā this place has truly become my fitness haven! ā¤

If you're looking for a safe and fun environment to start your fitness journey, this is the place to go. Even before they were DKF, the owners have been amazing coaches for years at a different kickboxing gym before it closed down. They're very attentive to their members' goals and make sure everyone feels comfortable about getting fit or learn something new. They're really incredible people who care a lot for their community, and I hope they continue to grow. It's also really great to see a gym that embraces nerd culture, throw game nights, and they've spoken about themed workouts to keep things fun and fresh. On top of that, they run 6 week challenges and other fun competitions to help you meet YOUR fitness goals.
TL:DR Checklist of things this gym offers:
-Safe and comfortable environment to work out
-Coaches with years of experience under their belt
-A community not just a gym, filled with very supportive members
-6 week challenge memberships that include: Nutrition seminar, guided coaching, unlimited membership (go to the gym as often as you want)
-Embraced nerd culture, and therefore hosts game nights and possible themed workouts
If any of this sounds like something you look for in a gym, I would recommend at least taking the first class (which is usually free š ).
