I recently started working with Patrick and he has been a huge help in getting me back to my fitness routine. I used to be really fit a few years back but ended up loosing my motivation when I lost sight of my goal. But when I started working with Patrick, he got be back on my feet and started up my gym passion again! I told him I had a dream of building up to at least 200 LBS and he told be that it didn't need to be a dream and it can be reality. Soon after he had me working my butt off. DreamFit has been the #1 driving force in making arguably the most significant lifestyle change I’ve ever made. I’m five weeks in and already see incredible changes in my weight (a WHOLE pants size down), strength, and daily energy. The workouts are always different which keeps me engaged. I signed up with Pat in August of this year. He is a fantastic trainer, and I highly recommend him. I signed up with Pat because I put on unwanted weight for the past 2-3 years. I have young kids, recently started a business, and have an issue with my foot, which has limited my ability to exercise. Pat has tailored a plan that has worked for me, and I have seen great results. He's worked with me on my nutrition and helped me make better choices by suggesting healthy alternatives and holding me accountable via tracking my nutrition on his app. Our workouts have focused primarily on improving my cardio, which is what I need. His workouts are extremely challenging, which I enjoy as a former athlete. I have had several foot issues during the period of our training. During my acute foot issues, Pat adjusted the workouts so that I could continue to work out while staying off my foot and allowing it to recover.

I have seen great results with Pat. I plan to continue to train with him. He is a great trainer and and good guy. If you work hard and follow his plan, Pat will get you great results. I highly recommend him.

I am a nearing 40 mom who used to prioritize my health but kind of lost my way after having a baby. For someone who has struggled to take their physical goals to the next level in the past, I had some anxiety related to taking that jump with someone who working out and eating right likely come second nature to.

There is a VERY difficult balance to strike between motivating someone, pushing them the right amount, and being friendly yet honest, all the while introducing new concepts and goals at a rate that isn't overwhelming.

Patrick has met and exceeded all my expectations for what I would look for in a personal trainer. I have learned how to take my goals better into my own hands, learned how important nutrition is to achieve my goals, and had an advocate keep me accountable all the while.

I personally opted to see Patrick in person once a week and follow along via the exercises he provides in an app the rest of the week. For those who maybe need a little more/less personal accountability, he has plans to meet your needs, and I'm sure you too will also be able to reach your goals.

I first started looking for a personal trainer after I had a kidney transplant and Pat was the first person I contacted. I wasn’t happy with the shape I was in after dialysis and my transplant. After a great consultation call we got started about 5 weeks ago and it’s been great. He took things at a pace that pushed me, but we never over did it. I’m a horse back rider and I’m finally back in the saddle again and I am seeing changes in my body, my clothes are fitting again, and I have lost many inches and 12 lbs so far. He changes up workouts constantly so I am never bored and I look forward to each workout and feel great after! I would 10/10 recommended working with Pat if you want to achieve your goals. Patrick is great! I have some chronic back problems and he is mindful of that while still making sure I don't give up. It is so easy for me to get discouraged because of my back pain and what I think I cannot do, but Patrick always reminds me to keep going and is a great motivator. He answers all my questions about fitness and food and makes sure I understand why certain foods are better or why a certain work out is more effective. He also checks in on me on days we aren't meeting to discuss goals or changes to the workout plan. Lastly he keeps the vibe fun and light, but I still feel really challenged to do the most I can every time we meet!

Feeling used and fooled by my former personal trainer Pat. He is keeping money paid for private sessions, but not scheduling the sessions paid for or giving me a refund!
During the last two years most of my texts were ignored and when he did respond, he only did so after I had to reach out multiple times. Then he chooses very random amounts (one time it was $10), despite him sending me a payment plan in December stating it as "the only offer".
Me leaving this review today should not make ANY difference as he stated in a text two weeks ago (right after he blocked me everywhere) that DreamFit no longer exists, and he went bankrupt. Funny thing is that the reason I sent him the payment reminder is that I received a newsletter from his company celebrating three years successful business in July 2022, and that I see many very recent reviews online.
Long story short, I have never had to deal with a "business" like this.
I started off enjoying the actual training sessions and the fact that Fayetteville at that point did not offer a big variety of personal trainers, made me stay on for as long as I did. But the overall experience turned out to have been a shady and negative one for me. During my time there as a client he moved around to different gym locations and hired and then either fired or lost all trainers he had ever brought on to support him, who never seemed to stay longer than a month. In my opinion the most unprofessional behavior was always shown when he talked bad about his other clients to me, which then always led to asking myself if he does the same about me to others? To top it all off, not too long after I had joined I brought a friend of mine on as a client and he then privately made her a deal that she "was not allowed to tell" me about, which she had to promise him. He asked that of MY FRIEND! Someone I had brought on.
The overall experience I had with Pat and his business at that point unfortunately just left me wondering if I can't trust him with my money, can I actually really trust him with my health? I will look elsewhere to find a great gym and trainer. Somewhere professional where there is no behind your back gossip and a place I can trust with my money.

PS: He usually begs his "favorite" clients to leave a good review for him; I was approached several times as well.

I apologize for this novel, but I am sure he will comment and try to shift the blame. Fact is that after almost two years he still owes me money and it has been nothing but lies and unprofessional behavior along the way. I know that I will never see the rest of the money, but I learned the very important lesson to choose wisely who I trust with my money and especially with my health.

I started with DreamFit in March and I was welcomed in with open arms. I was nervous about fitting in and getting acquainted with everyone but as soon as I arrived everyone especially Pat was so kind. You tell them what you would like to work on and the private lessons are spot on. I can see the difference from when I first started and it’s only been a month. LOVE! Joining this gym has literally been the best decision I have made for my mental and physical health. I am a Fayetteville local so I’ve tried all sorts of gyms in town and this is by far the best. The minute I walked in for my consultation it was a warm welcoming not only from him but his client at the time. His whole team is amazing. They all offer something different which increases the variety of training you receive there. I’m only on my second week and I’m down 11 pounds. Every one (including other trainees) are extremely supportive and friendly. He’s not only a good coach but a good human. You can tell he is truly passionate about helping others in every aspect. I’ve been doing 1on1s along with group classes and I must admit I watch the clock everyday waiting for group classes. It’s so much fun plus I’ve made a few friends already. If you need a positive uplifting community then this is the place for you.... oh I must not forget that you shouldn’t worry if you have kids this gym is very family oriented. The kiddos can be right beside you working out.

Ive been training for 2-3 months and Ive gotten to a place where I didnt think that I could be at before in such a short time. To put it nice and simple: theyre both very friendly; have answered all my questions; flexible scheduling; push you to go past what you thought your limits were without realizing it and before you realize it, youve become stronger and faster, youve changed for the better mentally and physically. I remember calling Pat after reading his reviews on multiple websites about almost two months ago. During that phone call, he promised that he would get me fit for my run and other parts of the ACFT that I couldn't pass. Before I started going to this gym, I was barely passing my run on the APFT and if I was forced to take a record ACFT, I would've failed my run. However, in just a short time working with Pat, my run time has gone down tremendously. I have ran my best 2 mile run ever since I've been going to his gym. Overall, I have improved with my pt and other events that I thought I wasn't capable of doing. Seriously, I am the person who makes meticulous Excel spreadsheets of pros, cons, and specs before dedicating my time or money to anything, so you can trust me when I say Pat is THE.BEST. He is a fitness and nutrition EXPERT by every definition of the word. He has an awesome facility, but also provides exceptional virtual sessions if you prefer the comfort of your own home (or are forced to stay there by a government mandate). Like a lot of people out here, I was looking for a personal trainer to help me achieve my goals. I've tried NUMEROUS programs online and in the studio. I will be honest, I've had some great experiences along the way, but there's always been something lacking that I couldn't quite put my finger on. However, once I came across dream fit, I instantly knew what it was- Patrick knows how to provide guidance, and help you work through your goals and challenges. With Dreamfit, you don't feel like just another client who filled out a cookie-cutter worksheet only to get an average workout. I found this standard approach is the reason why I never committed to the process. And let's be honest, it's hard to stick with things that don't feel Personal. Hence the name personal trainer.
You can quickly tell that Patrick loves what he does and goes the extra mile to ensure you are part of the process. He WILL challenge you. We don't grow without resistance and change. He WILL make you feel like part of a team. HE WON'T sugar coat things or provide you with a mediocre experience. I'm thankful I found Dreamfit because they understand the Personal aspect of being a Personal Trainer.
If your not looking to make a change and don't want to feel like your part of a team, than Dreamfit probably isn't the place for you. But if you're going to see what you can accomplish and are ready to stop going in circles, then I will confidently tell you Dreamfit will get you where you want to be. To start off, this is going to be a little bit of a long review but I think it is needed and well deserved. I’ve been trying to figure out what to write in a review for DreamFit for a while now and I don’t think words can honestly do justice to how great full I am to have stumbled across them.

To put it simply, DreamFit has helped me get more than just the results I was looking for. Pat really cares about his clients and makes their goals his own. He is passionate about what he does and the people that he helps. He is a great trainer to have in your corner and he’ll push you through those mental blocks and doubts to help you achieve your greatness. Throughout our workouts, he has helped improve my form which has allowed me to lift more, prevent injury, and work on getting to that next level. His knowledge of lifting form, workout plans and nutrition are well worth it! He makes workouts challenging, unique and fun.

As far are my progress, he has pushed me towards my goals and I have been making the progress that I want and need. Not only can I see the progress when I look in the mirror, but I can feel it. It’s true functional muscle (not just Hollywood muscles). And one of the most exciting parts is that I am moving up in weights when I work out on my own! It’s very mentally rewarding. I have lost weight and gained good lean muscle mass. Since working out with him I have managed to get down to 21% body fat. My pushups feel better, I can actually do pull-ups, and my proudest moment was that I got down to a sub 8:00 min the other day and was still able to continue running!!! (My goal is 7:55 or faster) before I was running almost a 9 min mile. Over all I feel and look great! I get excited to check myself out in the mirror now because I can see the difference and I’m proud of what I see. I honestly thought about my “when I was in my best shape” time and thought that was in the past. Now, after only two months of working out with him, I can honestly say that my “I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been” time is now and with Pats help, still coming!

I wanted to throw in a little personal note that you’ll learn and appreciate after working out with Pat. He has these little motivational catch phrases, for me it’s specifically the way he says “let’s go Miss ‘insert name’” that he says in this ‘I know you got more in you’ tone. At first I was frustrated like dude I’m sucking here this is what you get. But now I even hear him say it in my head when I’m elsewhere and I’m at those reps that really count, the ones you have to truly fight for and will get you to that next level. I say that to get the point across that he knows I have more to give and believes in me more than I believe in myself and it’s helped me believe in myself more. He’s really helped me get passed those mental road blocks and really dig down to get aggressive and get to that next level. And this isn’t just a change or a feeling I get during our sessions, it’s truly a change in me and how I see myself. Like I said to start off with I am very great full for the opportunity to truly grow physically and mentally through our workouts.
