Great coaches and very competitive for those who compete, yet a lot of fun for those who wanna do it recreational! Location can be discouraging but I understand the difficulty of finding a nice facility in Denver

We are so happy we found DSG! My daughter has progressed and learned more in the four months she’s been at DSG than she did in two years at the Rock. The staff is kind, attentive, professional and very skilled. DSG is a beautiful community and we are thrilled to be a part of it.

I have called a few times and sent a online request to get my daughter enrolled in a trial class. I talked to someone at the gym and they said they are not enrolling until beginning of June and that someone would call back. It is already end of June and I have yet to hear from anyone.

If I could give DSG 10 stars I would!! This is a family owned and operated business that has been in our community for 40+ years. They understand that the girls are girls first and gymnasts second. They have a fun and safe environment where your gymnast can grow up with the sport and form lifelong friendships.

We have been with DSG for several years. I absolutely love the way they stress the well-being of the child over everything else. The coaches invest greatly in each gymnast while still promoting a whole person mentality. During the pandemic- they have gone above and beyond the local requirements to make sure this facility and the team are safe. It's been a hard year for these athletes, but the family at DSG has continually given us strength and courage. We love this place!

My daughters have been part of the DSG family since 2014. They started with the recreational classes then moved in the competitive Xcel program, where they have grown as athletes, teammates, friends and role models. Debbie, Joe and Adrie provide a safe, fun and challenging environment for girls to find out who they are and what they are capable with practice, perseverance and encouragement.

Debbie, Joe, Adrie and the entire DSG team of coaches have been ROCK STARS in supporting, caring and encouraging the kids before and during the pandemic. They are truly a FAMILY gym who cares about the gymnasts' mental and physical well being! We are proud to be part of #DSGSTRONG!

My daughter is the second generation in our family to grow up with DSG gymnastics, and we are eternally grateful! Not only do they offer high quality, competitive gymnastics, but they make it fun and very positive. Their rates are affordable, they do great team building, and their gymnasts enjoy a life long love of gymnastics. We love DSG and feel like family there!

Our family has been a part of DSG for 8.5 years. My oldest did recreational gymnastics for a couple of years, my youngest has had birthday parties, attended the pre school (which is wonderful) and attended recreational classes and my middle is now on the Xcel team. We have always appreciated feeling like family, knowing that the coaches have a healthy, whole child approach to coaching and that my kids love going. Even through this tricky Covid year, the gym has managed to be flexible and supportive of our kids. Highly recommend!

Our family first experienced DSG through a birthday party when my daughter was 2 years old. We began lessons with Coach Joe in preschool and have spent 10 years growing and advancing with the gym. They've become a family to us and we are ever so grateful. They not only kept our daughters physical health a priority in a very risky sport like gymnastics where injury can occur at the drop of a hat, but they've handled serious issues in a profound honest and humble way. They keep all aspects of the growing child in mind as they support the gymnasts in having FUN rather than being the best, and THIS is precisely why we stay at DSG. I can't recommend it enough. xxxx

My daughter has been a part of DSG since preschool, and she is now 15. DSG has helped her grow into a strong and confident young woman, she has made lifetime friends, and we have seen not only the physical benefits but the emotional benefits as well.
