E2O Denver Health and Performance, (formerly known as Laura McDonald Fit) established in Denver, Colorado in 2020, is a personalized fitness studio led by ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist Laura McDonald. E2O Denver crafts customized programs to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

I'm thoroughly impressed by Laura and Evie's mission with E2O! They are so thoughtful with how they support women in all life stages and truly care about helping people maximize their confidence and health in a holistic way. They challenge me physically and mentally in the best way possible.

I primarily train with Evie and I am floored by her attention to detail, safety and titrating/modifying exercises to be the best fit for a person. Having practiced physical therapy for over 15 years, I am continuously noticing all the great adjustments and cues she gives her class participants and the true focus she gives to working the total body and spirit. I have never been stronger or felt this good in my adult life and it makes everything better!

I loved working with Laura! I was at the beginning of my fitness journey and was afraid of the weight room. Hands down the best trainer and coach! When I started working with Laura, my goal was to just lose weight. Little did I know what a transformation I would actually experience - and not just physically. Laura helped me learn that strong is sexy and restored my confidence in my body. If you are looking to grow stronger physically and mentally, look no further. Laura is an inspiration and motivator. She takes the time to assess you and consult with you to see what your goals are and how you can obtain them. She checks in regularly, has fun challenges for the group, and makes working out fun!!
