I love the facility, convenient, the atmosphere is very nice, people are friendly, but the cleanliness of the floors in the exercise room, you can tell they are not cleaned nightly as they should! And in the tote that the balls are in the bottom of the tote is pretty dirty and unsanitary, I have talk to staff about it but each day I come to the gym nothing has been done. I think I will go to Walmart and purchase a new tote.

My wife and I just signed up last week. I went myself and did a day pass and really liked the gym. When I went early in the day the young lady in the front (forgot her name, started with a D) but she was super friendly and did a great job explaining the memberships and did a good walk through with me. My wife and I went back in later that day and signed up. The gentleman in front (forgot his name as well) but he did a great job signing us up. He also gave my wife a walk a tour since she wasn’t there with me. It was only 45 for both of us a month and the yearly fee is only 15 bucks. Great gym and we are excited to be part of it. It’s a bonus that it’s only 4 min from the house.

I just joined the gym today and was very pleased. It has tons of equipment and is clean. I love that it has a women only section - I'm just getting back into fitness and while I'm still figuring things out it's nice to be in a more secluded area. The membership price is very affordable too!

This place actually makes it fun to work out. They offer a Saturday class for kickboxing where we actually get one-on-one direction from the instructor. Jordan is so patient and has taught me so much since I started. The facility is super clean and the staff is so helpful and kind. I don't think I have ever arrived or left without someone greeting me or saying goodbye.

I'm only in Pueblo for work, and as I'm leaving this week I thought I'd leave a review. I've been going to eagleridge fitness since this past august and I have been nothing but impressed with the facility. The equipment is stellar, the employees always have the right additude, and the community is great. I've enjoyed going to this gym specifically because it has been a great and easy place for me to come in, get my pump, and leave. I'm sure that if every gym was like this one, there'd be a lot more fit people!

Not as friendly as they try to appear. They don't return phone calls or texts. It's all about the money. I agree with Tina Alarcon. Now I am sent to collections to pay more after I have paid my contract weight challenge in full. It was a joke from the beginning. All that money $260.00 for you to work out by yourself. That covered from Sept 1st. to the Dec 1st. But like I said now they have me in collections for $572.00. Scam ppl don't join the weight challenge.

24 hr entry gym with fairly new and decent equipment. memberships range from 25$ a month and up depending on additions of members and usage of different areas of the gym, like the "cross fit" room up stairs by the cardio machines is extra monthly fee to access and use. can be really busy depending on time and day of week but thats a benefit of it being open 24 hrs you can easily and generally avoid the busy times if your schedule allows for it. plus a sauna and showers in the locker rooms is a plus. also a women's only room is available. no issues as of yet with anything or any one!!

You will not find a better gym with a even better price, ive been coming here for 2 years and the staff has always been top notch and keeping the facility clean around the clock, ive been to most of the big gyms in pueblo and none can hold a candle to eagleridge fitness. This gym advertised a personal weight loss program/competition via Facebook in which I signed up. It was advertised as a personal weight loss program with a trainer three days a week and nutrition plan for $16 a week. After visiting the facility and signing up with a front desk employee. When it came to ”weigh ins” it was something completely different. There was over 100 people waiting for what they signed up for, only to be told that they can work out on their own. Basically a scam, sold me a “membership” for triple a membership price. Called to get this resolved and still haven’t received any correspondence from anyone. I expect writing a review will finally get someone’s attention so I can get my money refunded. Poor attempt to increase your business!

I know of two hardworking people that joined this gym and was talked into signing up for personal training. The owners acted like they cared about people just trying to get healthy on a fair price. They unprofessionally explained the contract locking them in a rollover contract that they thought would end after just a few months. When they thought the contract was over they got multiple calls only about payment with no explanation as to why they were asking for hundreds of dollars. When confronted they simply stated I don't have to tell you what the contract says after signing. They have designed their contract and tactics to trap innocent hardworking individuals and snag them in an over expensive contract. DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT! They don't care about the hardworking citizens of Pueblo. Unprofessional and will never be recommended by me or my friends and family.

Awesome gym with extremely friendly staff. To my knowledge a couple of pro bodybuilders use this gym. Along with some just really big dudes in general. But everybody is really nice and its definitely female friendly. Ask someone for advice and you'll be there all night! Only reason it gets four stars is because my sign-up fees were so high yet they always have deals that waive that same fee. Also, they refused to honor my student discount. But at $25 a month I understand that they have to make a living.

This is a very well run gym. Everything is always kept clean and maintained and they have a great selection of exercise equipment, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and various optional exercise programs. Wireless keys are available to enable the use of the facility 24-7 when there is no staff there. The only downside if there is one, is that it does stay fairly busy throughout the entire day, otherwise I have no complaints!

This gym uses a 3rd party billing system that is a total joke, told the guy on the phone months befor i did not want my memebership to renew and, well they did any ways. They have to have a letter 30 days prior to canceling a memeber ship to a gym. This gym has every imaginable piece of equipment to guarantee a great workout every time. As such, you can diversify your workout to keep things fresh. The layout is logical and spacious. There is something for everyone at this facility - heavy weights, light weights, group classes, cardio machines, squat racks (3 to be exact), an aerobic room, Cross fit, Yoga....and the list goes on and on. There hasn't been anything I've needed/wanted that they didnt have. Quality equipment that is well maintained. Clean. I was at this gym for 7 years. James the owner, he is awesome. Always make you feel welcome and is very helpful. Also is open to suggestions and if he does not have a machine you want he will look into getting it. All levels of fitness here from competors to casual gym goers.
