I had a great time at elevation! I’m from out of town, texted the number on the website to set up a day pass. Tara was very responsive and so so friendly!! The morning I wanted to come in I texted her letting her know I was coming, had no issues getting my pass and getting my lift in! Tara introduced herself and was just as nice in person as she was over text! Equipment is solid, everything you need. If you’re looking for intricate stuff this gym isn’t for you. It’s your basic stuff, good equipment, good weights, old school. Environment is great, you don’t have people staring at you. People are here to work and I love it! 10/10 would recommend!

the gym itself is a good gym good machines and 24 hours but i tired to cancel my membership and you can’t get a hold of anyone and never saw the owner in the gym. You will text the number on the website only to be left with no response like i just wanted to cancel this and i had to dispute the charge with my banking company so it would actually stop.

No idea what the facilities are like because you cant get ahold of anyone. The website says to text for a membership appointment, but the number is apparently inactive. Calling - doesn't ring. Email? Left on read with no reply. Fill out site contact? No reply. Can't imagine what a nightmare it must be to cancel membership if you cant get in touch with anyone. Pass.

If there is one thing I hate, it's a blatant disregard for my time. I saw that a appointment was required to visit this gym. I'm from out of town so I didn't think much of it. I followed the instructions and set up an appointment, letting the owner know that I was working. I told her what time I'd be there. I got there and she wouldn't answer the phone and her daughter wouldn't let me in. If you're from out of town. I wouldn't advise visiting this place. They don't even want to let you in. Wasted time

Awesome gym! It's a very old school type of gym with all the weights and machines you could possibly want to hit your fitness goals! The atmosphere is awesome, and the people there are always willing to help you if necessary. I only have 2 critiques. There are 2 extremely large pot holes by there parking lot and it's really easy to get a flat, so be careful of that. Also, when I actually signed up for my membership, it took over 4 days for the membership to process and for me to get access to the door. Regardless, it's a really good gym and I'd highly recommend atleast checking it out! Day passes are only 10 bucks

The actual gym is OK. The door however doesn't work after hours. You have to install some app on your phone to open the door and you're lucky if it works. I have not been able to get into the gym in months and the owner/manager has ghosted me.

I don't normally do reviews, but this place is so great I just had to give it it's five stars. This place is honestly what it would be like if two people who loved fitness an exercise and working out open their own gym without thought for making money off of people but providing them a place to work out unlike the major corporate gyms. Now, I've only met Tara, but she is wonderful very open to suggestions, takes incredible care of the gym and is also incredibly knowledgeable. Asking a question at elevation fitness doesn't result in well talk to our trainer and get signed up, rather it's met with an honest Ingotmed answer. Unlike the major gyms that offer you a membership and then point out what you have to pay extra for later, with elevation what you see is what you get. The environment is super friendly and almost family like. This is the kind of place where the owners get to know their members to know their goals what they're striving for and help them with it without the thought of making extra money off of them. I'm not a great speaker, so I just can't articulate everything that makes this place so incredibly awesome, so I would just say that you have to experience this place for yourself to understand why it's the best choice in the area

They moved with zero notice to a really small location that is far from appealing. When I walked in the new location for the first time, it was so small and everything was so close together it just made me want to leave. They are also closed randomly and I've told my husband to take me off the membership and well, we cant do that if nobody is ever there..

This place has many problems. The biggest issue for myself is that I cancelled my membership four months ago and they continue to bill me every month. I fear that I will have to take legal action to resolve the issue. Other than that, the equipment is really old and unsanitary, it appears that nobody cleans the place at all, and there is a constant stench of feces throughout the entire place. This is by far the most disgusting gym I have ever been in.

I absolutely love this gym. It is family owned by the Duba family. They have provided such a variety of options to maximize a great workout. So much great equipment. The Duba family are friendly, caring, personable and professional. The trainers are educated and dedicated to their clients. My sister and I train with Brian Duba. I highly recommend him if you are serious about transforming yourself. He has over 40 years experience and is a amazing in his field. Overall a great experience. Thank you to the Duba family. This is a real gym, everyone there is friendly willing to spot, or help out. It's 24/7 but not always staffed. Freelance personal trainers (and they know their stuff) are on site throughout the day and they have a little fridge for sports drinks/shakes. One of my few five-star reviews, this is a place where you can walk-in, hang your keys on the wall and not worry about it. If you left your sports bottle, it would be at the register the next day.

I love the old school feel of this gym. I love that there isn't a television anywhere. Everyone that that I see in there are either athletes or body builders which help keep you motivated from a competitive standpoint. I love the there isnt people everywhere on there cell phones pretending to workout while occupying the equipment.

Great gym for someone who is looking to do some serious lifting. They have every machine and weight in there imaginable, it is home of the 200lbs dumbbells. A very motivating place and everyone in there is super helpful and knowledgeable.

The perfect free weight gym. Great for the price (I pay about 40 for my husband and I both!) and they've really cleaned the place up recently. Huge focus on weight training and it's a dream space to put your headphones in and forget anyone else exists. Key card access means you can go any time. Staff is all family and are sometimes hard to find but always pleasant and happy to help otherwise.

I joined about 1.5 yrs ago. Overall, I like small gyms because I go to workout not socialize. The owner, Brian, is a nice guy. When I started the place was always being cleaned (wiping down equipment, mirrors, floors were clean, bathrooms), not so much any more. One would think with the price increase, maintenance would continue, not the case. NOW it's over crowded with workout stations. The cardio room still hasn't come to fruition. The only rower is broken and taking up space. The only stair stepper is not functioning properly. Dirt and dust everywhere, most noticeable around the cardio equipment My next comment should be common courtesy to ALL gym users, IF YOU USE IT PUT IT BACK, CLEANUP AFTER YOURSELF, Wipe down the machines after use, they do provide the means.

Awesome gym! I would say it's getting too crowded, probably a result of the awesome facility mixed with very low monthly rates.

PLEASE open another one on the north side of town (I've since moved to that area). I'd be the first in line. And there's a huge need for a gym of this caliber(not club) in the North Gate/Monument area.

Good Luck trying to get an e-mail response with some empathy if you dare make an observation or recommend an improvement. Finally, don't be surprised if you call to cancel membership and you are talked down to (by an older Gentle...I mean person) and hung up on. I was with this Gym when it was Gold's, Max and Elevation, Hello Planet Fitness...please take my $ 10.00 a month for a cleaner, better equipped and more professionally ran fitness center.

This gym is AWESOME! It has a ton of equipment both for strength training and cardiovascular. It's big enough to where you have plenty of room to workout and not be bumping into the person next to you. Being in the fitness industry for over 14 years I recently flew out from Los Angeles to visit this gym and I was overly impressed by the cleanliness, the equipment is all Hammer Strength, Life Fitness and Cybex which are ALL top of the line companies! The staff is extremely knowledgeable in regards to strength training and bodybuilding along with fitness nutrition. This is the only non-corporate gym in and around the area where you will find 200lb dumbbells!! I can't say enough good things about this gym. I can't wait to go back!!

Good for the price, near Peterson AFB. The equipment is kinda old (except the cardio equipment), the men's locker room always smells like crap. The staff is ok, most of them don't pay attention to the front desk. There is a girl that does crossfit there who is always friendly (not sure if she works there, but she goes behind the front desk).
