About the Club

Fitness training for any stage of Motherhood. We specialize in prenatal and postnatal fitness training to help you experience a positive and more enjoyable pregnancy and postpartum season. Our training approach focuses on helping you build a strong foundation through proper breathing, core and pelvic floor work, combined with whole body moves and meditation to help you feel stronger in body and mind.

Empowered Fit and Wellness has helped me continue exercise and find more ways to build strength as a newly pregnant runner/triathlete. Leslie enables women to connect through their breath, offering corrective exercise guidance and modifications. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and change often, fit for pregnancy or non-pregnancy in a non-judgmental supportive environment. In doing these workouts and modifications, I find myself stronger headed into the end of pregnancy.

Leslie Workout classes are amazing. I have been joining her online class since March and have seen a big difference in the way my body feels. Leslie is very knowledgeable and walks you through every move, she also modifies and challenges you. My favorite thing about leslie class is the way she teaches you how to breath and engage core correctly to properly perform each move. I recommend her class for pregnant, postpartum or anyone looking for a great workout class!

If your looking for a workout class while pregnant or postpartum stage I would say go with Empowered Fit and Wellness. The class did not only push me and motivated me when it was the hardest for me (3rd trimester) but Leslie does an awesome job explaining the how and why’s for every move in the class, not only for your pregnancy but how it can help with your postpartum and how to modify the moves making it at a level comfortable for one or challenging for oneself.

I took the Prenatal Fitness - Body for Birth class and loved every minute.
I am preparing to deliver my 6th child, and my body needed help remembering what I need to do to be ready. I have had diastasis recti for the last 3 pregnancies and wanted to learn better ways to prevent it from worsening during pregnancy and help it heal afterward. Leslie did a great job coaching me through deep core exercises that I feel will really help through this pregnancy and far beyond recovery. They are fundamental to all movement.
I appreciated the personal attention she could give each of us in class. I looked forward to every class and the progress I achieved at each one.
I recommend every pregnant woman to take this class!

I took Leslie’s Body for Birth class and I would HIGHLY recommend any expecting mama take the class! Leslie is very knowledgeable and was great to work with. While I haven’t given birth yet, I know the tools/exercises I learned have prepared me well and I feel a lot more confident. She happily answers all questions and made me feel more comfortable with the entire pregnancy process. Take the class! SO worth it 😀
