Traveled to Estes with 4 friends for a girl's trip. We had the most amazing private session with Kerry on her home deck overlooking the river. During the session, Kerry used the poses to tell us more about Estes Park and the area's wildlife. It was so fun and different, plus a great workout! Go see her if you are in Estes!

Kerry hosted a group of girlfriends on her deck for a beautiful private yoga class. After we finished our class she took us down to the stream to cool down and enjoy the beauty around us. Highly recommend the class and experience. Thank you Kerry!!

Nancy is an awesome instructor and also a friendly person to talk to. She knows the foundations of yoga well and she shifts her locations throughout the class so everyone can see her do the poses correctly. Her music is soothing and the studio has everything you need to feel nurtured and confident in your poses. I highly recommend this studio, particularly the 8:30 AM class on Mondays. $15 to drop in!
