I think this place is bogus. Bought a 3 visit pass. Never got to use it before it expired because this place has never been open during the hours they post according to Google or their website. They don't respond to email and won't give me a refund.

I attended a class with Jessica the owner. I have been to other yoga classes through the EarthTreks climbing gym. However, her session was far superior. I felt amazing afterwards. I especially love the way she guides you through the moves. Her thoroughness was very helpful.

I recently tried Evolve's new bilingual Vinyasa class with Michelle. Love this class! I loved that it is not a very fast paced/advanced class but still challenging both physically and mentally - it is a great practice for those who want to expand their Spanish vocabulary while getting a lovely yoga session in. Michelle is very sweet and charismatic and it was very interesting to know a little more about her background in Ecuador and how she started the bilingual yoga classes. Don't miss out on this amazing and unique opportunity!

I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and they did not disappoint!!! The space is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The instructor made everyone comfortable by asking ahead of time if each student likes being touched/have corrections. The class size was perfect where you weren’t on top of each other.

I've been consistently (3+ times per week) practicing at Evolve for about 2 1/2 months now. It was my first experience with Rocket and Ashtanga and the longest I've held a consistent yoga practice.

I've enjoyed rocket and ashtanga not only because they are challenging, but also because the sequences are the same (with variations at each level) and I'm able to very easily notice progressions in my practice, whether it be awareness throughout my body and mind or increased strength/flexibility/balance/etc. Despite being familiar with the sequences, it continues to be exciting and challenging each class as my body continues to deepen its capabilities. Jessica is a very attentive teacher, too, and always helps to correct and assist in positioning. She's also brought to my attention how active yoga is in so many different ways, whether through working to correct positioning by squaring hips, reaching with both arms, continuing the ujjayi breathing, or flexing those quads! Jessica strongly encourages working toward that edge while also making sure people respect their comforts and limits.

With all that said, it's also great to explore my body in different ways and the opportunities are increasing at Evolve! Power and flow vinyasa, nidra, and yin pop up throughout the week and offer a nice break for some new movement.

Attending Yoga only a handful of times, I attended Jessica's Yin class, out of curiosity. Not only was this approachable from a beginners stand point, but her methodologies to teaching were easily understood and comfortable. Love the atmosphere, love the teacher, love this place!

Let's keep it short and to the point.
I'm assuming my interaction was with said "Jessica."
Walking down broadway from my parking spot, I passed evolve yoga and noticed they had a huge chalkboard wall with colorful writing right behind the window. Caught my attention. As it was intended to, I assume.
Being that my wife is into yoga, I got closer to the window, so I could read.
Once I finished reading, I felt the glare from someone inside, so I looked over, smiled and waved. She didn't even acknowledge me, except to keep glaring.
I continued onto my destination, and on my walk back to the car, the lady from inside was entering her vehicle and exclaimed how it was rude of me to press my nose on the window.
Excuse me. I apologize I was intrigued by your business. Not to mention, it was closed.
In my opinion, Jessica seems like a witch, and frankly I'm glad I got to interact with her before I sent my wife to enjoy herself.

I just completed the 7 Day Challenge and I am in love with Evolve Yoga, I can't wait to come back for more! Jessica is an amazing teacher and has created a beautiful space to practice in. The instruction is phenomenal, she helped me overcome my mental block with back-bending in just a few classes! Bottle Rocket is an excellent class, or go early to get lots of individual attention. I highly recommend everyone try this studio, the weekly to monthly passes are a FANTASTIC deal. Do yourself a favor and sign up!

I was gifted a 7 day challenge to Evolve Yoga to reignite my practice with an introduction to Rocket. At day four, Jessica got me into full, unassisted, headstand and at the end of the challenge, I was able to pike and do tri-pod headstand! Positions I thought would take me years to achieve.

Jessica is an attentive instructor with a passion for Ashtanga practice. She is a cheerleader for evolving her students’ practice, encouraging them to grow with their positions and assisting them to transition into modified poses with correct alignment. I highly recommend Evolve Yoga and am excited to continue my practice with her.

I have been going to Evolve Yoga for several months now and I LOVE it. I have been to many yoga studios across the global but I have truly treasured my experience here. Jessica the ower creates a loving and fun space where you can explore your own practice at your own pace. She always provides helpful and timely adjustments. Her floor is amazing for achy wrists too. I'm new to yoga, and I really enjoyed the Modified Ashtanga class taught by Jessica. I was able to keep up and have a great workout, even though I'm not familiar with all the correct poses and terms. The studio has a modern, relaxed feel, with a large practice room (the floor feels like a giant yoga mat!), well-appointed shower areas, and easy free two hour parking right out front. Can't wait to come back.

Jessica was super helpful helping me learn a shoulder stand during class, which I loved because I find it rare that I learn new 'skills' in yoga classes. Her instruction made all the difference.

Evolve Yoga Denver has a sweet space as well. Not your average studio -- I hope they host some community events there because the front lounge and back patio would be fun to hang out at.
