I have been an athlete here going on 5 years. I love this program because it is more than being a cheerleader or a dancer. The girls in this program become your family and the coaches helps you become a better athlete, a better person, and push you to your fullest potential in and out of the studio. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my time. The love and support at this studio is never ending.

This program is absolutely amazing if you like to be challenged and pushed to be your best not only as an athlete but as a person. We learn good morals and how to respect one another. Dance/cheer are amazing sports and express Allstars is the best place to learn and grow.

I've been doing express since I was 5 and I stay with it because the cheer and dance is great and super fun and when you join you get your own family the coaches become like other parents and the girls become your sisters
