I’ve been kickboxing with Farrell’s for over 9 years now (with a short 2-year break), and I can confidently say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. The structured approach they follow is fantastic — it’s not just a workout, it’s a lifestyle.
What truly sets Farrell’s apart is the variety in their sessions. Different instructors rotate throughout the week, bringing their own energy and style to the 45-minute classes. This keeps every workout fresh and challenging, making sure your body never gets too comfortable. You’re constantly pushed to improve, and it works — the results are undeniable, not just for me but for everyone I’ve trained alongside.
The environment is incredibly welcoming. The coaches are motivating and supportive, and Mark, the owner, goes above and beyond to create a positive space where everyone feels encouraged to grow. There’s a strong sense of community that makes you want to keep showing up.

I absolutely love it here! It has been so easy to form a routine and habit. The instructors are super helpful and so are the others in the class with you. Made it easy to go from 2 days a week, to signing up for unlimited classes and looking forward to when I can go from doing 3 classes a week to at least 5! You know it's a great place when you watch the clock friday night to schedule your Monday class!

I've been a member at this gym for almost 10 years. I've never had the community or results like I do here, anywhere else! I also personally love that I don't have to wear shoes and the daily workout is 45 minutes; so doable!

This is an incredible gym! FUN, well-earned RESULTS, constantly CHALLENGING, and supportive CAMARADERIE. Here's why I've been coming to this gym continuously for the past 6.5 years: Farrell's has quite literally saved my mobility & function. I've always been pretty active--the military demanded a certain level of fitness, but after retirement existing neck/back/knee/hand issues took their toll and slowed me down. My exercise routine just wasn't cutting it in terms of addressing these issues. Enter Farrell's. Their Strength Training program focuses on functional mobility for the total body. The strength I have gained has really helped stabilize ALL of my problem areas keeping me mobile and active so that I can continue to do the things I enjoy like travel, hike, ski, and garden. The Kickboxing portion of the program is a challenging HIIT style and has increased my endurance tenfold...not to mention it is so much fun! Farrell's will boost your self-confidence, give you incredible energy & focus, reduce your stress levels, and provide you with an unbelievable sense of accomplishment. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it.

I first came to Farrell’s in 2017. I wasn’t sure what to expect, I had never done kickboxing or strength training with resistance bands, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I found strength, fitness results, nutrition coaching, and so much more! I’m so happy for the community I found within the Farrell’s family. We support each other, we have fun, and we work hard! I highly recommend trying them out, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is awesome!! I did not know the 1st thing about kickboxing, so I was nervous to go in and try it. The staff is awesome they are there to answer your questions help you get ready. They are there for you during and after class to help with anything you need. The people who are in the classes are all wonderful friendly and fun to work out with. I would recommend Farrell's to anyone seeking a good, structured workout that is available 6 days a week.

The staff here was so great! I have been part of Farrell’s for 3 months and visiting the area with my mom. My mom has never done Farrell’s and the instructor, Hillary, made sure she knew how to safely do the kicks and punches so she wouldn’t hurt herself.
Hillary even took a moment after the workout to help my mom work out a stretch for a muscle that had been bothering her. The facilities were clean and bags were spaced 6ft apart to aid in Covid safety.

I never occurs to me to write a review unless i have an exceptional experience and exceptional is what Farrell's in CO Springs is all about. I have a membership in a different state and visit the CO location when I am in town. Every staff member is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely wants you to have a great workout. The facility is clean, spacious and well equipped with bags and bands. The instructors are motivating and take time to discuss form. The whole vibe makes you want to be in a good mind-body mindset. I brought my siblings in for a visit and they got a great workout with Frank. Incredible place...if you live in CO Springs, do not miss out on this wonderful community and gym.

I love this gym. The instructors & workouts always vary, but their system is consistent with a mix of kickboxing & strength training. The people are friendly & welcoming--I definitely never feel judged. I also appreciate that they provide nutrition guidance as well as the workouts. I started at Farrell's with a friend using a groupon, I just signed up in July for my second year. I never knew how strong my body could look and feel, every class is a challenge and every time I walk out of there I know that I literally "kicked butt"!! The staff is amazing, always available and engaged. The atmosphere is supportive, welcoming and empowering. I love walking in the door thinking "I cant do this today" and walking out thinking "YES I CAN, I DID"!!
