Did my first Lagree class ever here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Laura was an amazing instructor and really walked me through how the equipment worked and payed close attention to my form and helped me with adjustments throughout class. The studio is also nice and airy and clean and has very high quality equipment. I’d definitely come again!

Lagree at Fit5 is my favorite workout! I love the focus on core, and time under tension. Moving slowly and intentionally helps me to build strength with proper alignment and without compensations. It’s been incredibly supportive for me with injury recoveries too. I highly recommend! The studio is light bright and clean and the instructors are wonderful.

I love this place!! Every class is a challenge and the teachers all help you do the correct form. My ob recommended I do larger after having issues with my core and back after 3 c-sections. I have been at Fit 5 for almost 2 years now and never thought I’d have more core back. I love the instructors they make it and modify when weights or movements are too much for body. I can go in for 45 minutes turn everything mentally off, zone out, listen to the instructor and exercise and leave ready for the next thing.

First time Lagree class - a good experience. Kelsey taught a challenging class that moved quickly. She offered me movement cues, which I needed! I’m not sure I would compare it to Pilates. It felt more like an intense slow barre class on the megaformer. Lots of burn & shaking, for sure.

Best workout studio in Fort Collins, hands down. I have been going for over a year and am the strongest I have ever been at 48 years old. The schedule is very robust so that anyone one can find a time that works. The instructors are all excellent, professional and will find ways to keep challenging you as you progress. The studio is bright, inviting and well taken care of. This is a strong and challenging workout but anyone can get started with it and if you go regularly, you will see very fast progress within a few weeks. And there is a really nice community at Fit5. Go try it and you will be hooked!

Fit5 has brought me back to working out in just the way that feels most align with myself. I have taken over 100 classes since April and I feel amazing! Strong inside and out. Their schedules work with my schedule and I start my day on the best foot with a 5:30am class. I'd give no stars if I could. They are GREAT workouts for certain! However, it appears that this studio does not care about anything but money. No concern for clients who come down with health issues, financial hardship, or needing to move. They won't even let you give/transfer your needlessly paid (and expensive) unusable classes to other students. They threaten you with law suits to pay in full even when you CAN'T use the classes. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. If you really must go to Fit5, pay for each class, one at the time is my best advice. They are completely heartless. I've worked at many fitness clubs with contractual agreements in my lifetime, all across the country, and Fit5's policies are the WORST. Hands down.

I noticed muscle tone fairly quickly. It's also helped my back issues by making my core stronger. I love that we do arms, legs, and abs in every work out. My face is red when I leave and my body is sore for days after a 45 minute work out here. All the instructors are very friendly and personable. There is modifiers for every move they do. You can either make it easier or harder. I am new to lagree & am over weight but still feel very welcome! Worth every penny

I've been going twice a week for 4 months. Last weekend I skied 2ft of powder for two days and could not believe how strong my legs are. I can not say enough positive things about Fit5 Studio and the owner/instructor Sora! Prior to stepping into Fit5 about 1 year ago, my workout routine primarily consisted of yoga and walking. This routine was okay but I never really felt strong. For the first time in my life I feel incredibly strong and this workout is beneficial not only for physical health but also mental and emotional health. Sora's workouts are always challenging, but can be individualized to each person's fitness level and Sora provides modifications for each move. I’ve been going over two years, and whether it is your 1st class or 300th, you’ll be challenged to your limit every single time and get stronger every single time! The results are undeniable!

This is a remarkable workout and Sora doesn't mess around! If you want to get your butt handed to you, Sora is your gal. She provides individualized attention, tweaks you where/when needed and pushes you to get the best workout possible. You'll feel all those tiny muscles we never work and you never knew you had, and you'll leave feeling like you can take on the world. The studio is very clean with a great atmosphere too. Highly recommended.

This workout is intense, but totally worth it. Sora is a wonderful coach who motivates you through every movement.
